+ 1 moreMr. Williams came to the door precisely on time as promised. I showed him a list of what I wanted done and then walked him through the house and property to show him the various needs. He provided an estimate of the number of hours it would take along with his hourly rate. He overviewed which projects he would accomplish that day and assured that the timing and goals were acceptable. He then set to work, quietly and methodically and narrowed the list down 1 job at a time. Each day, he got further than expected. At the end of the work day, he walked me through what he had done, demonstrated how the area was after repair or enhancement. He wanted to make sure I was satisfied with what he had done. I always was. If parts were needed for a job, he obtained them from local stores. Larger items, such as ceiling fans he offered to pick up on his way to work or of course, left the option for me to get them.
Description of Work: Shannon Williams of Grey Wolf Home Services provided the broadest range and the highest quality services I have ever seen. I live in a home that is 28 years old and suffers from the usual ailments and idiosyncrasies you just learn to live with; as well as issues that must be addressed. After estimates from other companies, I deemed many things not worth fixing, such as a pocket door that didn't open and close. Suffice to say I had a LONG wish list of things to have fixed, but no expectation that it could all be done. In addition to high quality work, he finished each job on time or ahead of schedule. He performed a daily walk through to review of all work completed and made sure I was satisfied. His policy is if you're not satisfied, don't pay for it. Over the course of 7 days, Mr. Williams repaired dry wall, repaired and replaced old wiring, installed new light fixtures, replaced faucet's, fixed leaks, replaced worn electrical outlets, added ceiling fans and overhead lighting, build a desk into a wall in my daughter's room, installed an over the stove microwave, fixed or rehung doors, did outside lighting, fixed broken wood cabinet doors, fixed a broken piano leg, changed door locks and more. He not only worked fast, he was detailed and meticulous about work. He has drawn up plans to build a front porch/deck for me.

Description of Work: Thank God I found Shannon Williams at Grey Wolf Home Services! I had lots of little things that needed fixing at my house, and no time or "know-how" to make it happen. Shannon is very experienced and knowledgeable. He fixed ALL the problems in my home - dry wall repair, lighting, plumbing, new light install, hooked up a big screen TV (with the wire going BEHIND the wall), and even evened out a sunk brick sidewalk and powerwashed my deck. He was so good, and his price was so reasonable, that I just kept finding more and more projects for him to do. Things in my house are now working that have never worked before! I've never recommended anyone on Angie's list before, but he's the best handyman I've ever seen.
