We were contacted promptly and set up an appointment. Holden was on time, was concerned about tracking anything into the house, and did both the scheduled job and the add-on efficiently. He was friendly and pleasant. He also gave us an estimate on another problem.

The job went well. Eco Plumbing techs Charlie and Brandon were great, professional and friendly. Since I did not previously have the inside gas pipe fittings, the job required two separate days so that I would still have hot water to use. On day one they did all the inside work including mounting the tank-less gas water heater, while not cutting off my electric water heater (about 4 hours). On day two the gas company came to install the gas meter. Charlie and Brandon could then cut off my electric water heater, connect the water pipes to the tank-less water heater, and connect the inside gas pipe to the gas meter outside (about 2 hours). On both days they left the work site clean. Communication from and with the company office staff was always very good. So far the tank-less water heater is performing great.

Ammar from Eco Plumbers was excellent. Services were performed efficiently with an explanation of what was done and options if I'd like to so anything differently. He found that one of the remedy items was already in place (buyer's inspector missed it being there) and took care of the replacement of the exterior spigot and addition of a shut off valve. Would recommend Ammar very highly. Will use Eco Plumbers again.

It went well. The original faucet installed was defective and they came out and reinstalled a new one the next day. They care about making it right for their customer. We didn't get the sub-pump drain check because my father-in-law was confused and said no. User error.

It went extremely well! The worker was prompt, professional and performed the work quickly. He was able to make a small repair to the line without additional cost and everything was done in less than 30 minutes. Very efficient and knowledgeable!

Arrived when he said they would in the window of time, he gave me a 4 hour window. Replaced the flapper for 109.00 plus tax. He was very efficient, and thorough. After installing, he went back to his truck giving the dye he put in the tank to see if there was any leaks. The other thing that I like was he was very careful putting the booties to protect my floor. Each time he comes out and come back in he always put the booties back on.

They have done very, good work for me in the past, but their quote came in higher than everyone else. I don't think well drilling is their line of work. It was a little outside of what they do. They responded quickly.

The tech arrived later than expected, but was professional. He performed an inspection of both the sump pump and the battery backup pump, as well as the drain inspection. I had to leave before the services were completed. He found the battery back up pump was not working and provided my wife with an estimate of $650 to replace. I declined to have the work performed because the price was too high.

I would hire them again . The best part is they gave me a window of time and the guy was there when he said he would be.

Tech found a few other problems, and was also honest about what I didn't need. Explained everything thoroughly. Took care of everything quickly. Outstanding communication from start to finish from the company.

I received an estimate of $4200 for sump pump replacement with a battery backup and drain pipe replacement. I elected not to go with this company, because I would afterward be required to have a landscape company repair the paver patio that they anticipated would have to be pulled up. I hired a landscaped company to replace the drain and a friend replaced the sump pump.

Amazing! They were here in less than an hour, and installed a new state-of-the-art sump pump. They stayed to be sure it was working properly, and they explained how to operate it. This company is the best we've ever dealt with, anywhere I. The country we've lived. They are prompt, thorough, very professional, and very careful and meticulous. We have used them for a few years now, and they always provide excellent service. I highly recommend them.

No additional work was needed so everything was quick and easy.

They were very quick to call back after normal work hours and I had someone at my house within two hours. He was quickly able to assess the situation and explain what was needed to fix it and the price. Emergency services are time and a half but I had guests and couldn't really wait a few days for a cheaper rate. He finished the repair quickly and got things running. Would hire again if needed.

There was one plumber and he cleaned everything up afterwards very well. He also made sure all the finishing touches were taken care of.

I first hired ECO with a coupon for toilet tune ups. It went very well, they were very professional. I then had a problem with drainage in my sink. I called and they immediately responded. The price was fair, and they are now my regular plumbers. I love this company!

Everything went well after we resolved the confusion on a deal I had purchased. We realized my sump pump had stopped working, something I was unaware of. I had also opened up my ceiling in two different places where I had discovered water stains from 2nd floor drains. The replaced my sump pump, investigated and corrected the two leak issues. One issue with the master bath drain pipe, it looks like someone had attempted to fix a prior leak by caking the drain and attached pipe in a mass amount of some type of caulk. That was chipped away and a new drain and connection installed. The other leak was imply an issue with a toilet connection and not due to the pipes; this was also connected.

It was fine. It seemed that they had some kind of water softener that they were trying to sell. That seemed to be the whole crux of the visit. They were more focused on that.

I was told that I needed to replace the entire faucet, which isn't a big deal. However, I was quoted $558 to replace the faucet which seemed really expensive. I ended up doing the work myself for a fraction of the price.

He was so professional and kind. He did a speedy and excellent job. No messes.

All work, including multiple follow ups, were performed exceptionally well
