My technician was Shawn. He was polite, professional and quickly diagnosed and fixed the plumbing issue. When I requested it he also recommended a drywall repair co, I was also very pleased that I was able to get same day service from this company.

Rodney was friendly and professional. The job took forever to complete but it was not Rodney's fault. The price was fixed and, considering that it took such a long time, I think it was fair. I highly recommend Rodney and his company Eco Plumbers.

It went well. John and Dan explained options, were friendly, did excellent work.

All appointments were easy to arrange and where kept as planned. I would highly recommend this company.. Company was always punctual and explained all work to be done and how it would be done before it was done. I never had to clean up behind the personnel sent to do the work. The workers always covered there shoes when working in the house and discarded any trash or dirt properly.

It went great. Hot Water Tank flush went fine; I was concerned the installer Lowes sent out substituted copper connections with out my input was inappropriate. Ammar explained the copper connection was best and the copper connectors were expertly installed and soldered. Ammar advised me on the condition of my drain "stack" in the basement needed to be monitored and why in terms I understood. Ammar tested the slow drain in kitchen before recommending snake solution and explained where the clog was located. And last but not least explained during his inspection that was part of the AngieList service I purchased, the shut-off valve for the connection to the city water source needed repair and why it needed repair. He did not disparage the contractor who installed the shut-off valve point for the house but advised it needed repair and how it was not correctly installed. hence the slow drip leak causing corrosion.

Went well, the technician was great, friendly and worked hard to complete the job in a timely manner.

Adam K. and his co-worker were great. Called a half hour ahead of arrival and arrived on time. Work was completed within the 6-hour time frame they gave me. Laid down drop cloths everywhere they went and cleaned up after themselves. This is the second time we have used Eco-Plumbers. Highly recommend.

Called the home office and had a new model delivered to finish the replacement within a couple of hours.

Called late on a Thursday evening and had an appointment by Friday late morning. They called when tech was on his way and he arrived promptly. Harmon was pleasant, explained what he was doing and worked steadily. until the job was finished.

It went well. The guys explained the process of what they were doing, what they found and approximately how long it would take.

The tech did nothing but look at it and say it needed to be replaced because of its age. Their replacement prices were very high!

Eco Plumbers came out, assessed the situation, and gave me a couple different options for the repair. Ammar (plumber) showed me everything he was doing during the repair and his solution to the problem was perfect. I always use the Eco Plumbers because they always do a great job!

Work was done well. Price was high. John was very helpful, but somewhat of a salesman. He did seem very knowledgable regarding work needed and someone I would trust to do the job right. His trainee needs to understand that the customer is sometimes right and he should not be argumentative. He was "positive" a valve is leaky and I knew it wasn't. I was right. It isn't leaking! His attitude was very negative and almost belligerent when he was here alone. Otherwise he was ok and seemed to want to learn from John. Other than being pricey, I am satisfied with your Co. and I would consider hiring again.

I received same day service! Shawn came out to give me a quote which I accepted and he then immediately started on the repair. The work was done in about an hour. Price was excellent and they added in the Angie's List discount without my asking. I was very impressed with their service and their quality and would definitely use them again.

We believe that the company overcharged us and we did not have time to look for alternatives.
