Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

All went well, technician was pleasant and punctual. He explained to me what he was going to do while he was there. Had the camera work done later in the day. What an eye opening thing this was. Had heavy root intrusion and this required another visit to clear the roots. Glad I had the camera work done.

He was very professional. Explained what he thought was going on which would be a construction issue. Suggested who to call.

Very well. New faucet works well and does not leak.

The serviceman came out and while I had purchased repair options, he said they were not exactly what I needed. He evaluated my problems and gave repair solutions for what I actually had problems with. I'm very happy that he was honest in what was really the problem instead of just doing the job that did not need done. I will certainly be using the Eco Plumbers for any future services as they were very helpful to educate me on my needs instead of just "doing the job".

From the first call to Eco, Ellen was kind and assured me they could help. I had just gotten off the phone with Accurate Plumbing, and while the person who answered was pleasant-enough, he immediately let me know how busy they were and their first, available time was next Thursday. This tells me they don't want my business and certainly increases my anxiety, especially when dealing with a leak. I wish I could hear, instead "I'm so sorry to hear you are having this issue. I can't come out until Thursday but I can recommend someone who can come out sooner." Ellen assured me Eco could help and they could start repairs that same day. What a relief. They took our contact information and sent someone out, not even two hours later. They called and texted their arrival time and the tech worked w/my husband. He explained one of the showers had a crack in the floor pan, so it wasn't the pipes, thank god. Eco did not charge us for this service call, that is amazing. My coworker had recommended them to me and I will not only do the same, but continue to call Eco for my homes' plumbing needs, going forward.

Charlie, Chris and crew did an excellent job! They rerouted the drainage to avoid damaging tree roots. They were very careful to remove and replace the sod. They put down boards to avoid yard damage from heavy equipment. They were very helpful and pleasant, working very hard even though it was a hot day. Everyone that I dealt with at Eco Plumbers was exceptionally helpful and patient. They were careful to explain everything. Scheduling was prompt. The worksite was very clean after they were done. Overall a great job!

Very well. Carl cleaned the drains first, then with the camera attachment showed me the condition of the 2 drainage pipes.

The price is too expensive for the work comparing with other contractors. The only thing is this contractor has more technicians which could provide the service sooner. If you can wait, I would not recommend for the price. You can easily save at least 25% - 35% if time is not a factor for you. Would not consider hiring them again because of their high price. The negotiated price was after 20% off from the original price.

Bob did an excellent job! I always request him by name because he knows our systems and always goes above and beyond to help us out. Would totally recommend!!

The jobs went very smoothly. All of the employees were courteous, professional, and explained their work and took time to answer questions.

Very well. Came the same day, service technicians were prompt and polite. Worked quickly and efficiently. Had sticker shock from price of the faucet and installation. Note to self: next time buy my own and have them just do installation. But they did give me several options trying to work with me. And I got $35.00 off for being Angie's List member.

The inspection was thorough and professional. After the inspection the plumber (Nick) explained the results of the inspection and answered any questions we had concerning the results in a very professional manner.

The company rep was very knowledgeable and courteous and took the time to answer all of my questions.

Our sewer line backed up into our basement, and Eco Plumbers had two different teams out to our house within 24 hrs (the first within only about 3 hrs). They alleviated the blockage and found that some repairs and improvements to our sewer line were needed. The teams were extremely professional and courteous, and they took the time to make sure we understood what was going on in our property. As for the repair, they provided several options in a wide variety of price ranges, and clearly explained how each option would affect the future performance of our sewer system. They also provided several different options for payment and financing. The final work has been scheduled but is yet to be completed; however, so far my husband and I have been extremely impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of Eco Plumbers. I would very highly recommend this company to anyone.

Adam arrived on time, appearance and service was very professional, knowledgeable and informative to the various projects to be completed. I will be receiving several estimates on the future projects, so glad I was referred to them.

This company is high tech in that I was given notice by email the day before the scheduled service, a call in the morning to announce when the technician would arrive and then a message that included a link to show the location of the technician’s progress on a map to my home. Ammar was professional and wore shoe covering when inside our home. He used an iPad to take pictures of each toilet after dye had been placed in it to check for leaks in the flapper. He was also able to check for additional parts if needed for that model number and the price of the part and labor. He replaced one flapper and adjusted all three toilets. He also mentioned that American Standard would send me free parts if I called them. I had forgotten about that feature. Ammar sent me an email attachment showing the parts for the toilet and costs for replacing them, plus labor. The company van was large and seemed to have the proper parts for my model of toilet. The van was new and very clean which made me feel this company was very professional. I was happy for the service I received, but the cost of replacement parts and labor seemed on the high side. If I had needed to replace the flow and flush valves the cost with labor would have been close to buying a new toilet. I was pleased for the service I received for $39.00 per toilet and the company seemed highly professional.

They arrived on time, gave me a price over the phone, which I thought was fair at first. I verbally confirmed, over the phone, that they would be installing a cast iron Zoeller M53 Sump Pump and be moving the check valve closer to the pump. When I arrived, 72 hours later, to examine their work, I noticed they installed a plastic sump pump and there is no visible nameplate on it, not sure if it's even a Zoeller. It definitely isn't cast iron. Also, they didn't clean the sump pit out. They left a baseball in there that was from a previous owner. I then saw they left behind the old beat up check valve sitting randomly on a shelf in the basement. The power cord was pinched in the sump lid, figured it would at least be ran properly and zip-tied to the existing waste lines. I began to test the pump out by pouring a 5 gallon bucket of water into the pit. I heard gravel being sucked into the pump ~10' - 14' up the discharge pipe. They should of mounted the pump a minimum 2" off the ground as to avoid this and extend the life of my pump. Once most of the water was almost drained from the pit I noticed a massive leak at the new check valves connection to the new sump pump. I never called them to make them aware of this because the fine print of their contract states, "Customer agrees to notify TheEcoPlumbers,LLC within forty eight (48) hours of completion of the work described here under of all defective work, if any. TheEcoPlumbers,LLC shall have the first opportunity to repair the allegedly defective work. The failure to notify and/or to allow TheEcoPlumbers,LLC the first opportunity to repair the allegedly defective work shall void all warranties,express and implied here under." and 72 hours had elapsed as this is a property under renovation that no one lives in. Needless to say, I could of done all this myself for far less with better quality parts and done it properly, but chose to go with a "reputable" company due to time restrictions. Apparently my expectations were to high. I must also add that a few contractors that have used them in the past told me not to go with them because their quality of work is questionable at best. I went with them because of their national presence and the crazy amount of good reviews here on Angies List. This could be a one off, but I thought it only right to let everyone know my terrible experience.

Josh Sanders with The Eco Plumbers was my plumbing expert, and I truly could not be more pleased with the level of service and professionalism that I received today. Josh was courteous and respectful of our home, and he examined the issues and provided a complete written estimate before beginning the work. I give Josh an A+ for an amazing job well done.

Fine - came right on time scheduled (actually a little early).

They were very quick, very responseive. We did not end up using them, as we found out after the inspection that our home warranty covers defective sump-pumps. However, had that not been the case I would've been happy to work with them. One touch I especially loved was that they texted a picture of the technician prior to arrival so I knew the person at my door was in fact who he said he was. I wish more companies would do that sort of thing!
