They were careful to keep dust and dirt minimal. There has not been water in the basement since then. They did some follow up with our sump pump. The work inside and outside was done well, and guaranteed.

We have had the basement waterproofing going on 20 years now and anytime there has been an issue and there have been very few, they are always out right away! We recommend them to everybody.

Great job! Ever dry was hired in 2009 and I am a satisfied customer. Only issue was the sump pump they installed did not work properly after a heavy rain. The day after I called ever dry a new pump was installed. I would hire ever dry again.

We moved into a home where the waterproofing had already been done. Everdry then contacted us and said that even though it had been a while since the contract had been active (the house had been empty when we purchased it), they would be willing to reinstate it for us. We had some questions about the basement so they scheduled a technician to come right away.

Company did a thorough and professional job to waterproof basement and install new sump pump.after a heavy rain the pump did not come on. Called ever dry and they came out the next day. I was satisfied with their response. I would hire them again. No more wet basement. nd they came out next day to replace it. I was satisfied with that.

The EverDry project manager kept us informed of the progress of the work done in our basement and around the outside of the foundation. The workers were friendly, polite, efficient, and cleaned up when they were done. One year later we are still satisfied with the work that was done, and our basement is dryer (less humid) than it was before EverDry worked on it.

I used to get water in my basement almost every spring. Then I hired EverDry about 15 years ago. My basement is still dry.

Did a great job, very courteous, cleaned up when done. I had a leak in one of the pipes after install but they quickly came out and fixed it. No problems since, been over a year since install.

The block foundation had shifted and they did a complete foundation repair, installed E-Z Breathe and a Battery Back-up Sump Pump system. If EverDry hadn't fixed our water problem in the basement we wouldn't have been able to use any portion of out large basement.. Now we have a completely dry basement. I would recommend them to anyone that has a water problems in their basement.

We experienced a major wet basement so we contracted with Ever Dry to fix the problem. The work was extensive and included installation of a second sump pump along with interior trenching. We have not had a problem with water since the work was completed. Our basement is completely dry. The work warranty included the E-Z Breathe as well. When the service representative came to inspect the air cleaner, he installed a mesh screen to prevent critters from trying to enter through the opening. I sincerely appreciated the thoughtfulness and work ethic of the technician who provided service for us. I wholeheartedly recommend Ever Dry. Thank you!

Everdry Waterproofing of Columbus an was excellent choice for the moisture issues I was having in my crawl space and home. It started with the initial inspection and they identified the issues and explained how they would be able to fix the issues I was having. Next came the installation of the Breathe system which improved the air in the crawlspace and bed room above. The last step was the installation of the sump pumps and drain tile which was minimally invasive.
