Their Scope of work was hard work. They jack hammered inside perimeter of basement floor. Drilled weep holes in bottom layer of block on footers. Built a gravel trench , created a shield wall so drained water would flow in trench, pour concrete cap over trench. Outside gutter down spouts piped to specified point under ground. Life time guarantee. Sump was replace with new pump and backup system. We had one issue with pump float they wasted no time in having someone out to address it. We are completely satisfied.

We hired Ever Dry in 2016 to waterproof our basement that had been wet since we bought our home 30 years ago. The quality of their work and the crew and sales people are excellent. They got the job done and I have not had any water in my basement. They also installed a new septic pump hole with a new back up battery and the warranty is excellent. No trouble with it either. As with all construction companys, If you don't know how the work should be done. Hire a manager who is knowledgeable in the type of construction being done.

The basement looks very nice and I assume we won't ever have a wet basement. It was a big job but they did it in a reasonable amount of time and cleaned up after finishing.

Basement waterproofing was done on time and within expectations. The crew was able to deal with multiple issues that were unexpected. Communication and customer service were good. Cost was high but the project was much more than I would feel comfortable doing on my own.

The Worst thing I have ever done. DO NOT TRUST ever dry. They dug up my walkway and under my crawlspace. Which had nothing to do with the area that to be fixed. Put a camera up to watch them. They sent there the best tech. To put reinforce concrete under my Foundation. Nothing but gravel and a thin coat of concrete. That is just part of 18 months of B.S from them. Roger from Howard Ohio.

They arrived on the scheduled date and on time. The crew working on my basement and foundation were friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions. They completed the project in two days and did a great job. I have the peace of mind knowing I have a dry basement.

the group that came out to do the job was great..worked hard got job done in the pouring rain was the week that we had almost a new recorded for rain fall in a single day.. Tom the leader of the crew and all the crew was very professional and caring..Tom even returned the next day to check back which was a Saturday..
