Currently not satisfied I noticed nothing has been updated on here in two years a lot can change. They have been out twice with no solution Istill have water coming in my basement. No phone call returned to explain my coverage as it was transferred from previous owner? They spent over 18,000 dollars and we were told this only covers one wall? How can there be a lifetime warranty on a basement only covering one wall?

We purchased our home and continue to renew our warranty every year, customer service is friendly and prompt, very easy company to work with! Highly recommend!

I have not had any issues with leaking, wet walls or my sump pump operation since having interior and exterior work completed by EverDry. The process was straight forward beginning with a no pressure assessment and quote. Once work began the team was efficient and polite. If I have any issues going forward I will definitely consider EverDry.

We had our basement waterproofed over 20 years ago which comes with a lifetime annual renewable warranty (for a modest fee). Over the years we have used our warranty to replace our sump pump and to replace some drainage tile. Every Dry has always been very responsive and professional. Having the lifetime warranty is really good peace of mind!

We have not had water issues since the work was completed. We chose the life time guarantee service and whenever we have questions they are quick to respond.

The work was performed over a decade ago - all work was done professionally. When we had a shift in the foundation, they came out again and fixed the crack and leak - no issues, no charge. When our sump pump sounded "off", they have come and replaced it. Their warranty program has really worked for us.

When a friend sought recommendations on a Facebook post recently, I was happy to recommend Everdry of Columbus. They did a complete basement waterproofing in 2012 for us which was one of the most professional experiences we've had with a contractor of any kind in over 40 years of home ownership--including repairs, remodeling, and maintenance that goes with a house of this age.

We had Ever Dry do some foundation work on our house when we purchased it over ten years ago. One of the basement walls was buckling in, and Ever Dry straightened and solidified it. It appears to be holding up fine. They also built a drain perimeter to help with basement drainage - our basement has been dry so it must be doing its job! We have the warranty plan which has been great for peace of mind. The one time we had to request work, they came out and resolved the issue quickly.

Professional crew, had job complete in 2 days. Basement has not had any water since this was complete. Well worth the price for the lifetime warranty that stays with the property. Highly recommend.

We experienced significant basement flooding and everdry provided us with several options to repair our foundation cracks based on our budget. The work was performed quickly and professionally. Warranty has provided us with continued peace of mind.

We were totally pleased with the work and the results of the basement waterproofing. Our work was completed back in the mid-1980s in order to stop the small streams we had running across our basement floor. Their work has stood the test of time, and we still have a dry basement 35 years later.

All of the guys were very friendly and professional, they got the work done quicker than expected (only took a little over a half a day). They had to dig around most of my house to do the waterproofing but you can hardly even tell. They worked with me on financing to make the payments doable for me. The foreman, Aaron was very thorough in explaining everything and walking me through what they would be doing. I have a 91 year old house that requires a lot of fixing up and this was one of the things I was not looking forward to getting done but Everdry made it a lot easier than I thought it would be.

The team was in and out in four days. I was amazed how short of a time it took to complete the job. They did the work in the middle of February. I was impressed they didn’t leave any mess and cleaned up the basement when completed.

When we called about getting the warranty switched over to our names, the customer service specialist that answered the phone was super helpful and pleasant. She got everything switched over within minutes and we received the paperwork within just a few short days. I was super impressed with all the paperwork left behind by the previous owner of every single detail laid out by Everdry employee that performed the work done in 2017. They really deliver top notch service. Worth the investment!

Great Job guys, Came in did the job well, had it done over 10+ years ago and with just one call they pull up my account and help me with any problems I have. also they reinstalled a new sump pump at no charge at all over all I'd have to say I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call for any reason or to have them do it again!

It has been nearly four years since we had the EverDry system installed in our basement. There has not been 1 drop of water and we could not be more pleased.

Basement has been dry for years after Everdry waterproofing worked their magic. It's nice not having to worry about leaks after every thunderstorm. Would certainly recommend them to anyone with a leaky basement.

EverDry Waterproofing has provided us with a great piece of mind as we no longer worry about basement leaks and flooding! The previous homeowner made a great decision in using them as they did great work around the perimeter along with sump and backup system. We scheduled a service call just to check on things and the entire staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. May homes in our area are older and it is pretty common to see plumbing vehicles after a hard rain / snow melt. Thanks to EverDry Waterproofing, we don't have to worry about this!!!

Everdry Waterproofing of Columbus did an excellent job installing their system in my home. In addition to this they also installed an Easy Breathe System and it has helped my allergies and made the air in my basement cleaner. I've had this system for two years and would highly recommend it to anyone having water issues in their basement.

I've been a satisfied customer for a few years now. I've only had to deal with Everdry on only two occasions. Both left me very satisfied. Due to the quality of workmanship they have done for the previous owners of my home, i have had zero issues. They covered a sump pump that they didn't even install because it was here prior to us moving in & repaired a downspout that became disconnected free of charge...who does that? I pay less than $4.00 monthly for my annual warranty & peace of mind. Thanks Everdry!!!
