I needed a new toilet and they were very overpriced.

The quality of the work and professionalism of the dispatchers and onsite technician were really good. I thought the price was extremely out of line.

They came out and everything seamed to be ok. A few days later the toilet was clogged again. They came back with a service charge which was reasonable and found a plastic piece in the toilet. I was thankful they figured it out.

They couldn't help us as much as we wanted them to help us so it wasn't exactly their fault. We would probably use them again but not for the same thing. They wanted to replace this thing with our tub that we didn't want to replace. They called us back to try to sell us the things that would fix it and we chose not to fix it at this time. We haven't got it fixed because I just can't deal with it. They weren't pushy but they did follow up. They followed up trying to make sure we were happy. It's a good company.

Well. It still works well. They got the work completed in an efficient and left the worksite complete

They were able to solve the problem quickly and professionally. The technician, Bobby, went above and beyond what was expected to minimize the mess throughout the process and even checked some of the other plumbing items throughout the house to make sure everything was in good working order.

I was notified once via email that they were scheduled to arrive that day. I then received a phone call asking me if a certain time was OK. Unfortunately, it was not (something had come up and I needed to leave earlier in the day). So, they sent installers to coincide with my availability that day. Everything was installed quickly.

The team was great on the phone, showed up with a 30 min notice, and finished in about 45 minutes. No problems. Left a solution to help keep drain clear in future. No cleanup issues and everything went very well.

An inspection of my sump pump as well as down spout was done.

It went alright, they came back and fixed the problem. Everything is working great.

Quick and efficient. Unclogged a drain causing issues for long time. Explained that it was sludge. Have not had any issues since then.

Went very well discovered our drain trap was clogged with either flour or brown sugar that turned into a concrete type substance. He replaced the drain trap with a new one. He also fixed a bathroom drain that was broken. We were very happy with their work.

The plumbing repairs were done quickly and exactly the way we wanted. The new water heater has been very nice.

For a $99 Angie's List deal, they replaced an outside faucet, checked the sump pump, and the outside drains. I learned my sump pump is broken and one of the outside drains is blocked. I didn't have any additional work done, but it's good information. They were very fast and did great work on the outside faucet.

The guy was really nice and was thorough. He checked another toilet for me which I appreciated. I thought he went the extra mile for me, he did more than was required.

It went well but still having sticker shock on the price. Eco was already here so just went with them instead of doing price shopping

Had some water coming into the basement called to have them evaluate the situation. They said the main line needed cleared. They did the work they did a good job, would use them again.

First, I got a call about a half hour before asking me to reschedule. I explained I had taken time off from work and was not going to take more time off. Appointment was 2pm. Tech arrived around 5:30. He shut my water off. Then he told me I needed o buy a $35.00 part. I asked why was that not told up front. He referred me back to Angie's List. I refused to buy the part. He later told me I had to cut out my siding so that he could install the faucet. He explained that homeowners get upset if he were to cut the siding wrong. I told him that I thought he was the expert and that I have no skills nor tools to cut out the siding. He again told me to speak with Angie about this issue. He told me I could contact Angie to get refunded. Finally, after one too many frustrations, i told him to cancel the service. Tech did remain professional the whole time.

They did a great job. They were responsive. I was extremely happy with them.
