Eric was terrific. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in troubleshooting my problem. I was very pleased how he described the typical problems with my type of water softener, proceeded to check and clean the suspect parts, and continued testing the unit until the problem was resolved. He explained things clearly and worked quickly and efficiently. I couldnt be more pleased. I would highly recommend Eric and his company.

Eric is the consummate professional. Very knowledgeable, excellent customer service, prompt, always answers when you need him, and the product and installation are amazing! Eric was very nice and incredibly accommodating with scheduling and, it is my opinion that he is a very honest person. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for such services that he provides. Also, I had peace of mind that he had Home Adviser's "seal of approval".

They did a great job very easy to communicate with and it the installation only took about an hour and a half.
