Often times with such a large financial commitment, people have second thoughts or buyers remorse. I can honestly say that I have never questioned my decision to work with Kitchen Solvers. The team was great to work with for my full kitchen remodel and bathroom vanities. They had many suggestions to help me through the process including getting more storage space in my small galley kitchen. As the work was being completed, the frequent updates ensured I knew what was happening when and that my expectations were being met. Everyone involved, from the designers, installer, electrician, plumber, flooring, and tiling people were great to work with and kept my place clean, which was great since I continued to live in it during the remodel. I highly recommend Kitchen Solvers and would definitely use them again myself.

Refaced a total of 49 doors and drawers including full length pantry doors; also added glass panes to the doors of a display cabinet. They were the only company we interviewed that was willing to try to save our ceramic tile floor by having an expert remove and replace the cracked tiles only. We had extra tiles from the original job. The resulting work was excellent...... you cannot tell which tiles were removed and replaced. Sales rep, Sheila and Owner, Brad were easy to work with, not pushy, and responsive to all our questions and concerns. The work crew headed by Caleb was polite, their work professional, and again they were responsive to our questions and concerns. We liked that Sheila had us submit a picture of our old kitchen before they ever met with us so that they could have suggestions for us on our first visit with them. That meeting, at their shop, was ideal because we could not only see the items that were being suggested for our redo, but an entire array of items that could represent other possibilities for our kitchen. It went very well! Kitchen Solvers were very knowledgeable on the subject and once I choose my materials, it all went very smoothly and efficiently. I bought my own sink, backsplash and cabinet handles which was fine with them, but they can source those items for you if you like. The install team was very efficient, communicative and punctual. The end result was stunning!

It went great. They worked with me on color and pattern selection as I was not interested in white or gray! The Installer were really great; they did not dawdle and did a great job. Always cleaned up at the end of the day. I would hire them again and I might to update bathroom cabinets and counters

We are very happy with the result. We had flooring, new backsplash, new cabinets, and a breakfast nook remodel. We did not do major construction or take out/put in walls, etc. The kitchen design, the quality of the cabinets are excellent overall. The feel of the new is bright, clean and functional, especially given the constraints of our older hom., It is all that we had hoped. The transformation of the space was great. Only a few issues keep me from an overall excellent rating. There were a couple of delays because of some carelessness, so some work had to be redone/repaired/cleaned up. The whole process took quite a bit longer than anticipated. Some of the delays were due to small changes in design, but mostly work just took a long time. In retrospect, the nook design was not workable as drawn and it should have been clear. That said, when issues came up they were addressed and so the overall remodel turned out great! And I never felt that quality was being sacrificed. I would hire again, though I sincerely hope never to have to do a kitchen remodel again because it is stressful, especially if one is living in the home while the remodel happens.

After years of frustration trying to resolve some design issues with my standard-issue 1990s kitchen (anyone who’s tried this can tell you it’s a house of cards!), I did my research one more time, and was lucky enough to find the highly-reviewed Brad Hulls at Kitchen Solvers of Columbus. Brad took the time to listen to my kitchen needs/complaints, concerns, and ideas, and enthusiastically helped me brainstorm solutions that would modernize my kitchen and stay within my (Spartan) budget. He sketched out several ideas and showed me potential plusses and minuses of the changes I was considering. He was always respectful of me and my budget. Once the plans were finalized, Brad scheduled each phase of our project with respect to the process and my work schedule. Any kitchen remodel is a complicated process, and because it’s happening right where you live, while you live there, the people who will be working with you are as important as the materials they’re installing. Brad’s crew of contractors were singularly pleasant and professional. Every member of his team worked hard, and did careful, concise work while respecting my property and my over-friendly golden retriever. They all cleaned up at the close of each work day and took trash offsite. John Haywood, a master craftsman who did the resurfacing of our cabinets, did an exceptional job. The cupboards look like custom work. Brad’s advice was right on point, and helped me get the most “bang for my buck.” The kitchen looks great—we’ve stepped forward twenty years. The “small genius” changes we made in the layout have given me room for a “real” refrigerator and more work space, all with a custom look at a price below a low budget “big box” renovation that would have taken three times as long. If you’re considering a kitchen makeover, whether large or small, it will be well worth your time to talk to Kitchen Solvers of Columbus.

The new drawers we had made are amazing and fit perfectly. They were even able to take off the existing drawer covers so we could save time and money. Would absolutely hire them again.

Brad and his team were fantastic to work with. Very professional and responsive with great attention to detail. I love my new kitchen and could not have been happier with the experience.

The kitchen cabinet refacing that was done went pretty well and quality of product was good. My issue is that I really wanted new soft-closing drawers but was told they could not do that. Also wanted them to do a back splash but was told their tile person was really backed up with work. We ended up doing it ourselves and it did turn out fine. Also wanted help to put in lighting, we are also going to do this on our own, still not done. We would have paid any additional amount to have a completed job, that was not the issue. Feel as though it was a piecemeal type job, wished we would have gone with the original contractor we had contacted, they were not a franchise, they were a local business and had more experience even though they were more expensive.

Great! He really drew up every single detail that we wanted to see, had some good suggestions of his own, and generally delivered on his promises.

On time, very knowledgeable and professional. Had a slight delay in getting renderings as I believe he was overwhelmed with the business the Angie's List 'Big Deal' brought him. Needless to say, when he did deliver the 3-D renderings, they were spectacular!

It went very well. Brad our general contractor, was very personable and professional and the sub-contractor he hired for the cabinet work was very professional and gave attention to detail. We upgraded to solid wood products per Brad's advice and were very impressed with the quality of the materials provided from the manufacturer.

Fantastic. Everyone on the Kitchen Solvers crew was very professional and did quality work. We had a total of 23 different people working at various times throughout the course of the project and I would recommend each one of them. Our general contractor, Brad did a fantastic job coordinating the various teams and went above and beyond to meet our needs.

Brad is very professional and friendly. He helped us remodel the kitchen of the house we just bought. The kitchen is completely different after the project and we all very happy about it. My husband said it is really worth doing it.
