We were not aware of Jack's before we started the remodeling of out kitchen. They were suggested by our architect. When we went to the store the salesman, Mark was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about all the appliances in the store and helped us choose the perfect appliances. They delivered them with consultation with the remodeler and gave us the remodeler discount. They also provide service after the sale which was one of the reasons we bought from them.

They are very nice. They did a good job with the installing. We thought very highly of them. They were knowledgeable and professional as well as being prompt and on time. I would recommend them highly.

The experience went very well, we have our own business and we work 6 days a week. I was able to make all the arrangements with Mark by email and phone. I knew what I wanted, emailed a list and Mark quoted and made suggestions. He was very helpful. I would not hesitate to use Jack's again. When I had a small problem with the lint trap on the dryer he had it taken care of the next day. All the arrangements and installations went smoothly. They co-ordinated their installations with my builders schedule perfectly.

Salesman was very helpful but suggested getting the steam washer and dryer for a bit more. We wanted this anyway but ended up asking if the dryer needed a water hookup. It did, which doesn't work for us. This should be a standard question the salesman asks to ensure you have water near the dryer. We also had the dryer door open on the opposite side. On delivery day they came on time and installed quickly. However the dryer door wouldn't stay closed. They scheduled a repair for later that day. The repairman came out quickly and fixed the problem - dryer door wasn't aligned properly when it was switched. Although we had a couple problems they were very good to work with and I would recommend.

We have purchased from them before. Their pricing is great compared from other outlets. It isn't high pressure and they have great service. The installation went according to plan.

The staff at Jack's were very knowledgeable and helped us decide on our final choices. They did not attempt to steer us into anything, but they did provide good guidance. The prices were very competitive. The delivery was on time, and the delvery team was courteous and professional. Jack's will be my first choice if I ever need a large appliance.

Worked with Chris Mitchell, 3rd generation at the store. Very knowledgable and helpful explaining the pros and cons of different manufacturers and models. They carry all the major manufacturers. We made a mistake ordering the refrigerator, that we did not realize until after it was delivered. I called Chris Mitchell and he took care of it right away. He ordered a different model and switched out the refrigerators. We just paid the difference in price for the different model. The price is same as the big box stores. The delivery of all appliances was about a week. It was a pleasure dealing with a family business that is built on customer service. It is worth the drive to Hillard.

Jack's had the items in stock, and delivered and installed the units professionally and punctually on the following Saturday at our request.

Sales staff experienced, knew the products and were very helpful. I needed the washer delivered right away, and they made special arrangements to have it delivered within a few days. The men who came to install the washer were fast, efficient and courteous. It took them less than 20 min.

Contacted Jack's and someone came out that afternoon. Didn't have the right part so returned the next day and replaced the unit. Came on time, didn't charge extra for two trips, was professional. We have bought appliances there but this was the first repair they had done. Excellent and quality work.

We paid around $700 for the washer. The price was in line with the other companies that offered the same services. It was a top-loading washer. We used them because the person whom we spoke to had knowledge of the questions we were asking, instead of just selling appliances. The washer is fine. We would go back to them in the future.

We picked out a washer and dryer with the help of the salesman, purchased it and were on our way in about 20 minutes. They delivered it 2 days later. Very friendly and professional staff. Nice work.

They are superb. It's a family-owned business and the young man helped me with every appliance as to what he recommended. They worked with the remodeling company on measurements and confirming that everything would work with the space we had. They delivered, they were punctual, they worked with the construction company to have everything delivered as requested, and they assisted with the install. I went back for a washer and dryer within a couple of weeks.

When the compressor failed on my 7-year-old refrigerator (don't I have all the luck), I asked the repair technician from Applianceman, my fave repair folks, where to look for the replacement. He suggested Jack's, and I was well satisfied. They had what I wanted, the price was decent, delivery was available in just a few days. The staff was helpful throughout -- reception, sales, and especially delivery/installation. They called ahead and came when scheduled, although it was pouring rain. My apartment is up a flight of steps and the kitchen door is just barely wide enough, but they got the job done efficiently.

After a kitchen fire we decided to remodel our kitchen, including replacement of old or non-working appliances. After shopping the "big-box" stores, scratch and dent stores and chain appliance stores we found Jack's. From the outset the personnel were helpful and knowledgeable. We discovered that we could upgrade to stainless steel and still save over the other places we would consider. Due to scheduling issues, there was a several month wait between purchasing the appliances and their delivery. We paid 50% and were never pushed to complete payment or accelerate the delivery. When we did schedule delivery, Jack's assured me that they could meet our contractor's requested time slot, which they did. When we reported that the refrigerator's ice maker bin was missing, they didn't question our report; they merely obtained a replacement, and seemed genuinely happy, not merely willing, to do so. This is a family oned and operated business, and we enjoyed with working with at least two of the family. I would recommend Jack's Appliance without reservation.

The service call went fine. My only complaint is that the repair person arrived over an hour earlier than scheduled. I had even called earlier that day to confirm the appointment time. Not a big deal - I just wasn't expecting anyone at that earlier time.

We went to there showroom and they had a lot of products to choose from. They ordered the dishwasher because it was not in stock. They installed the dishwasher in my home.

They gave me great directions to their store. It is a family business with high end appliances as well as appliances at lower prices; they had something for every price range. They were able to order the freezer I wanted. The guys were in my home for over 2.5 hours getting the old appliances out They were very patient and customer friendly, very careful with the appliances I had purchased. They only charged me $45 for the delivery of the new appliance and removal of the old appliances. I will definitely use this company again when I am in the need of new appliances.

They were at least $100 dollars cheaper than anyone else we could find. I was overall very satisfied with their service.

They carried all the brands that we were interested in and they were very helpful when we were looking. We ordered the one we wanted and the delivery was three weeks less than the nearest competitor. When they got the appliance to the house they found that it didn't fit in the allowed space. Their was no re-stocking fee and they new one came in no time at all.

They were very helpful and very easy to work with. They answered all my questions and gave me all the time I needed to make my decision. I would recommend them to anyone.
