I spoke to someone named Bernie by phone to get a quote on some fabric and experienced some of the rudest behavior I have ever seen in a business. I wasn't on the phone more than a few minutes and he hung up on me 3 times. I called back because I thought the cell phone had dropped the call. He was upset because I asked him if he could beat a price that I had gotten online for a very high in fabric. Obviously he didn't even want to be bothered. When I called back to talk to the owner he told me to stop calling there and to leave him alone. I am in shock. You don't run into this kind of rudeness much in businesses anymore. Perhaps they think they're the only game in town and they can talk to people in that manner. With so many options available online there's no reason to deal with that kind of rudeness. Subsequently, I found a business who was extraordinary little light on the phone. Their service was a very high quality and I will be ordering my fabric from them. I would not recommend anyone do business with this company if they have this type of an attitude towards the General Public.

PAINFUL experience. I called to get an estimate for great room curtains. Had something very specific in mind. Was told they charge for an in home estimate. Also, the very specific request I had, I was told couldn't be done, guess what, they're hanging in my house now done beautifully by another company. I had multiple phone conversations to make sure we were in the ballpark on price range and specifics on the job before they came out, before I paid. Everything sounded perfect. Super nice on the phone etc. I have 3 young kids and having someone come to my home is huge. Although everyone else in the market DOES NOT charge for this. So I went ahead and paid. The person who came out seemed prepared with pic and samples but couldn't give me a ballpark in person, however I didn't seem worried because we already discussed. She then wanted me to drive out to get the estimate. I drove out there, wasted 2 hours of my time and left WITHOUT my estimate. This went on for weeks. We were struggling to communicate with one another and I felt hooked because I paid them the stupid $100 fee. I started to have doubts with their ability to get me what I needed and have it actually work. Really annoyed that I paid for the designer to come to me and then I traveled out there 3 more times only to get estimates for something I didn't want. I wrote and email stating my disappointment and the designer, Cheri said she would refund my money. I said I can afford the amount in the estimate but the estimate but can you get me what I'm asking for at that amount? The estimate by the way was significantly higher than the pre appointment convo. When the estimates came in there were not what I wanted as far as product. I finally said forget it. Asked for my money back and I got no response. I even went to my credit card company to dispute and fabric farms is disputing back. I got nothing from them and had to pay $100. I found a much better company calico corners who completed the job beautifully and affordably and did not charge me for an estimate. NO ONE ELSE CHARGES FOR ESTIMATES IN THIS BUSINESS. Not even high end designers. The scary part is fabric farms suggested using hardware unsuitable for the job and fabric yardage significantly less than 5 other companies who provided estimates. Furthermore the structure and design were not conducive to a functional drapery system. Watch out for this company, they will hook you in with their stupid ESTIMATE / Measuring charge. Terrible terrible way to do business. Cheri said she's a big believer in karma. I find that ironic. Here's you $100 review / advertisement. Buyer beware.

Great job and the cost was higher because we ordered a special fabric. They were amazing and I would definitely use them again.

Someone suggested we go to Fabirc Farms when we wanted to put cushions on our wooden dining room chairs. When we met Bernie and Jeff we liked them immediately. They spent a good deal of time with us finding the right fabric and they did a fantastic job! As we were remodeling our home we needed to have draperies made for our Great Room. We considered a few different places and went with Fabric Farms. Again, a fantastic job at a reasonable price. At that point we knew we wanted to continue working with them. When you find a provider who carries a great variety and quality of material and merchandise and who does outstanding custom work you stay with them. Plus, they're extremely pleasant to work with. Jeff does a large percentage of the sewing and we were blown away with the work he did for us. Every project was given the foccus and attention it required until we were satisfied. They use an excellent installer for their window treatments, too. We can't say enough about these guys.

I bought the fabric from them and they upholstered a chair for me. It took a little while due to circumstances with the provider. It was no big deal and they did a terrific job! The chair looks totally new.

Since I don't have the lovseat back yet to see the finished product, I really can't answer this.

I was extremely pleased with my experience at Fabric Farms. I was able to find the perfect fabric in stock at the store and had them reupholster 2 seats on hardwood chairs. The finished product looks amazing and it was ready ahead of schedule in less than a week. I paid $49 for fabric and underlining, and $110 for labor. In addition, I had 3 sofa cushions restuffed. They were ready in a couple of days and my sofa looks like new! Cost for this was $90. The staff is beyond courteous and very helpful, yet not at all pushy. I would highly recommend using Fabric Farms for any upholstering needs.

They were really reasonable. They charged only $550 for eight cushions and in that price, they also repaired two zippers. The job was done within two days. They were remarkably prompt, very present, and clearly very knowledgeable. They also made me some suggestions.

They repaired one of the back couch cushions to my sectional sofa. From first contact to finished product, my wife and I were very pleased with their work. They were professional, courteous and above all did excellent work, it's impossible to tell the tear was ever there. They were so good we plan on looking to their store in the future.

They were very professional, arrived on time and the service was quick! The end product of the couch was like new!

They helped us pick the fabric. Put in everything perfectly and reinforced the seat. Overall, did a wonderful job.

Upholster Linda came to our home with her husband to inspect the loveseat, and provided expert advise as to what should be done to it. They removed the item from our home. She reglued and repaired the frame, touched up scratches on wood, upholstered the item with a velvet fabric, she did diamond tufting and attached gimp, and installed tacks. After 3.5 weeks, the item was returned to our home in fantastic and superb condition on time. She is a master craftsperson and highly recommended.

Staff helped me to choose fabric to refinish my dining room chairs. When I was considering the price for recovering the staff told me about a class they offered in which I could recover the chairs myself. I signed up for the class. They helped me calculate the amount of materials I would need and I ordered/purchased it all. On the day of the class the instructor was very helpful and helped me to measure and mark my fabric so that the pattern was centered on all chairs. Even made the piping for me. My arms were sore at the end of the day but my chairs turned out gorgeous!! Their fabric and upholstery costs are a bit higher than other places where I shopped. For example, they charged me $12 for "shipping" when I ordered fabric to be picked up at their store. A similar store did not charge me that fee. I felt the charge unfair and had not been told about it when initially discussing the fabric order. However, the class is a great resource at a reasonable price, especially for the all the assistance and skill of the instructor.

This company was extremely helpful when I went into the store. It was a pleasant experience with friendly people. The loveseat looks beautiful and is nicely done. We were under a time restraint and they worked with us to meet that deadline.

Great from start to finish. I picked out the fabric and both ladies I worked with were very knowledgeable and full of great ideas and suggestions. The chairs were very neatly and professionally done and the job was finished before expected. I am very pleased with their work and may go back for a table runner and valances to match!

THEY WERE WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. THEY MET ALL THE DEADLINES, AND WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK.

TOOK EXTRA TIME TO MAKE SURE THAT WE FOUND (FABRIC) WE WANTED. GOT IT DONE SOONER THAN EXPECTED, EVEN DELIVERED THE CHAIR TO US. TOOK A LOT OF TIME TO HELP US AND MAKE US FEEL GOOD.

FABRIC FARMS WAS VERY EXACTING IN THEIR WORK AND REASONABLY PRICED. I RECOMMEND THAT THE PERSON SEEKING WORK PURCHASE FABRIC FROM THE STORE TO ELIMINATE THE 25% UPCHARGE.
