I am really disappointed about the work., What the person said the work was going to be and what happened seems like two different jobs. I felt the work was rushed. It felt they wanted to leave the moment they came on. They did not complete the job. I have raised spots on the concrete they poured in, so when I put the carpet over it again, I will have a spot I will feel. there is an edge of one of the trenches they dug that has not concrete. The left my walkway to my front door with a concrete stain. I felt they had no respect for my property. They left things everywhere. They left things outside. I would not recommend them to do my basement again.

They were professional and easy to work with. The crew that showed up at my house were easy to work with and worked hard. They explained the process qnd cleaned up after themselves. It was 100% a positive experience

We needed to have foundation drained,coated,and cleaned up as the is 50 plus years.It means we now have security of knowing the home will last all the years we will want to be in it. They did the job very well in the time they said they would. We are very pleased with Everettâ s help on this project.

1 year later Mold, mildew, odor, soggy corners gone Our basement improved 100%. It is beautiful livable space. They let you know what caused and where leaking and damage is stemming from. Pictures taken during your personal tour of your property foundation inspection inside and out along with air quality testing. They waterproof & don’t offer cleanup afterwards. That’s your responsibility. Looking back I recommend except for laundry machines, refrigerator or deep freezer; to remove basement furniture any carpet before the operation. Best for everyone involved.

We had a section of our basement that was drawing some moisture/mildew. We called and we were quicly given a time for someone to come out and look at the basement. It was determined on that visit what needed to be done and an appointment was scheduled on the spot! The crew came out and took care of everything. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the job at hand. We have been nothing but satisfied with EverDry and their commitment to their work and their customers.

We have had no problems at all with our basement since we had Everdry in 2008! If I have a sump pump issue they are here to check it out and replace it if needed. I purchase the warranty once a year at a cost of $40 a year! You can't replace sump pump for $40, plus the warranty goes with the house should we decide to sell.

We had issues with the drainage in our finished basement and researched a multitude of companies. Everdry had competitive pricing but also the most thorough solution. They replaced plugged tile in basement but also resolved issues outside as one would not work without the other. Everdry is a company that cares about ME! I have the home warranty. I had bowing basements walls. Everdry corrected the issue with the walls. I was getting ready to finish my basement when I noticed stairstep cracks. I made a call and set up an appointment. Easy call. Representative showed up. We talked about the cracks. I agreed that we should wait and watch for 6 months if the cracks got worse. Six months later, I followed up. Rep came back out. I told him i was going to finish my basement and didn't want to rip down walls if it starting leaking. His concern was for the color of the crack. He set up an appointment to dig up that section of the wall. Crew came out. Sure enough! There was a 6 foot vertical crack that was eventually going to seep water. The vertical crack was repaired and now I have a beautiful finished basement. I trust this company. Any issues I have ever had, the came out and took care of it. I appreciate an honest company. All of the guys were very friendly and professional, they got the work done quicker than expected (only took a little over a half a day). They had to dig around most of my house to do the waterproofing but you can hardly even tell. They worked with me on financing to make the payments doable for me. The foreman, Aaron was very thorough in explaining everything and walking me through what they would be doing. I have a 91 year old house that requires a lot of fixing up and this was one of the things I was not looking forward to getting done but Everdry made it a lot easier than I thought it would be.

My basement was leaking around the perimeter. The inside work was done well by the head of the crew. The outside work began with a rocky start with the outside work crew. After talking with the head of the crew a second crew came out and did a better job.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made sure everything was covered and clean. Very respectful group of workers.

I contacted Everdry previously regarding a possible water issue in my basement. They were quick to respond and assess the situation. The technician who responded even educated me on my EZ Breathe system. It's great they offer a continued warranty service. I recommend.

They started off by showing up on time, with a crew that got right to work. They completed the job in the time frame given. The men worked hard, yet were very polite. They were careful with my property and willing to answer questions. I am happy with the work that was completed. They did everything that was discussed. Also, they were able to look at my basement set up and offer a few suggestions, not previously discussed. No extra charge. So far very pleased. They were referred to me by my sister. They did her basement prior to her purchasing the property and she has kept the warranty active. She called with a possible concern and was very pleased with their response. It wasn't a big issue, but they put her mind at ease. I know I have added value to my home with the work they completed. I have confidence that my basement is now ready for anything. The company also he phone check ins at the end of the day, where I was asked how the crew did that day, the quality of the work and inquired about any questions I may have. Overall they made a situation that could have been difficulty, easy.

They completed the job on my basement a few years ago. The basement is still dry and we have no buggy problems that we had before. There were a few rough spots in the concrete they put down, but they were easily smoothed out before I painted the floor. Everything is still working fine.

We bought a house that had already been waterproofed by Everdry. It was really easy to transfer the warranty and well worth the yearly fee. We have had a couple issues after some heavy rain. Anytime we have called they get out quickly. The crew is professional and knowledgeable.
