Paul and his team showed up and did exactly what he said he would do on the day he said he would do it. Prices were fair and reasonable. Paul’s staff took great care and respected my home and cleaned up well. My ceilings and walls and smooth and perfect. Paul also is painting for me and has hired a top notch staff to do so. I will hire them again.

Called for an estimate. He suggested I take pics of the work and send them to him. He took my information and said he would send a text so i can send the pics over. No text. I called again a few days later figuring he was busy and left a VM. A week later, no response. Seems to cherry pick jobs and will waste your time.

He came by to look at the project (spent a good hour and a half of my day walking him around...), said he was interested in doing the work and would get me a quote the next day or two. With no quote the following week, I sent him a message asking for update, and still nothing even a week later. How does someone not even quote after taking all the time to measure?

I'm remodeling an old cape-cod. Tried DIY-ing the drywall , but it was taking a very long time to do it myself and I had 2 bedrooms , a hallway and a living room to complete. I reached out to MasterCraft and Paul dropped by to take a look at the job the very same day. Not only did he provide an estimate , he also suggested framing corrections for problem areas (I had the old drywall torn down and framing was exposed). Drywall hanging took half a day with a two-member crew - they were simply amazing! Paul then got his best drywall finisher to come over to tape , finish and sand drywall. MasterCraft's USP is Paul. He invests a lot of time and energy in each of his projects to ensure customers are happy. Not only does he know how to sell his company's services , he backs it up by ensuring the job is done on time without compromising on quality. I wish there was an A+ rating on Angie's list , because these guys definitely deserve it.

We called Mastercraft and the owner came to our house the next day. Very friendly, looked around and seemed to know a lot. Enthusiastically promised a quote the next day. When no quote after 4 days, I called and left a message, thinking he must have gotten our email or phone number wrong.. It is now 6 weeks later and he has never returned my call.

I did not choose to use their services, chose some other company to do the work.

He gave me some good ideas but no quote. He was knowledgeable. He knew what he was doing. He knew his business he just didn't want to do it.

We contacted Paul and he came to our house two days later to give us an estimate. He gave us a very reasonable estimate based on others we received so we decided to hire him for the job. The following week a team of two men came to work on our basement. They were courteous and professional. They arrived and left when they said they would. They got the job done in about a week. We noticed that one section of a wall had some nails showing through and we gave Paul a call about it. The very next day he came out to inspect it and had it repaired on the spot. We were very pleased with his responsiveness. We would hire this company again.

Called for estimate. Did not show for first appointment. Late for second. Did not send estimate as scheduled. I called back. Committed to send estimate within couple of days. Never received.

Paul came out to provide us with a quote for drywalling my ceiling in my basement. He was very pleasant to deal with, arrived on time and provided a timely quote on completing a knockdown ceiling. Since I had taped, mudded and sanded the ceiling, he provided a quote for a knockdown ceiling, showed me some problem areas that would have to be worked on (which I already knew but the feedback was appreciated) and the price seemed a little high compared with two other quotes I received; however, I would recommend him b/c he really seemed to be attentive to all the details of the job and is a drywall expert. We did not use him only b/c we used someone who was cheaper in price.

Service was very good as well as on time and prompt. Paul and his crew were excellent to deal with and accommodated our needs. Comes with a very good warranty of work.

It was basically a good experience. The quality of the work was excellent. The work did take longer than what originally promised. Overall, we are pleased with the work that was done. The workers were very courteous, and we felt comfortable having them in our home.

MR. MEYERS IS VERY PERSONABLE, AND WAS PROMPT IN ARRIVING TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE ON DRYWALL WORK. HE PROMISED AN ESTIMATE WITHIN 4 DAYS OF THE FIRST ENCOUNTER. I CALLED HIM A LITTLE OVER A WEEK LATER. HE SAID THE QUOTE WAS DONE, AND PROMISED TO CALL. FOUR MORE DAYS WENT BY, AND I CALLED HIM AGAIN. HE PROMISED TO CALL BACK IN 5 MINUTES. THAT WAS 3 DAYS AGO. I SENT HIM AN EMAIL ASKING IF HE WAS REALLY INTERESTED IN DOING THE WORK. HE NEVER REPLIED. I UNDERSTAND THAT HE MAY BE VERY BUSY. ALL I ASKED WAS THE COURTESY OF A REPLY. I NEVER GOT ONE.

I INTERVIEWED 5 DRYWALL COMPANIES FOR A ROOM I BUILT IN MY BASEMENT. OF THE 5, PAUL MYERS WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT ASKED ME MORE THAN THE BASIC QUESTIONS. HE ASKED ME ABOUT 50 QUESTIONS AS WE WALKED AROUND MY NEW ROOM. HE OFFERED SUGGESTIONS, ADVICE, AND A FEW GOOD IDEAS ON SOME OF THE HARDER PARTS OF THE ROOM. HE THEN TOLD ME WHY I SHOULD HIRE HIS COMPANY. NONE OF THE OTHER COMPANIES DID THIS. HIS STAFF WAS OUTSTANDING AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE JOB TOOK 6 DAYS FROM START TO FINISH. HE PREPARED ME FOR WHAT TO EXPECT AND EVERYTHING WENT ACCORDING TO PLAN. I RECENTLY INTERVIEWED A CARPENTER TO DO MY BASE-TRIM WORK FOR THE ROOM AND HE ASKED ME FOR THE NUMBER OF THE DRYWALLER I USED! THAT'S PRETTY IMPRESSIVE. IF YOU NEED A DRYWALLER, YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF TO CHECK-OUT MASTERCRAFT. BY THE WAY, OF THE 5 COMPANIES INTERVIEWED, HIS ESTIMATE WAS THE MOST REASONABLE, ALL THINGS CONSIDERED.

ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT THE DRYWALL WAS NOT AS 'FLUSH' WITH THE CEILING AS I HAD HOPED, BUT ALL IN ALL, THEY DID PRETTY GOOD WORK. I DID NOT BOTHER TO PURSUE THE FLUSH ISSUE, AS I WAS HAPPY WITH THE RESULT AND WILL PERFORM FINISH MUD, TAPE, ETC. MYSELF. CLEANED UP BETTER THAN I WOULD HAVE MYSELF :)
