Nice people to talk to but I'm not inspired by the quality of the job.

Went great. Adam also showed me how to light the pilot if needed in the future.

It overall went well. They identified that my sump pump drainage lines and gutter lines underground were clogged, and were able to flush all of that out for me. I appreciated their expertise.

What a scam! The Angies List promotion states they will replace the old faucet, do a yard drain evaluation, and conduct a camera inspection on the sewer line. When the plumber arrived he stated that the hose faucet I had was not covered in the price and I would have to pay an additional $425.00 to have it replaced. I told him that I can buy a frost free hose faucet at Lowe's for $12.00 and replaced the faucet myself. The pipe from the source is less than 8 inches from under the kitchen cabinet to the exterior, a straight shot where a first time novelist to do the job. I also told him I wanted a refund.

Fast, friendly, and truly professional. Saved us over four hundred dollars too on our upgrade job! Great communication, easy payment, gave us a detailed estimate before any work was done, and our job was complete in only a half hour from procurement. Water was off for only ten minutes or so! WOW- Highest recommendations. Finally, a Five Star Plumber which is deservedly highly rated instead of just over-rated! Thx, Eco- We will call again.

Great. Brian and Kyle were nice and polite. Explained process thoroughly. Clean up was good when finished. Also relit my gaslight outside for me.

These guys seem professional and competent but their prices are outrageous. $100 for an estimate and 1000 to replace a shower faucet. I just can't.

Unable to reach water pipe therefore unable to replace the spigot/faucet.

Four years ago, I hired Eco Plumbers to install a whole house water filter I had bought through a third party. When the guy was about to switch the system online, I told him I had spoken with the manufacturer and there were very specific steps that should be taken before you switch it on. He didn't want to hear about it. I even got the manufacturer on the phone and all I would've had to do is hand the phone the plumber, but he was so macho and arrogant that he said he knew what he was doing. He switched it on and immediately flooded all of the pipes in the house with carbon, damaging all the cartridges in all the fixtures. The company sent out two more plumbers and they spent a day trying to flush out the pipes, clean the cartridges, drain the hot water heater, etc. But it never completely fixed the problem. Even to this day, when I run water, I see carbon in the water. I never said anything on Angie's List, but as the fixtures continue to deteriorate, I continue to get more and more furious. Now the control in the main shower lets almost no cold water through. Other fixtures have about half pressure. Replacing these cartridges cost hundreds and hundreds of dollars, and in some cases would require having to knock holes in the wall. Use this company at your own risk —at least one of the plumbers is so arrogant that he'll risk destroying your plumbing.

There was two people. They were wonderful to deal with. They explained what was going on, what they were doing and how it was going to save me money.

I was looking for a quote to install a shower valve. Walls were torn out and pipe were exposed since we are going to re-tile the shower. Received a quote of $695.00 to install a shower valve. Was told that this was the industry standard price. Found another plumbing company on Angie's list that did it for $400.00

They are great to work with. I didn't even think to look down in there. The workers are nice and friendly.

They put in a toilet for us. They've done several things for us. They're good people. They've also cleaned out our bathtub.

It was probably $800-$900 for what they did. They did a bunch of stuff. They did fine. We're happy with their work. There were two people that came out to do the work. They had a bunch to do, it took most of the day. It was real clean, no problem.

Could ask for a nicer service technician and the work was fabulous

The water heater was doing something weird. They came and look at it. They are respectful of your house. Try not to make a mess. They clean up everything. You can not really tell that they have been there. It took about an hour.

More expensive than one company ...but lower than another.

Once again. I cancelled this. The company was great about it. Angie's list is aware of this fact. It took some talking with Angie's List for them to let me cancel. Not user friendly.

Ammar Tiba from Ecoplumbers just finished replacing two 30 year old Moen shower cartridges. Another plumber I previously called could not complete the job because of the age of the cartridges. Tiba had a problem removing one cartridge but finally got it free. With new cartridges, both showers are now working like new. Thanks. Tiba!

They did a good job but they are expensive. They were quick and clean. They are just too expensive.
