Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

Every time we have worked with Eco Plumbers they have been superb. They send regular text's about arrival times, including a picture of the technician. The technician's are punctual, knowledgable, professional, and friendly. They do great work, cost everything out ahead of time and give you an estimate on the spot. They are also committed to sustainability practices and work to make sure the plumbing in your home is up to code and energy efficient.

Went well except for the ghastly quote for follow up work

Bobby arrived right on time! The toilet was addressed & Bobby told my husband the part he could purchase to fix the problem. A savings fix that is always appreciated! He explained to us what was needed to fix our gas fireplace, pointed out that it needed to be brought up to code & the cost of doing this. Bobby was polite, and very informative. We were not ready for the fireplace fix but will be contacting Eco when decide to do this.

The tech was very informative and honest with me. I did not make the purchase at that time. If I decide to make the purchase, in the future, I will certainly make it through them.

I am still getting other estimates. The Eco Plumbers representative was very polite and explained how they would do the work. I was very impressed about the company's continuous communication over my cell phone and over my computer e-mail. They kept me informed of the progress of the appointment. Eco Plumbers had previously installed a tank-less water heater for me and I am thoroughly satisfied with the job and price. This is why I called them again for another estimate to install new toilets.

The same day I called Bonnie at Eco Plumbers, Holden S. came to inspect and replace our outdoor faucet. I had received the 30 minute advance phone call and email with his photo. He had the replacement faucet with a METAL handle (like we wanted) on his truck so he quickly removed the old one and installed the new faucet. Holden was efficient, nice and friendly, and careful in our home. Both on the phone and in person, Eco Plumbers employees showed they valued my business. I definitely would use them in the future and recommend them to family and friends.

John was superb!! We had to reschedule the original appointment for a week later, I was told estimator was not available for our first scheduled time. I was promised a $25,00 credit for inconvenience but they was not passed on to estimator. I guess an internal issue. The estimate was professional but I am still working on lowering the estimate. It is high.

For the blocked condensation line they replaced some PVC pipe, cleaned the line, and installed a clean-out fitting that hadn't originally been installed. On the second visit they replaced the outside faucet and a section of pipe in the basement. I did get them down in price by being an Angie's List customer, but they are pricey. However, they do good work so the extra bucks are, IMO, worth it. The 'approximate cost of service' is for the second visit only and the replacement of the outside faucet.

Prompt ,courteous but don't feel we received the service that was purchased.. Did not get the outside drain inspection with camera. Feel as we should get refund

Josh came out and I gave him a list of what I needed done and we discussed it. He gave me some ideas of how to handle the issues, pros and cons and options we might have in certain cases. One thing he is not able to fix as it was beyond his scope and he was honest with me about that. After the walk through he emailed me an estimate quickly. He was professional and good natured. I appreciate his professionalism.

I had a lot of difficulty getting someone out to my place to provide an estimate on the work. Two missed appointments and about four hours of my time wasted. I can't speak to quality of the work done, but this experience left me with a sour taste in my mouth.

Eco Plumbers was the most responsive service company we have worked with. We called at about 4:45pm to say our water heater was not working and we were interested in possibly replacing it. Because we were without hot water they sent a tech out that evening and Nick arrived before 6pm. He spent time explaining possible fixes and current issues with our water heater. He was able to get it working that evening but in the end we opted to replace it due to it's age and existing problems. They could have scheduled replacement within 2 days but that didn't fit our schedule so we scheduled for 4 days later. The install happened on time and they were in and out within 2 hours. All the service people we dealt with were extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. This is a high tech company that will text you 30 minutes prior to your appointment, including a picture of the tech who is coming to your home and a link to follow their trip online. They are also extremely flexible so they can delay their arrival if needed. We can't say enough about how great they are at customer service.

It went very well, problem fixed and I was able to run dishwasher, washing machine. flush toilets and take a shower! Well done and I am pleased!

It went very well , this time they worked to see what the problem was, it is a complex drain and plumbing problem and now think they know what it is so they are coming back to fix it . I have to say I have had them out before and when the problem came back they came back to see why and got on with it no run around . I like the guys who came out today and found them very informative , polite and cleaned up after them and NO smoking outside , that is something you don't need if your a non smoking home . Hope this was helpful .

Fine. All I needed was a second opinion.

First, we were very fortunate that I had the toilet bowls checked. We had a small reason for concern with one of our toilets but I decided to include two in the review. It ended up that one of our toilets had a hidden leak that could have caused extensive damage. We were very pleased to have the issue addressed -- and the service was done well. The service and the professionalism were excellent. However, from past toilet bowl fixes we have had the cost to fix issues (beyond the tune-up) was very expensive.

The work was done well. My main problem was that the cost (no parts) was over $400 for about an hour and fifteen minutes to complete.

What an amazing experience. Nick was punctual, professional and so knowledgeable! It was a learning experience for my son and I as Nick explained everything along the way. I had called other companies and was told they either didn't service my area or didn't 'do that type of work.' When I checked them out online I found that the Eco Plumbers had received 424 reviews with a total rating of 4.8 stars. Now that I had them to my home, I understand why! From 1st contact to updates and then my appointment today I am so impressed. Many thanks to this Excellent company!

We got lucky and it was an easy repair!!! I may even request Ammar again because he was so courteous and considerate. I didn’t remember to tell him I found them on Angie’s list before he ran my card but he went back, cancelled payment, and re-ran my card With the Angie’s list coupon/deal. So nice of him. Saved us $30(maybe it was $40?). I do, however, wish they had a drywall team to fix the whole in the ceiling. I just have to call around for that service now too. Or even a recommendation on a company would’ve be great.

Great. The technician was up to speed on gas lines and how to hook up the grill.

It went fantastic. Everyone that I spoke with was amazing from the start of communicating with their call center staff to the end of my service with Adam H. I spoke with a few individuals that helped answer all my questions before Adam was sent out. Kayla ,Thomas, Bonnie and Ellen were all very responsive and informative when I called in to speak to them. Every time I called in I spoke to a different individual. I also thought the text message with the link to follow the tech was helpful and something I have never seen before. When Adam arrived he arrived with a smile and was very courteous. He was able to walk me through exactly what he was doing so I could be fully aware of the steps he took. All together I think the Eco plumbers provided 10 STAR service. They talked to me like I was human and they were friendly and caring towards all my concerns. They exceeded my standards for a plumbing company and i will refer and use them for any future plumbing issues I have. I also enjoyed the curtsy call after the appointment to make sure i was satisfied. I spoke to kayla again and she reassured me if I have any questions or concerns that I can call and they would be happy to help.
