Description of Work: Fertilization and weed control |I wanted granular fertilizer -- they used liquid. The company did more applications than I requested and would not adhere to my wishes -- it has a set program, regardless of what the customer asks for. No response from complaints made to the office. I cancelled after one season.

+ 1 moreWhat I like the best is that the same serviceman comes out every time and he knows my yard. If I have a question he can answer it because he?s walked my yard as much as I have. When I call to ask questions they come within a couple of days. I've signed up for next year.
Description of Work: Leisure Lawn is my regular yard people so they come out about five times a year. They fertilize and the put down a grub preventer in August.

+ -1 moreIt seemed like every other time they came they would tell us that we need an extra treatment which made the price 50-100% more than the original estimated price; it seemed deceptive. I understand that we needed extra applications but I think they just applied to death. The serviceman that came regularly did a very good job. We use another company now.

Description of Work: They did fertilization, inspection, and weed control. They have tried very hard to keep weeds under control. I was unhappy & decided to do it myself. Then I realized they were better at it. They came back and are doing a good job.

+ -1 moreAFTER ONE TREATMENT, I CANCELLED THE SERVICE ON MARCH 25. RESULTS WERE NOT GOOD AND THE PRICE WAS ABOUT $15 HIGHER PER TREATMENT THAN OTHER COMPANIES. I HAD PREPAID FOR THE SERVICE AND WAS TOLD MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT WOULD BE CREDITED. IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED.
