Noticed leaking and corrosion on the top of the tank and had Adam H from Eco Plumbers come out for an inspection. He immediately recognized that it needed replaced and laid out all of my options. Once we decided on the tankless options, he did a full audiovisual survey noting what would be needed for installation based on my setup. He was able to schedule the install for the following afternoon. Adam K and Kyle B performed the tear down and installation and did a great job and were quicker / more efficient than expected. Everything was tested to be working effectively before they left. Everything worked out very well - recommended!

It went great! They had to come a couple of different times but it was a pleasure to have them! I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

They showed up on time solved the drain issue in a couple of minutes themn fixed a shower fixture, perfect!

He had replacement unit on hand, and installed it quickly.

We were reminded with a call and an email 30 minutes before service. Ammar T. arrived right on time. He checked both toilets for leaks and did repairs needed. He was very friendly and polite. We felt we got a good bargain on this service.

The quote never came, but two week later they called and said they do not replace carbon medium for water purifiers. That's it. I must assume there must be plenty of work out there in the plumbing world. I don't want to bash them, they just never did any work. I am beginning to notice a pattern of this with the Angie's List special offers.

Service was good. Technician came the same day I called him. He gave me an estimate of replacing the sump pump and battery back up plan.

He ended up placing a few connections where 1 was probably needed; if he had the repairman had the right part. I think he could have come back to make it right. That said, i haven't had any rpoblems on the work and was given a discount to make up fo the issues.

Beyond my greatest hopes. The staff at Eco Plumbers are not only an asset to the company ~ they are an asset to humanity. The nicest folks a consumer could ever ask for.

Well, they found problems, and we hired them to fix the problems, so I will write another review about that.

Bobby was on time, totally professional, and very charismatic!! I could tell he really enjoys what he does. He was also very educational; there was so much I didn't know about my hot water tank!

Lousy, they did not have the proper material on the truck do do the tune up and a recommendation was made for numerous parts. that was not even needed to fix the problem. The prices were extremely inflated for the parts.

Efficient, prompt and professional. I will recommend to anyone need, water heaters, toilet and drain repair. Eco has done all of those services for me and I have not complaints.

Performed the tune-up service, including replacing the flapper. Unfortunately, still had issues, which required a return trip and ultimately needed to replace the entire flush mechanism. They did credit me the cost of the original tune-up. All-in-all, I had a problem, and now I don't.

Install went well but the service man had to come back because of the leak. He repaired it to our satisfaction. No continuing issues.

Adam arrived at my home on time, he was very thorough explaining the problem with my water heater and offering replacement options. J.P. and Bob also arrived on time, installed my new water heater very quickly and Bob reviewed how the water heater works, and when I should replace the filter. All three technicians were very knowledgeable and courteous. I will use this company again for all my plumbing needs

Ammar was great. He was on time and fixed the problem in a timely matter. He also took pictures of the toilets and showed me what the problem was and then send them to my email. I would hire this company again.

I called because my water heater went out on Sunday morning and was leaking. I just needed a standard 40G replacement but they wouldn't give pricing over the phone. I was charged a non-refundable $75 for him to show up for 5 minutes to give me a $2,350 quote for a water heater! Then he said they could take out the $400 filter which to get the price down. Given that I know the average cost of a water heater installed is $900 and $1,300 on the high side for Sunday service/emergency. I called a few other companies and got prices over the phone from $1k to $1,300 for Sunday emergency install. A friend came through with a referral and in the end it cost me $850 installed for a new Bradford White.

I called about the sink in the morning and they had someone at our house by that afternoon, and he was able to clear the clog for us. On the earlier job, someone was over to give us an estimate within a couple days, and they were upfront about charges and the scope of work. Everyone was professional and courteous and we were pleased with their work.

I called on a Monday afternoon and was scheduled for a service call the next day between 11 am and 5 pm. I received a call that they would arrive around noon. He was exactly on time. He introduced himself as Holden. I showed him the problem and was quoted $300. I agreed and he immediately set to work. Within an hour he was finished and I paid exactly as much as the quote. If I have another plumbing problem, I will definitely contact this company first.

We've used them 3 times over the last 2 years, every time the service has been excellent - including fixing a part due to a manufacturer's fault on a sump part - telling us, and making the repair saying as they had done the original so no charge (it was within a year). Excellent
