This was the third time in 4 yrs. that we have used this company! Never a problem with anything that they have done for us. Brett was the tech who has helped us each time we needed professional help! Brett is a true professional, plus he is a people person, always courteous & polite.

.On 04-02-2014 I called and made an appointment for service work on PC's at my home. I was told I had an 8:00 a.m. the next morning. At 8:45 the day of my appointment I called back to see where the tech was, and was told I had to give them till 9:00 a.m. before I could call in as that was their practice with customer service. I called back at 9:30 and was told that my appointment had never been placed on the schedule that they worked off of. I was then told they would call the tech and have him call me in the next few minutes to see when he could come for my service. I called back at 10:40 having still not heard from the tech or anyone else. All this time my PC was down so I could not do anything I needed to get done. They then transferred me to another location to their dispatcher who was apologetic and rescheduled my appointment for between 1:00 & 1:30 that afternoon. The tech finally called at 2:to let me know he was on the way, but that he was at least 30 to 45 minutes away. When he arrived he got right to work, and said he was finished about 2 hours later. I had told them when I first called what I wanted done and they said it would only take an hour. I told them then that that was about all I could pay as I'm disabled and live on a very tight fixed income. They said that shouldn't be a problem no more than I wanted done. When he finished he had me sign his work order and pay him, which I did. He said everything was right and seemed to be in a hurry to leave. I thought he probable had another service call to make. That night I tried to get my media player to play some of my music on file in my computer, but to no avail, it just wouldn't work at all. In the morning when I tried to log on, I couldn't get it to come on at all. I called Fast teks and told them about what it did and didn't do. I was informed that if I wanted them to get it straightedge out I would have to pay another $85.00 dollar service call. I explained that he had just been there the the afternoon of the day before. I was then told that if I didn't sit down and go thru all the programs on my computer while the tech was here that it was my fault and they had no responsibility to me or the service provided by them. I told them that he had said it all worked fine and left with the unit on and at my email address. They told me that was tough, and did I want to make another appointment with them to come back for service. I told them no thank you and hung up. I'm sorry but I was raised to be a man of my word and to finish a job after I agreed to do something. But customer service with these folks is non existent. I will not ever do business with these people again, and I could not recommend them to anyone.

Brett Cook is awesome. Extremely detail oriented and experienced, has great information to share. He's also GREAT in a house with dogs and cats as he is an animal lover! We totally enjoyed his visit, he did great work, and he's an interesting guy. Laptop hours later is working fantastic.

The technician was Brett and he did a great job. He called ahead and came at the designated time. He came to the home to do a home service call on a desk top computer that just stopped working. He diagnosed the problem accurately saying that the power supply box had gone out. He left and went out to his vehicle with the statement that he was going to call his boss and see if the part could be found at a local warehouse. He came back and said that the part was not available and he would have to order it. He offered a coupon for $25 off of the service fee. The technician came back the following day and replaced the power supply box and the computer resumed working. However, he failed to include the $25 off coupon in our final bill. The following day I called and spoke to a customer rep who said I would have to talk to the mgr Brian about getting the $25 off of my bill. I left messages for Brian to return my call but to date (one month later) have not received any call back. Brett seemed like a nice guy, but the poor response from the mgr has soured the whole experience for me. I won't use the company again due to lack of response from the management.

First appointment for service was cancelled at the last minute by the tech. Follow-up calls to reschedule were answered by the answering service. I never received a return phone call after leaving four messages. I finally got someone on the phone and scheduled again. Second tech diagnosed the problem but did not fix it. Very frustrating experience.

I called Brian to see if his teks could come out the next day to help us, and he said he could have one at the house within a couple of hours! I never expected to have same-day service, which was awesome. The tek solved the problem right away and was in our home for less than an hour. The fee was very reasonable for such fast and complete service.

My computer was infected with a virus causing it to not allow me to open any programs or applications even to allow me to try and remove the virus. Fast Teks sent a technician out within hours of my initial call. He spent several hours onsite determining and addressing the problems. After the initial virus removal the technician updated and installed several applications including a great antivirus. My old laptop is now running as fast as ever and I could not be more pleased with the results.

Having utilized a number of technology service providers over the years, particularly for my business, I am very impressed with Fast-teks; their capabilities and swift, quality service. I find their knowledge and services are excellent. This was as easy an experience as I've had with an in-home service. I called and told them what I wanted. They quoted me, we agreed to a price and date. They showed up on time, installed and tested the equipment. Then the tech cleaned up some of the extra stuff on the system that was slowing it down. He spent extra time with me and didn't charge more than the quoted price.
