The toilet was fixable, but Shawn realized that we need some new parts for the faucet, and that we should be able to get them for free from Moen. While he was here, we discovered the faucet on the other side of the master bath was doing the same thing, so now, I can call Moen one time for two faucets. He told me that if they don't do parts, they'll send me new faucets because of their lifetime warranty. We're not the original owners of the home, so let's hope that Moen complies... At any rate, grateful for Shawn's advice. In the end, Shawn only charged us for the toilet. Of course, once we have the faucet or parts, we'll be calling Shawn back.

John came out and began finding multiple things wrong with our water Heater, including a gas leak that doesn't exist. The bid was at lowest $600.00 and at highest $6,000. He said, "I'm just being honest" at least 1/2 dozen times. When you're being honest, it's not necessary to say you're being honest. I think he thought because I'm female that I couldn't think it through and understand that I was being up-sold and potentially taken for a ride. The bottom line is that the problem was a thermocouple, which we had replaced by an ethical plumber for $145.00. This was really bad. I will never use Eco Plumber.

The Tech was very thorough. He completed the analysis and offered helpful suggestions to work with my condo association to totally resolve the issue. Everything has been completed.

The 2 plumbers arrived at a convenient time, very professional and courteous. Explained what repairs were needed and why they were needed. Provided a detailed list of the repairs and cost for them. Toilet is working very well now.

Nick arrived on time and was friendly and Professional during the whole visit. Work completed and we are back to using our own shower again!!

They were fine. There were supposed to send photos of the inside problem of the problem inside the drain system, but I never received them. Otherwise, the work they did I'm sure it was fine, but they never followed through.

ECO showed up the day of the event, helped out temporarily and performed the surgery required a couple of days later.

I signed up on an annual basis for them to be my main plumber. The experience was all positive, they were all professional. There is no reason not to do it, not to use them.

They were very punctual, and they picked out a toilet for us and it works perfectly. They're very efficient, they're in and out.

The plumber tried to up-sell us from check-up to replace parts (+$100, parts at local store valued at $15) to replace entire toilet. Seriously.

They came on time and finished the work excellently.

Very well. We were warned ahead of time of the possibility of additional costs, including problems with the flange or pipes. Luckily, no additional problems were found and we were able to stay within the price of the original estimate.

Drainage inspection was excellent. Faucet did not need replaced. I am having other work done by this company. They are professional and thorough but not timely. Both times the technician arrived after the time window expired. If you are not home already, plan to arrive at the end of the time window.
