It was wonderful There are no cheap plumbers. These are the most professional, nice and kind. They are very good. I have no negatives to say about them.

Call Friday evening for emergency service. Was out in less than 30 minutes. Carl was very professional. Problem was fixed. I'm very happy and will recommend Eco Plumbing to everyone

When carl arrived, he found that the wood behind the steel siding had some rotting & didn't want to try & install the new faucet over it. I truly appreciate him wanting to install it properly. He returned as soon as I had the issue fixed & replaced the faucet. He cleaned up everything when completed.

The news was bad because of the high cost of repairs, but it is what it is.

I might use them again. I just thought that they were overpriced.

I did have to pay more, but I had them do some extra things. I hadn't priced out their work. I thought the quality was excellent. The responsiveness was also wonderful. They were right on time. It was just one person. He was there an hour. They left everything just fine.

This the 2nd or 3rd time we have used Eco. Generally happy with their service, but they are definitely interested in "up selling". While some improvement was made based on the service, the service person sent to our job indicated replacing the toilet was the likely only solution. I had not been remotely thinking about this and their on the spot quotes seemed high. Did some research online and determined installing a toilet is generally fairly easy. So I bought a toilet at Lowe's and installed it myself for about 40% of the Eco quote. Bottom line is they provide good service and are helpful, but feel fully priced to me.

John Haimel was my service man and he was great. Everything was just like I was told it was going to be. I would recommend this company to anyone who needed any plumbing done.

There was an extra charge for a part. I'd give them a "B" overall. Not sure if I'd use them again or not, haven't decided. Nothing really stood out about them.

Perfect experience from start to finish. Technology used during communication was excellent and better than any other service provider I've experienced.

It went well. My husband was there, I wasn't there, but I think it went well. It was quick. They arrived promptly, and quickly. They did the correction all in one day. We loved it.

Not Good. They did refund money for the electrical work that was not done. I still to this date do not have the details on the permit so I can get work inspected by the city. I have asked since it was first installed. I contacted ECo-Plumbers a few weeks ago and was told they were behind and would be done that week. That did not happen and not surprised at this point. The following is what I submitted to ECo-Plumbers. Eco Plumbers – Water heater install on Monday, 6/19/17: 1) I asked for a more detailed quote on Sat, 6/17/17. The office just resent the original quote on the day of install. 2) I paid for the Electrical work in the quote but the work performed was not what was expected. I expected a new line to be run from the electrical box. The electricians choose to take an existing outlet and convert it from a single gang box to a double gang box. I asked why it was done this way and he stated that it doesn’t take much electricity to run the water heater. 3) I was asked if I would recommend them to a friend. I said no. When he asked the question, I was straddling a puddle of water on the floor. The puddle was from the work done and it was under equipment that I had in the basement. 4) Upon removal of the old water heater, a pottery vase got knocked over and broke. I’m sure they knew it since it was a rather large piece of pottery. I don’t necessarily care that it was busted but nothing was said about it. 5) New vent holes were drilled into the sides of my house for the installation. It would have been nice if they caulked them so it does not become a pathway for insects to enter my house. 6) Regarding the brackets to the old water heater vent - one was removed and left on the furnace and one was left dangling. There were rust particles from the removal of the old tank. I expected a more thorough clean up job once the work was completed, like sweeping the mess made and spreading out the water puddle created. 7) There was mention of an inspector coming to the house. To date, I have no details wrapped around this and feel left in the dark on what the expectations are as a customer. Our water heater has not yet been inspected 6 days after installation. 8) The workers were proud about how quickly they did the job. I think they did the best to their ability and were overall friendly. Greater attention to small details from your company as a whole would have made this a more positive experience for me. Actually following up and not having customer constanly call them every week would be nice. I have been nice given them more than enough courtesy and will just post my reviews.

They came right out on a weekend but I think they are overpriced.

Eco Plumbers is a great company. They really have the process down so it is easy for the customer. They were able to come out the day after I called them. Additionally, they even called a couple times that morning to update me on the timeline for arrival, including 30 minutes ahead of time to confirm exact time (a lot of companies SAY they'll do that, but most do not actually do it). Our technician, Shawn, was awesome. Very honest and knowledgeable, but did not pressure me. I had an older tankless unit that had never been maintenanced and was having problems, so I asked them to look at it. I ended up deciding to purchase a new unit due to how old my current one was and the cost to fix it (and since it had never been properly maintained, there was no guarantee it wouldn't continue to have issues). Shawn was able to have a co-worker deliver the unit to my house and he installed it same day! Also, he didn't "nickel & dime" me...he showed me the cost which included tax and installation AND he mentioned a coupon on their website (I had one from Angie's list, but since I wasn't expecting to purchase a new unit when I printed it off, it wasn't as good as the one he directed me to). He also ended up putting a drain into our foundation for the condensation and he added an electrical outlet (so I wouldn't have to run an extension cord)....and didn't charge any extra! This experience, especially with Shawn, has made me a loyal customer and I will happily have them out each year to service my new unit! The company even followed up with a hand-written note! I don't often review companies unless they are really bad or really good This company is top-notch!

Went well. I really do not know about prices. It looked steep but this might be the market price.

It wad several days before I coukd get an appointment but was worth the wait. It took a while, probably from years of build up but the service tech (I'm sorry, I don't remember his name) was very dilugent and patient.

Carl notified us of his arrival and arrived early. (+). My husband met with Carl and reviewed the situation with him. My husband was impressed with the vehicle, equipment and Carl's presentation. Good Job!

Very well. Service person checked all aspects of the toilet to make sure it was functioning correctly after repairing the handle.

Successful. It is now draining better than it has drained in years.

Work was excellent. Determined clog was caused by hair. Rodney extracted that and had drain running like new in less than 45 minutes. Highly recommend The Eco Plumbers.
