Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

I've used them twice. I think they're pretty good. For one thing they have a million plumbers. So they get to ya and they answer. It's kind of a smart thing to have a stable of plumbers and they actually have someone answer the phone you know. They're better than most at responsiveness. If you send over a certain amount they knock 35 off so that makes you feel better. Their minimum charge is $2 something, maybe it's $235, but they are close to that. But, I'm going to just call them for the rentals always now. I've used them for 2 episodes at 1 rental and 1 episode at another. So I've used them 3 times this Spring and they always call you ahead of time. They always call while they're there. They answer the phone and get back to you. You can email them. There are a lot of advantages to it. And my neighbors used them and that's why I called them because they were really impressed. Like I can judge their quality. Everything they said made sense and no problems since really. On responsiveness they're really good. On punctuality like I said, because they're managed I guess. They're managed by someone. It's an organization of plumbers. So someone has someone who organizes their work versus a lone guy who goes well maybe I can get there tomorrow, because they have enough guys that they can. I guess apparently they have quite a few plumbers under them. On professionalism, they're plumbers. They're not professional. They're very polite. I probably should give them an A but you can't give A's to everybody. 100% I would use them again. Nothing is wrong with a B. Just one plumber came out each time. I'm sure they left the area clean when they were finished. The kids were there; the renters, so I'm sure it was fine. They just wash it away. I didn't even go down there. I kinda let the kids who live in the buildings worry about it all. There's 10 guys so there's someone there usually; yeah too many.

They were professional and punctual. They stand by their work which is a relief as I had one tech that was not able to solve the problem at first and they sent another's person out to resolve. I hesiatate to hire again because the price was very high.

The work was never preformed, I was never contacted to schedule the work. Given that all the communication with your providers is generally via email I will give them the benefit of the doubt and say it could have been due to a problem with email.

Very quick with minimal damage to surrounding area in the finished basement.

As it turned out, I purchased the Angie's List Deal of the Day. When the Eco Plumbers came out they assessed my situation and it turned out that it was my washer leaking! The did not charge me for the visit and stated they could institute the refund for my deal. I would definitely recommend the company based on their AWESOME customer service and honesty.

One of the toilets was running constantly, the company allowed me to apply my second tuneup money to the repair. The first repair didn't work, but they came out and redid the work for no further charge and now everything is working. They have also fixed a leaky kitchen drain and replaced my water heater. The work was done in a timely manner. They did forget to send me the permit on the water heater, but immediately emailed it to me so I could set up an inspection with the city.

Worked is on hold for the time being.

Everything went smoothly, in good time, and good results. Everyone we delt with n the company was very pleasant, helpful, and respectful.

That was fine. Reasonable price. Reasonable time to put it in. Reasonably scheduling. I think they could avoid trying to change what was purchased when you think you are buying something really cheap and they say well you can get the next one better, upselling.

The plumber took several shortcuts. The most serious was strapping up a pipe to the floor joist and in the process, put stress on the pipe elbow causing a leak behind the wall. We didn't discover the mistake until the wallboard was ruined from water damage and the concrete under the laundry room was saturated from the leak. Thank goodness it was a concrete floor or this plumber could have caused some very expensive damage. In addition, he ran an outside vent through a space used by the downspout from the roof. He detached the downspout to install the vent. He left the downspout detached and I had to modify the downspout to get it re-attached.

Excellent. I got a full report on water drainage around my property and a report on the sumo pump system in the basement. Very professional.

I have used them about a year and a half.

Things went well. Friendly, professional service. A minor problem occurred less than one month later and they readily and quickly came to repair it!

I have not had my work done as of yet, but can't wait. I purchased the "drain special" within minutes I received a call to schedule my appointment. Talk about punctual! Not only did I have a pleasant person, but she was also knowledgeable about an ant problem I have. She was patient, every time I rambled she just patiently waited for me to finish and then gave me her suggestions! If everyone that works at Ecoplumbers is like their Scheduler, I would recommend them anytime!

This is the 3rd time we've used them and have no reason to call any one else after seeing the type of work they do. Professional, informative, personable, and they clean up after themselves which is a rarity with contractors any more. There was a small leak noticed the next day and they were very prompt in getting back out to take care of it. A+ company all around.

Great, my flapper was bad. He replaced it in about 5 minutes and it was covered under the tune-up price.

The Eco Plumbers were GREAT! They were very on time, professional and efficient. Travis and Nick were very knowledgeable, friendly, and great to work with. We were very pleased with our whole experience.

Quality of frost free spigots was very good and installation was very professional and clean.

Ok, was to include video inspection,of sump pump discharge and yard drainage,not done. Faucet was replaced and worked great last summer.

The rubber collar around the drain pipe was replaced with a new one. If I would have went to You Tube I could have done the repair myself now knowing it was an easy fix that cost me nearly $300.

A tech came out and unclogged the toilet and fixed the leak in the sink. He did pretty good and explained everything that he was doing.
