Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

The best part is the person, I think it was Aaron, who came out was very warm and friendly. He fixed the faucet in a short period of time and he also told us how to prevent it for the future. He came out himself, if he had a partner, it would have made it easier. He had to go in and out, back and forth to make sure it was working. I had fun doing it with him, but it might be something that needs to be improved.

I ended up getting a refund on one of them because we ended up replacing the toilet. The guy was very knowledgeable. He knew what he was doing. I was checking with him to get some pricing for some other projects I had in mind, which is why we ended up changing out the toilet. Then he also fixed a drain for me. I thought the prices were reasonable. The guy seemed to know what he was doing. He did good work. I'm satisfied with his work and I will hire him again for the rest of the work for the rehab of my house. I haven't signed anything with him, but I know that's who I'm going to have do it. I would recommend them for future work. I haven't had plumbing work done in so long. I just know all plumbing work is pricey. It seemed reasonable. I have nothing to compare it to.

The guy was fabulous. He did a nice job and had nice materials. He cleaned up. He was just pleasant to work with. I would give Eco the highest grade. They were really good. Eco is great! I was pleased with them all the way around. I was pleased with what they charged me and the quality of their work. I would use them again.

Everything went very well. He had to go get a part but was back soon and fixed the toilet. the service person was very professional.

Plumber came out as arranged. Issue was water leaking around rusted bolt in tank. Decided to replace entire toilet as I had been wanting new unit for several months. All repairs completed in timely manner and I was given $39 credit against toilet replacement. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. I'm waiting for a quote to replace water pressure tank; will definitely use this vendor again!

THIS WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. NO SERVICES WERE PERFORMED THAT WERE DESCRIBED IN THE AD.. SERVICE MAN WAS ONLY HERE 10 MINUTES AS WAS NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE SERVICES THE AD REQUIRED. PLEASE REFUND THE $59 PURCHASE PRICE.

We use Eco Plumbers for all of our plumbing work and they are exceptional in every way, every time. Travis has been to our house several times and he is very knowledgeable and our dogs love him. Thanks for you do for us, Eco Plumbers. :-)

Fast, polite, efficient. Actual work time was approx. 1 hour, two techs. Results were excellent.

It went fine. They were on time, respectful, efficient, friendly, and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. They found that had parts were needed for replacement beyond those in the initial estimate.

Very pleased with the people that have come to our house, they explain everything, are careful and do a good job. Will continue to use them.

We live an area with trees so we expect to find roots in our lines. He made it seem that these were the worst lines he'd ever seen and that they would only last at most another couple of months. I felt that he was just trying to get me to come do more work on the sewer lines and was pushing just too hard.

Explained fully what needed to be done, potential issues that might have to be addressed, but assured me he would his best to get the issue resolved without requiring any additional work/expense. He was able to do so and I was very happy with the result. I have used EcoPlumbers several times now - they do great work, are professional, always prompt, always clean up after themselves. Very satisfied with the choice and work.

Service from eco plumbers was excellent! They responded timely, and their technicians did quality work for me. They were extremely knowledgeable and were able to communicate the full extent of the issues to me. Travis and Alex really saved the day for me and my family!

This is an excellent company. It went very well. Alex came out to the house and was able to replace the filters without problem. He was able to assess the situation with a possible mainline leak, and give me some instructions on calling the city to have them come out and diagnose/inspect. He indicated that eco-plumbers would be able to come out and fully repair any leak quickly and thoroughly. I will definitely call them to come fix the problem.

My one complaint- the work was done a day later than I'd hoped. I called them back the first day and jobs were more complicated so they wouldn't be able to come that day. Other than that, when he got here he gave me some good advice on maintenance to perform on my own. I added replacing the 2nd toilet when he was there and he was able to complete all work that day. I now have 2 low-flow toilets in perfect working order and couldn't be more pleased!

I just wanted to change my original overall grade from "C" to "D" because after all that went on, in arriving hours late and staying until after 9 at night, I ended up with no hot water two days later. Turned out that the wrong size pipe was put in and they had to come back to re-do much of what had been done. It's over and I have hot water but I honestly could not recommend them after all this.

Cleared drain and showed me it was clear with optical camera. Had to dig a deep hole, install new pipe and was necessary to remove a fence panel to get equipment through. They are coming back to adjust the mound of dirt for the hole that was dug. They came out quickly. Job was completed in 3 days. I will definitely use them again.

Service crew arrived on time and worked together on the issue and got it resolved and fixed.

I would never recommend them. He was there for 10 minutes and it cost me about $165. I disliked the price. He was out there trying to sell me water softener. It took him 5 minutes to do the work. Quality of the work was fine. Their responsiveness was good.

I described the issue, Carl came to evaluate and confirmed the issue and showed me the price for the materials and repair. He asked if I was a member of Angie's List and gave me the associated discount. I signed for the work and Carl fixed the issue within 30 minutes. He then showed me the work, had me test the system and then followed through with billing. He did a great job cleaning up after himself as well

It was a reasonable price, they did a great job, the toilet works. It was a very good deal, it was very reasonable and probably half of what they usually charge. They did fine.

I had some toilets that were not properly repaired by a previous plumber. I used an Angies coupon and had them come out and do the work. They did charge more than the coupon was worth but that was ok because the scope of work was beyond that (they did have to install a new handle on my toilet and that wasn't included in my work coupon). With that being said I thought their prices were slightly above what I was expecting. Nothing too crazy but certainly not the most economical either. I would definitely hire Eco Plumbers again though due to their professionalism, timeliness of the scheduled appointment and the quality of their work. I had this work done nearly a year ago and to this day we have not had any issue whatsoever with that toilet running.

They sent a person to preview the job and give an estimate, and also schedule the job for completion. The date for the work to be completed was about 3 weeks out (ok by me) and as the date neared we got reminders of the appointment. We we told it would be a 2 man job and ECO sent an apprentice and the expert. They we friendly, efficient, and the apprentice kept me informed of the work in progress while the expert did the work. They were done in about 3 hours and were the most professional and polite contractors I have ever worked with.

Carl was very helpful and informative. He gave us options to improve the performance of our older toilet rather than immediately replace. He provided us with quotes and guidance. We feel much more confident going forward now that we know what the issue is and knowing that if the methods to correct it fail, we can replace it with the help of Eco Plumbers.
