They were very friendly when I went there. They didn't carry the product that I wanted but the guy went out of the way to find the one I wanted. He was very helpful when I was there.

They did great. They were professional, everything was an A. They gave me quick delivery and were very courteous. They were very responsive to my needs.

Our washing machine which is only 5 years old stopped working. The machine filled with water then stopped so we were unable to use. I called Jack's Appliance on a Saturday afternoon and they came to our house on Monday and fixed the washer. The repairman immediately recognized the problem and replaced a switch. He was friendly and cleaned up after himself.

They delivered the washer first and was on time. The delivery personnel went out of their way to please me during the installation process. They tested the washer after it was installed and verified that the appliance was working properly. A week later, the dryer came. They were slightly late due to a large installation but again they performed the installation to my acceptance. They had some trouble with the vent connecting to the outside, but overcame the problem. Their installation personnel spent the needed time to please me and make sure that the installation of the appliance was correct.

Among other problems, within four days the $1330.00 dishwasher flooded my newly remodeled kitchen and it (the dishwasher) has an inch of standing water in it. After several phone calls and waiting a week someone is coming to look at it. The co-owner of Jack's, Chris, was very rude to me when I told him the problems I was having due to my new dishwasher breaking. He said appliances break all of the time. He said that this is how things go. He also said that he was going to "end the call right now" when I was trying to explain how frustrating it was to have to make several phone calls and wait a week to have a new appliance fixed when it clearly never worked properly since it broke the first time I used the bottom drawer. When I told him that I spent a lot of money and was disappointed, he said that he has a lot of customers and does not know who I am. I have never been treated so unprofessionally. I had a much better experience at HHGregg when I bought a washer and dryer.

Some friends had recommended I buy appliances from a dent-and-scratch seller, but I decided to buy from Jack's Appliances. I might have saved a few dollars (or not) but the level of service and guarantees I got from Jack's make me feel this is a better investment. The cost, $648.00 included the tax and the $45.00 delivery fee to install the washer and remove my old one.

The appliance was in stock the next week, they installed promptly. The installer was here exactly at the time they said he would be and he left exactly the time they said he would be done. Couldn't believe how accurate they were! Job was done well, cleaned up any mess, and the microwave works beautifully!

Very well. The sales experience was pleasant and informative. Salesman very knowledgeable, took initiative and answered my questions. The dishwasher was delivered COD by the person doing the installation. The installation and hauling away of old dishwasher went smoothly. He arrived on time.

Jack's was fantastic to deal with. Our new kitchen was part of a addition, so we received quotes from Jacks and several other places months in advance of ordering. I expected their service to be good, and I was pleasantly surprised that their prices were competitive (even compared to scratch-and-dent store that advertises on TV). Jacks delivered them when they said they would, and even came back to install the double oven after my electrician flaked out (he was afraid to install the oven in my expensive cabinets). (By they way, Jacks installed it the same day I called, and did a beautiful job.)

The repairs went very well. The part was shipped overnight and replaced the next day.

I had placed an order with a competitor of Jack's and 4 weeks later they were still telling me that it was the manufacturers fault that I did not have my cooktop. So I canceled my order called Jack's and talked with Chris and Mark and within a week had a new cooktop installed in my home. They kept me informed and were just great to work with.

This is a smaller appliance store with excellent service and a fairly large selection given the smaller size; they carry high end brands as well as brands that look high end. It's easier for us to concentrate on what we want in an appliance when we are in a quieter atmosphere. Not all small stores offer good customer service, but Jack's does. We were able to schedule delivery on the exact day of our remodel when we needed them.

They made the necessary adjustment to my satisfaction.

Great overall experience. Very knowledgeable staff who spent time to show us all the options, and differences between models. Prices were fair. Delivery and installation were on time and done in a professional manner (including no scratches to our new hardwood floors).

Great service, starting with setting up the appointment. The repair man was quick and knew exactly what to do.

I received a good price for all of the products. This company also did a good job keeping me informed. We did have a little trouble with installation.

Was extremely pleased with Jack's from the initial fact-finding mission, selection, pricing and installation process. They were always polite, prompt and responsive in all aspects. Their pricing and selection was best, even over HH Gregg. Their installers were efficient and knowledgeable, and took the old appliances with them. Two examples of how they went "above and beyond": I left lots of just purchased fruit in the bottom drawer of the refrigerator when they removed it and had gone on to the next stop across town. They brought the items back within an hour of the call. Also, they were out of stock of the original micro-wave I ordered, and they convinced the manufacturer to upgrade me to a convection-microwave at no cost to me! I was thrilled, and they supplied cookbooks for both my Jennaire microwave/convection and convection/ regular double oven.

I was referred to Jack's appliances by Interior Designer that said they were very fair in pricing. I found that to be very true. And the service was even better! I needed some customizing to get the appliances that I wanted and they were able to deliver that service to me at a great price as well. Their selection was great and they carried every name brand and then some. Don't let the location or store front fool you, they have it all.

I WENT THERE TO LOOK OVER THE GRILLS, THEY ARE NOT PUSHY, AND ARE A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS, AND ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS. THE GRILL I PURCHASED IS A DCS WHICH IS MORE OF A HIGH END GRILL, AND THEY ALSO ASSISTED MY LANDSCAPER WITH TIPS TO GET THE GRILL INSTALLED CORRECTLY. THEY SHIPPED THE GRILL COVER TO ME LATER. THEY WERE REAL GOOD.

THE SALESMAN, CHRIS MITCHELL, WAS VERY HELPFUL IN ASSISTING ME WITH MY SELECTION AND HE KEPT IN CONTACT WITH ME THROUGHOUT THE DRYER DELIVERY ESCAPADE. HE ENDED UP PROVIDING ME(AT HIS OWN SUGGESTION AND AT NO EXTRA COST) WITH AN UPGRADED DRYER BECAUSE AFTER A WEEK, THE DRYER I ORDERED STILL WASN'T IN. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SALES THROUGH DELIVERY WAS VERY ACCEPTABLE. I SHOPPED AT A COUPLE OF DIFFERENT STORES, TOO, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST WASN'T THERE. THE WASHER AND DRYER THAT WERE REPLACED WERE ALSO PURCHASED FROM JACK'S IN 1987 AND WERE ABSOLUTELY MAINTENANCE FREE OVER THOSE YEARS! THE OLD AND THE NEW ARE AMANAS. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR PLEASANT PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WOULD RECOMMEND JACK'S APPLIANCE TO ANYONE. THEIR PRICES ARE COMPARABLE TO EVERYONE ELSE'S, BUT I BELIEVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD BE DIFFICULT TO BEAT, AND THEY DISPOSE OF THE OLD STUFF! THEY ALSO DO REPAIR WORK WHETHER THE APPLIANCES WERE PURCHASED FROM THEM OR NOT.

SERVICE MAN ARRIVED EARLY FOR APPOINTMENT TO DIAGNOSE AND FIX AN ELECTRIC CLOTHES DRYER THAT WAS OVERHEATING. ALTHOUGH THE PROBLEM DID NOT OCCUR CONSISTENTLY WHEN HE WAS HERE, HE COULD NOT DIAGNOSE IT. HE SUGGESTED A KIT FOR THE HEATING COIL (APPROX $40 INSTALLED, IN ADDITION TO SERVICE CALL), BUT COULD NOT EXPLAIN WHY OR HOW THAT WOULD HELP THE PROBLEM. A $50 SERVICE PAYMENT FOR NO REPAIR OR EXPLANATION IS MUCH TOO HIGH. HE DID NOTHING MORE THAN CHECK THE OPERATING TEMPERATURE OF THE DRYER CYCLES. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HIS LACK OF KNOWLEDGE, AND DID NOT APPRECIATE HIS SUGGESTING AN ADDITIONAL PART, WHICH MIGHT NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I WILL NOT CALL THEM AGAIN.

THESE PEOPLE ARE WONDERFUL! THEY KNOW WHAT REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS. THEY ARE ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY, AND CONCERNED. I WISH ALL THE COMPANIES WE DEALT WITH WERE LIKE THEM! I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.

PERSISTENCE WAS REQUIRED IN REACHING REPAIR SCHEDULER BY PHONE. PHONE WAS FREQUENTLY BUSY OR SCHEDULER WAS OUT OF THE OFFICE. ONCE THE CONNECTION WAS MADE, WORK WAS SCHEDULED AND COMPLETED ON TIME. DIDN'T HAVE PART ON TRUCK AND HAD TO ORDER AND RETURN TO COMPLETE JOB. WORK WELL DONE. REPAIRMAN PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.

I PURCHASED A NEW STOVE AND IN DOING SO I WAS GIVING MY USED STOVE TO MY AUNT. IN RETURN WE HAD TO GET RID OF HER OLD ONE, SO THE COMPANY WAS ACCOMADATING AND HAULED HERS AWAY AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.
