They showed up early on Monday morning. They cleaned the roof for me and did a wonderful job, making it sparkling clean. I then was going to have them come back out to do pressure wash the siding a few days later. They informed me that they could do the work that same day and took $80 off what the cost would have been! Their estimate came in $500 under another company's.

Call was answered and I was able to get an estimate over the phone. Estimate was approximately half of an estimate from another company. Workers showed up 1/2 hour early and completed the work by the end of the afternoon. Only disappointment was that they left cleaning solution residue & sludge on my newly sealed driveway that is still noticeable after 2 weeks.

I called for an estimate, which usually happens within 48 hours. I didn't find the estimate paperwork, so I called again, and Tony said he had been here and put the estimate in the door. It must have become lost. He mailed me a copy and we scheduled the work. The power washing happened on 4/26 and the sealing and finishing on 4/30.

Overall, it went well. The deck is 5 years old, so of course it was not in pristine condition. Powerwashing made it look much better. There were areas where it appeared that it could have been done a bit better. I contacted the owner and asked that someone stop by to check it out before it was sealed. I received a phone call a few days later, indicating that he thought there certainly were some areas that could have been done better, it would be sanded down, and then sealing would be done by the end of the day. When I got home, the deck was sealed, but the same areas did not look like anyone had done anything additional to them. I'm not sure the follow up actually occurred. But in general, a friendly company who did adequate work.

They did a very nice job. They were easy to contact and keep in touch with. I would recommend them.

He came for an estimate. I called to schedule and after exchanging a few voice mails, we settled on a date. I went to Sherwin Williams to pick the paint color. Scott purchased and brought the paint with him as well as all of his supplies. The job was accomplished very efficiently and looks great. He was nice to our two year old son, pleasant to work with, and considerate about not making messes. He did a good job of using caulk and compound to smooth out imperfections.

The owner was very nice and accommodating. The guys on the crew were nice too. The job took two weeks, not one week like we were told it would. The attention to detail in some spots wasn't great. The price compared to three other quotes was about half what the other painters were quoting.

I called Master Blaster on October 4th and left a message on a recorder. No one ever called me back. We just purchased Angie`s List and had high expectations and we were disappointed. I called another company on Sat afternoon (not on Angies List, but recommended by a local Grove City company). That company called back and will be here Monday (10-9)to do the job I requested.

They promptly gave me an estimate and the time that the service would be performed. They were there at agreed time and did an exceptional job, in that they not only cleaned my house, but also removed rusty water stains. I had not even mentioned that I had the water stains. The service was so good and prompt, I paid to have my daughters 2 story house power washed and she says the house looks like new. The whole North side of her home was mildew stained. We are Very pleased!!

I called them late in the week, explaining we were in need of having the work done in less than a week. They were very accomodating having fit me into a full schedule, by completing the work on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. They did a fantastic job. Highly professional and did exactly what they said, when they said and for a fair price. Will call them next time work needs to be done.

They did a good job. They were here when they said they would be. It looks good.

The gentleman from Master Blaster arrived on time. He removed the porch furniture and did a perfect job in cleaning the cement patio. The patio looked new when he had finished. He carefully replaced my furniture just as it had been before he started. He was very polite, worked fast and was reasonably priced.

They are very good. Very responsible.

Master Blaster gave me a reasonable estimate on the phone. I was able to use a coupon I found in some publication. The two service people arrived on the date promised and worked carefully and did an excellent job for us. Their results exceeded my expectations regarding the appearance of the east side of our home.

This was a great experience. Everything was done while I was at work. One day my deck looked like an eyesore, the next day it looked fairly new! I wasn't able to reach someone when I called and had to leave my information on voice mail, but my calls were promptly returned.

They were fast and efficient and they did what they were supposed to do.

They went above and beyond and got up and painted the roof vent (gable vent), and I don't think they charged extra. They were extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely use them again. The outside of the house is what attracted the person who purchased the home, when it went up for sale (they stopped because of the outside appearance of the house).

I agree their hot water system does a better job than a cold water pressure wash. I own a 2550 psi pressure washer and have been doing the lower level of the house and the deck myself. I paid Master Blaster to do the areas I cannot reach. The surfaces they washed were noticeably whiter. They were prompt and courteous. I will use them again and recommend them to my friends.

WORKERS WERE PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH A FEW SPOTS ON THE DECK AFTER COMPLETION. SCOTT HAD THE PROBLEM CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY.

EXCELLENT JOB. HOUSE LOOKS AMAZING. THE NORTH SIDE OF THE HOUSE WAS PARTICULARLY DIRTY AND IT LOOKS LIKE NEW. GAVE ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE. DID WORK WHEN SCHEDULED. VERY GOOD COMPANY.

I AM THINKING ABOUT HAVING THEM BACK AGAIN, TO CLEAN MY DECK, SOMETIME IN THE FUTURE.

I OPTED FOR THE STRONG SOLUTION CLEANING SYSTEM BECAUSE OF THE AMOUNT OF DIRT ON THE VINYL SIDING. IT WORKED QUITE WELL; HOWEVER A FEW PLANTS WERE AFFECTED (BROWNED LEAVES). I SUGGESTED TO COMPANY THAT THEY MIGHT CONSIDER WASHING PLANT MATERIAL WITH CLEAR WATER AFTER THE CLEANING. THIS WOULD NOT STOP ME FROM USING THEM AGAIN, HOWEVER, AS THE JOB WAS EXCELLENT AND THE YOUNG MAN WHO DID THE WORK WAS EXTREMELY COURTEOUS.
