They are professional and answered all my questions. They cleaned up after themselves.

The foreman and his team were very friendly, hard working, on time.....cant say enough good about them. We had major work done to solve our water problem in our basement- new drainage inside and out, new pumps, cracks sealed, etc. Our sales rep was cool, as was the gentleman who first came to the door soliciting. My biggest complaint is the people in the office. When our appointment was first set up, no one came. After waiting 1/2 hour, I called and they said the person was running late, could they reschedule. It would have been nice for them to have called to let us know. We also called in a couple of times and the guy who answered, T*****, was rude. There are mean people at all companies. Unfortunately, we have to wait 6 weeks before putting our basement back together, wish we were told this!! And you have to pay for the lifetime warranty. But all in all, good. Dave and Kim M. It's so nice to have a basement that isn't damp and musty smelling! No water problems after heavy rains for the last 4 years. Now, to tackle the spiders and cobwebs that seem to enjoy it as much as I do.

Customer service and teamwork of the personnel who worked on and in my home was exceptional. Adam, the foreman was extremely helpful filling in a window in the foundation. This is better teamwork than I have seen in 8 years of consulting with corporations. The staff was accommodating too! I saw on several occasions members of the team offered to help one another out! Volunteering to do work! They worked hard too. A tough and dirty job. I also found them very knowledgeable in their field. I would rate higher but We have not experienced any heavy rain yet! I would recommend them for sure!

Basement walls had cracks due to improper drainage. Everdry install drainage channels and repaired walls and a sump pump.

Great customer service.we bought a house that everdry had done the water proofing and drainage channels. We have kept the warranty up for 10 years. We have had the sump pump go out twice.They came right away and put a knew one in.we also had a pipe break that lead to the drain outside.They always fix the problem quickly.I strongly recommend everdry.The customer service can't be beat.

They were very nice to deal with; the salespeople and workmen both. They have given us a new room that we use a lot. There has never been a dampness problem since the work was completed and they respond quickly if we need a new pump. A home addition created an issue which they handled quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this company for basement waterproofing anytime

Very good experience with EverDry. Tom in Sales, Rick in production, and Adam Vines and his crew were all very helpful, courteous and professional. Adam's crew took great care with my plants outside when they dug around the foundation, and placed them back in the ground as quickly as possible - didn't lose one single plant. When they removed the old concrete to install the new drainage system, they took great care to limit the amount of dust that dispersed into the rest of the house. They also left our finished basement just as it was when they arrived - minimal clean-up for us! Thanks Adam and crew - great job! And, with all the rain we've had since the waterproofing in early June, there has not been one drop of water in our basement!

Everdry provided a thorough explanation of the process and kept me informed of the job progress. They arrived on time and finished in the job on time inspire of the endless rain showers. My foreman was very hardworking and kept his crew on task. This was a major project with interior and exterior work. I look for to reclaiming my basement as a usable space in my home and breathing better. A side benefit of clearing the workspace for the crew has been some much needed purging .

EverDry has been a wonderful company to work with. Their free waterproof inspection saved us thousands of dollars because they were able to show us a foundation problem that we probably wouldn't have know about. It is such a great feeling knowing that I can walk down to the basement and know that it's dry, with no musty smells and the air is clean thanks to the EZ Breathe air system that was installed. The folks that installed our waterproofing system were professional and knowledgeable and they showed me and explained what they were doing every step of the way! They cleaned up after installation, even replanted my flowers that had to be dug up so that they could complete their job!

I had and continue to have a great experience with Everdry. They waterproofed my basement about 10 years ago and I have had no problems since. I live near a river and almost everyone else living on my end of the street had flooded basements in the last year. I signed up for their lifetime warranty program, which cost me only about 40 $ per year. Although I have not had them back, I am confident they would honor the contract even if I had a major problem in the future.There are a lot of good basement companies in Columbus, but you can't go wrong with Everdry.

We had Everdry service our basement years ago. We have not had a drop of water on the floor ever since. The service was fast and the professionally done. It is a good feeling to know that I do not have to go ���check��� the basement after a heavy thunderstorm.

They did a very professional and complete repair to our foundation and we have had no issues with any leaks or humidity. This repair was done in the summer of 2000.

They came in did everything we talked about in drying are basement and did it in a very short time it was like night and day because we had alot of water problems. They did a great job.
