I spoke with Mary on the phone and really enjoyed our conversation. I arranged a deep housecleaning on 4/25/17 using the Angie's List coupon. The date arrived and no one showed or called. I was disappointed to not hear anything. I called the same day to find out what was going on but it went to voicemail.

Mary, the company owner, worked late in the night to assure the condo was "move in" condition for the new condition. As I didn't see the final outcome, my real estate agent reported that it was really great work and the company would be recommended to others needing cleaning services. I TRULY APPRECIATE MARY'S KINDNESS AND WORK ETHIC.

I called Mary a bit panicked because I needed to have my entire house (3500 sq ft) deep cleaned with less than a weeks notice because we were going to have company from out of town. Mary and I discussed my house in detail and agreed that her team would come clean on Friday. Mary called to confirm 48hrs in advance (which I really appreciated). When Friday came we walked through the house together discussing all the things I wanted done and any concerns I had. Her team came in and went to work. WOW!! My house looks amazing and smells even better. H&M did windows, base boards, ceiling fans, they even changed light bulbs for me on my 20 ft vaulted ceiling (thank you Aziz). They were great with my dog and patient with my kids. Not only did they do a great job cleaning, they are really nice people. Before Mary left my house we scheduled our next cleaning.

Great! Worked around my schedule and relieved my stress. Happy with attention to detail.

Well where do I start, my husband and I didn't stay once we let them in due to us packing at our other home we didn't have the time. I also was hoping for that OMG! moment and boy did I get it.. 😊 Once they were finished Mary texted me as I asked her too. When I pulled up her and her assistant greeted my husband and I on the porch, as I was standing on the porch I smelled this amazing smell, I asked her "is that my home smelling like that?" Lol, I was amazed when I walked through the door.. I could've cried, it was everything I expected and then some. The window seals, the floor our cabinets. They did an awesome job, Mary also gave me instructions on how to maintain the floors so that I don't damage the wood.. They gave us a great walk through, they didn't have to say much, the work they did spoke for itself! I am so happy I decided to go with this company, they were professional, curtious, and efficient. Especially with me making an appt at the last minute. I appreciate the time they spent making our new home feel like a NEW home... Thank you Mary, from the bottom of my heart.

Needed my house cleaned before company arrived. Mary and I arranged on a Monday that she would come on Wednesday. She was a no show. I called again and she agreed to come the net day on Thursday (company coming Friday). She arrived 3 hours late and was alone. We toured my house and she indicated all the areas her service would take care of. Then she said she was going to her car to collect her supplies and instead, she drove off without a word, leaving me in the lurch.

Excellent crew, very polite and on time, communication was great, they knew exactly what they were suppose to do. The crew came in the morning and they left in the evening when the job was completely done. They cleaned all of my appliances in and out, my kitchen cabinets, the living room, the two and a half bathroom including the bathtub, they swept and mopped, they also washed my beddings and the put them back on. The crew also dusted all the blinds and helped me organized some clothes together in my bedroom. I was extremely pleased with the job they've done to my place, I' am very definit that I will use them again every other week to keep my home clean and organized.

Loved walking into a clean house that I did not do myself! I intend to use going forward on a regular basis.

The provider did an amazing job! My house looks fantastic. They cleaned all the rooms, swept and shampooed the carpets, mopped and dusted, cleaned my entire bathroom too to bottom, windows, baseboards were washed. The house was dusted and floors mopped. Kitchen completely clean from the stove to the fridge. Everything looks great. I am very pleased with the cleaning and would recommend this company to everyone.

Mary Ann did a great job, she was always very easy to get a hold of to schedule the cleaning. She did a great job of working around our schedule. Mary Ann always cleaned the house throughly and was willing to do special requests as needed. I would recommend Mary Ann to anyone.

This team came and cleaned all over. They spent every moment here cleaning. When they said they where done and the slotted time was not up thru found something to do. Like laundry! Very pleasant people to be around!

This was my first experience using a cleaning company and I don't think it could have went any smoother. They were very polite and professional. They supposed all there own cleaning equipment which made it very simple for them to get started. They were very detail oriented not over looking anything. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for in home cleaning. They services they offer for their price was a deal. My house looks brand new.

H & M always does a great job. They have the most reasonable price that I have found. You can ask them to do anything specific and focus on certain areas and they always do a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend their company.

Mary and her staff have turned over our AirBnb a couple of times. The first time, she came with two other employees on short notice because our house was trashed by a guest. She and her staff were punctual, friendly, and most of all very thorough. We have had her come back a couple of times to do a more basic hotel turnover, and the work has been great. We plan to continue using her company to help us with turn overs we are unable to do ourselves, and for a periodic deep clean of our property.

She was there on time and even waited for me since I got stuck in rush-hour traffic for 5 to 10 minutes. It was very easy to get a hold of them and communicatel. She was very friendly, respectful, hard-working, knowledgeable, and very helpful. This was my first time having their service and I already book another day for them to come back! I hope to have them for long-term.

The deep clean included, cleaning the kitchen wiping all cabinets down, also the stove and refrigerator, cleaning the microwave inside and out, changing the trash, dusting everything, she wiped light switches and plug in sockets. She wiped walls and baseboards, clean all bathrooms completely, sweep, mop and vacuum and make beds and changed my bedding in all the bedrooms. She done all my windows and window seals including my front and back door inside and out
