I had a great experience with both the salesman(Bill Barrett) and the installers(Tom and his crew). They were all very friendly and professional. Tom did a great job of keeping me updated on what they were doing and showing me the work as it was done.They also had to remove and reinstall some decorative stones and lights that I had . I would recommend EverDry to anyone who needs this type of work done.

the work was done quickly and the crew was very professional. There hasn't been a bit of moisture in the basement since the system was installed a year ago. My wife has an art studio in the basement and she works there often. The air is dry and she loves it.

We had EverDry waterproof our basement years ago and they put in a sump pump and dug around the perimeter of our basement inside and outside. This fixed the problem and our basement has remained dry since then. We pay the annual warranty on the sump pump and they have replaced it twice in the years we have had the work done.

There were 2 different crews that worked on our job. The second crew did much better than the first. They cleaned up wonderfully each night when they left, repaired a window they accidently broke while working and they were very respectful of our property and never once used any profanity during the time they were on our job.

All of the crew was ever nice to have working on my house. The basement has been bone dry ever since. Had a problem one day when the sump pump motor went bad. Called them and they came out right away replace the pump at no charge. Great company good and professional workers.

Connor, Shaun and the crew (sorry I did not get everyone’s name) did amazing work in three days. They arrived when they said they would. Had all the materials they needed to work on and complete the job. They did a great job protecting my home from construction dust and grime. They cleaned the basement after fixing my bowing walls and water issues. That was greatly appreciated If you are looking for an endorsement you would definitely get one me.

They have very hard workers

We had EverDry since 92' they waterproofed our basement ; we've not had any major issues however whenever anything has come up we're able to get an appointment, they came out directly and rectify the situation. Very Dependable no complaints.

The project was done with a friendly , personable crew that did a fantastic job. I haven't had any problems since!

The crew was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and hard-working. The concrete finishing was great. While they did an adequate clean-up inside and out, I suggest the company offer a free cleaning service to come in after the workers are done. It would be a great service to offer because the dust and mess in the house afterward took hours to clean up. Concrete dust is unavoidable no matter how much they worked to keep it at a minimum.

Our Ever Dry salespeople were knowledgeable and explained processes in a thorough, understandable way with visuals. The workmen were respectful of our home and accomplished the project in less time than originally anticipated. When a supervisor returned after completion and we asked that some floor cracks be re-cemented, he looked at our work order and approved the request on the spot. Very pleased with the process from start to finish!

We purchased a home - an 1860's farmhouse! - where EverDry had waterproofed the basement. We chose to maintain the annual warranty - and are glad we did! The basement itself is perfectly dry - doesn't even have a hint of the usual old house (or new house...) basement smell. When we did have one issue, that turned out to be a drainage tile issue (remember - 150 yr old house.. ) EverDry came out to check that out, and even though it technically probably wasn't a warranty item, they took care of that issue as well. We couldn't be happier with their service - and in these days where very few companies can even spell 'service', EverDry definitely stands out! I highly recommend them.

My home is around 100 years old with a field stone foundation. Every time it would rain, the basement would end up with standing water and was at least damp 90% of the year. Everdry completely waterproofed the basement, both on the interior and exterior, and we have not had 1 drop of water in the basement since, even though we have had plenty of rain. The crew was quick and efficient and thoroughly cleaned up after the job was finished. The job was done in 2-1/2 days. I am very pleased with the result.

We had another company perform an inside drainage system and was never satisfied with the results. EverDry replaced the original system and also performed outside foundation repair and waterproofing. Very pleased with the results and the crew was courteous and was always willing to answer our questions explaining what the work as it progressed.
