They called 4/21 to schedule the power washing on 4/26, as it could be done rain or shine. However, they went to the wrong house that day and powerwashed the wrong deck; came to our house late in the day, and did a rush job. It was rainy and cold that day they power washed; we were under the impression they would call when they would come back out and stain/paint the deck. To our surprise, they came out the next day, 4/27 and stained/painted the deck, when it was cold and windy, and it was going to rain that night and the next day. No one had called at all to say they were coming out the next day, but we found out from the person doing the job, 'they were trying to catch up". Not what you want to hear. The next day, I looked out our patio door and much to my dismay, there was over spray everywhere; on the back of the house on the vinyl siding, around our patio door on the vinyl, on the patio door glass, on our air conditioning unit and utility boxes, which are away from the deck; our deck sits up, so when they sprayed the lattice, they got everything underneath the deck; the vegetation around the deck, we had to cut out a portion of a tree, it killed those branches; also parts of our awning brackets. Let's just say it was a disaster. I called the company right away, and the owner came a few hours later. He actually walked on the deck, which was still wet, and did not look happy. He had the worker come out and start to clean things up. They had to come out 3-4 times to clean everything up, power wash part of the house, items under deck, etc. They never called in this 2-3 week span, they would always just show up. We were inconvenienced for approx 2 weeks, while they "fixed, cleaned up the deck. This is the only way to the back yard, so we had to take the dog around the front to the house into the back for about 2 weeks. This should have only been a 2-3 day deal, with power washing and painting. They did make most everything right, but not sure if I would use them again, unless they really take precaution in making sure that everything is covered properly, and not windy.

Master Blaster responded to my request for a quote very quickly, and it was a reasonable quote. (Of the three quotes I got, they were in the middle.) Service was performed while I was at work. As soon as I pulled in my driveway after work I could tell the house had been cleaned. It looked wonderful. Then I walked the parameter of the house and it looked great all the way around. The dirt and build-up on my house, especially the front porch and the north side, had bothered me for years. Now it's all gone and the whole house looks very nice.

Scott and this team did a professional job. This was my 2nd time using them. On the scheduled day to paint the shutters it was windy so I did appreciate the fact that they removed the shutters and took them to their workshop to paint. They were also very accommodating and quick to return and touch up spots for my wife.

We obtained an estimate and plan to use them.

The esitmate was very striaght forward.

They painted the exterior wood trim of our two-story house as well as the front door and garage door. They are thorough and professional. They provided a free estimate ahead of time. We emailed the paint colors to them so they were ready to go on day one. Reasonable rates and the house looks great.

This is the first time we've had power washing done. Driveway and sidewalks looked so clean and completely different after the job was completed. The deck was no longer dark and dingy. It was instead returned to its normal fresh wood color. The difference in the house was not quite as apparent but it was improved nonetheless. They completed the job in one day. They offered an Angie's List discount and they take credit cards.

When I called to request an estimate I was told it would be left on the front door or in the mailbox within 48 hours. I called a week later to follow-up since the estimate was never provided. After the follow-up phone call the estimate was emailed to me within an hour. Since the quoted price was competitive, I decided to hire Master Blaster to do the work and scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday. The day of the job, no one showed-up to do the work or even called to explain why the appointment was missed. I called late Tuesday afternoon to follow-up on the situation. Scott apologized and told me that he had our appointment mixed-up with another client and that they would complete the job on Wednesday or possibly Thursday. They completed the work on Wednesday afternoon. Overall, the quality of the work was good. There was only one section of rain gutter that was missed during the power wash however, the chemicals they used killed the grass around the deck and caused dead spots on the shrubs and plants around the front of the house.

The house was absolutely filthy with dirt, environmental grime, algae, and just age. To complicate matters, I have 'beaded' siding which provides a deep cranny along the entire edge of the siding...also filled with dirt. In short, the exterior of the house is absolutely spotless...almost to my surprise. How did they get it even close to clean...let alone spotless? Wonderful job and I highly-recommend TJ and the team at Master Blaster for powerwashing. A+ !!!!

Good. Flexible. Came when they said and performed powerwashing on one day. Returned two days later to apply sealant. Forgot to seal the walk and porch, but when we called shortly after they left. They returned that day to do it.

They responded in a timely fashion and were able to start the following week. They were prompt and extremely clean! Very very personable and professional. They power washed one day....let it dry...then began the staining process. The put 2 coats of stain on and asked to let it dry. The one gentlemen suggested that he thought it might take a 3rd coat and to let him know. After allowing it to dry I called them back and asked that they apply another coat. They came right out and took care of it...no additional charge either. I was really impressed with how they went to great lengths to make sure we were happy with the results! I would and am planning on using them again....

The person I spoke with was very professional and knowledgeable. Their work was performed well and I was happy with the results overall. I noticed a few boards that did not look like they got sprayed quite as well as others but the difference is very minimal.

Their pricing was reasonable. We have used them 3 or 4 times and would continue to if still lived in the area.

I referred my mother to this company after I had received an estimate for my house and was pleased with the estimate and responsiveness to my request. I did not end up using the company. My mother engaged their services to paint an exterior front porch - trim and railing. She was assured by Scott that the job would include scraping and patching. After one reschedule, he performed the job during a time when she wasn't home. It appeared that he didn't scrape or patch, however, the main problem was he left one large area untouched. It is clearly rough and hasn't been painted. After 5-6 weeks of calling, leaving messages, and Scott's promises to come back and finish the job, he never showed up. He is now not returning calls or email. Scott telephoned my mother today, saying that he had responded to her email. He also stated that I "slammed" him in this report, and advised her that he would not be coming out to finish the job. On 12/12 Scott stopped unexpectedly at my mother's house. He looked at the spot in question and painted it. He was very polite and professional. He went to great lengths to explain his perception of their communications issue. My mother is satisfied w/his resolution.

Recieved a call back the next day with a quote based on the size of the house. The two man crew came a week later and did a very good job cleaning the exterior. They got rid of all the dirt and grime as well as the black mold on the north side of the house. I plan to use them again next year.

They did an excellent job. Had to move things around, but didn't complain about that at all. Did a very professional job. Will have them back in the Spring to wash and then paint the deck.

Very responsive. Provided quote within a day of our inquiry. Performed the service within two weeks of the quote. They were very neat....no stain anywhere but the deck. Surrounding bushes were not damaged. Very pleased with the whole experience. We will definately use Master Blasters again.

No problems. They came when scheduled to do the washing, waited a day for the deck to dry, then applied the finish.

Received a written estimate in a timely manor. Scheduled an appointment for the following week. Was contacted the morning they were supposed to come and asked if they could reschedule due to a problem on another job. The job was rescheduled for the following day which was a Saturday. The appointment was set for early afternoon. The arrived around 1:00. The workers were very professional. They asked if I had any concerns. I asked that they be careful around my landscaping. They covered by landscaping with a tarp so it would not be damaged. The house looked beautiful when the job was completed.

Master Blaster had a quick response with estimate and did a great job...had quite a bit of build up on north side of our house - totally clean after the job!

Cheapest estimate, by far. Painted 2 coats. Only concern was they maybe should have scraped the deck prior to painting, as it would look better and also would probably last longer. Other than that, good, quick job! Very professional.

Contacted company for quote, got one in just a few days. They did excellent work, even while having to deal with a grill that was in the way.

There were a couple area that were missed, but not worry about it because no one would see it, but overall they did a good job.

The overall experience was excellent. They arrived on time. Their work was professional and they were very conscientious. As a result, we have continued to employ their services every several years since 1997! This was our third or fourth time to engage them. We are always pleased with their results.

They were fine and did a good job. They were prompt and did the job. I would use them again.
