+ -1 moreGreg Whitney was the salesperson that greeted us when we went to the store. He was very personable & knowledgeable. With help from Greg we decided on the carpet we wanted, Dom Perigon Cameo. Greg e-mailed me quote after coming out & measuring the area. I contacted Greg when we were ready for the install as I was trying to time if with other work I was having done at this time. On schedule start date two men arrived for install. Very punctual & polite. They worked hard removing the old carpeting & padding that had been laid when house built! They were going up & down stairs all day carrying padding/carpeting and tools! They cleaned up well & moved the large furniture around. After the installation was complete I noticed 2-3 inch space between carpet & flooring at base of stairs. I contacted Greg & he came out within two days to look at area & fixed it on the spot. Had I known of them before I would have used for downstairs flooring.
Description of Work: Removed old carpet & padding and installed 912 square feet of new padding & carpet.
