Terrible!!! I'm now going to pay someone else to fix this mess!!!

This service is VERY DECEPTIVE - they made a distinction between clearing and cleaning THAT NO LAYPERSON WOULD UNDERSTAND. CLEANING WILL NOT FIX A PROBLEM and you will keep paying for their service every month until you hire a real plumber. It became clogged again a month later. Unsure of when it will become clogged again. THIS SERVICE WILL ONLY CLEAR A CLOG. IT WILL NOT CLEAN THE DRAIN OF OBSTRUCTIONS OR ROOTS. THIS IS A WASTE OF MONEY.

The people who actually do the work can produce with the customers direct leadership, otherwise there is little chance that what you want and expect will ever get done.

Filled out their on line form. I received an automatic reply that they would contact me right away. It's been five days and no call no nothing. Not sure how you can run a business this way. I'll try a more responsive company. Not going to beg somebody to take my money.

One toilet was fixed. Because of the brand on the other toilet, needed special parts that would have been too expensive. I paid for two toilet tune ups and since I didn't fix the second one, I feel I lost that money. I wish it could have been credited to the work I had done.

The serviceman was excellent and professional and really made the job go well. I would recommend Eco Plumbers. The scheduling and set up was even great! Bobby was my service tech Top Notch guy!!

I’m curious why this company disappeared when they had one high-priced job scheduled (deposit paid) and a good possibility of a second job without having to bring the equipment out a second time. It worked out well for us because we ended up with an excellent result and saved thousands of dollars ... but we’re still scratching our heads about why the estimator didn’t show up for his appointment with our neighbor or return our calls ... and why the company didn’t step in or offer an explanation. ***We had called Eco Plumbers for an estimate on installing exterior pipe to carry rainwater from our downspouts to the street. They sent over Adam, who expertly diagnosed our problems, educated us about exterior pipes, and came up with a terrific plan for getting rainwater from our downspouts to the street. He gave us an estimate, we scheduled the job and gave him a $1000 deposit. Adam is a charming young man, and my husband and I enjoyed the three hours he spent on our back porch. ***Adam said if we could get a neighbor to have their yard drains replaced within a day of ours, he would give each of us a $500 discount. Our neighbor scheduled Adam to come out the following week at 8 a.m., before the neighbor had to leave for work. That morning, he let us know Adam didn’t show up and that he couldn’t wait around any longer. ***I called Eco Plumbers to find out why Adam didn’t keep the appointment, and the receptionist said she would ask Adam to call us. I called again the next day; still no response. We lost faith with Eco Plumbers, so when I called again a few days later, it was to cancel the job and request a refund of our deposit. ***We ended up having the job done by a terrific company that was less expensive than Eco Plumbers. This other company installed our neighbor’s yard drains the same day they did ours.

When my sewer backed up and my regular plumber could not get to me for a week I found this company. Travis is a top notch plumber that provides excellent customer service. The price was more than fair and they worked so hard to get my yard dug up the broken/clogged pipe cleared and replaced. There were here until midnight because they knew how bad we needed the water back on after being without water for 36 hours. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Highly recommend.

Absolutely the easiest most convenient plumbing company I have ever dealt with. Shawn was my technician and you couldn’t ask for a nicer guy who was extremely meticulous and knowledgeable. Priced right and definitely would hire them again and again.

The technician warned us about the possibility of pipe bursting because it is an older piping system. It did not burst and now working again. The technician also replaced the T-trap free-of-charge.

Carl showed upon time and did an excellent job of explaining the process step-by-step. he then asked if I was an Angie's list member and, when I said yes, he said that would entitle me to a discount. The clean out was thorough and Carl made sure that water flowed freely through all drains before he left. This is the second time I have used Eco Plumbers and I would definitely call then again if I needed help.

The technician was not and on time but he did not spend adequate time assessing the drainage problems we had.

Got here the same day the leak was found and was fixed well quickly.

I was able to get an appointment within a few hours. The company called prior to Tim coming out and he was clean and friendly upon entering. He explained in great deal about the sump pump, a few possible solutions, and provided an estimate. Initially, he explained that I would have to get another sump pump, but since I've been replacing them two a year for about the past few years, I was apprehensive and thought about calling another company. Plus, the estimate was way over what I was expecting for a plastic, 1/3 HP pump. I could hear the sump pump buzzing when I unplugged and plugged it back in so I had a sense that it wasn't completely dead, but thought there was some type of malfunctioning within the drains. Tim was kind enough to go over and beyond by checking the outside line to see if there was an outside clog within the drain spout free of charge. The spout couldn't come off so he offered to take off the valve over the sump pump at no additional cost to see if the pump would work once disconnected from the check valve...and WALA!! It worked! He immediately said the cause of the problem was simply the lack of a 1/8 blow hole drilled along the bottom PVC pipe. At the end of the day, drilled the blow hole and replaced the valve. It costed me $135, and I graciously provided Tim with an. Was a little costlier than I wanted for a valve and a blow hole, but a lot less than sump pump replacement and/or drain block issues. Tim checked the outside drains to make sure they were fully functional in addition. ALSO, as an added bonus, Tim gave me helpful advice relating to various ways to get the water OUT of my home and additional issues regarding other household fixers. For that reason, I wouldn't hesitate to hire Tim again in the future. He made sure I was completely satisfied and didn't leave without making sure I was in complete understanding of the sump pump and water issues. Let this be a lesson for all plumbers that honesty and integrity pays off! Honestly, had he left and I called a different company and they found that I didn't in fact need to replace the entire pump, this long-winded message would have been a lot more on the negative side, as I would have felt "hustled." Instead, I will tell all my friends and family about the experience. Thanks, Tim and Eco Plumbers!

"Free estimate" was provided. This is the second time I've gotten quotes from eco plumbers for work at my house and they are consistently way more expensive than other smaller plumbing businesses in the area. I get it that they run a different business model than a mom and pop plumbing shops but to charge two to three times as much is ridiculous.

Basic repairs were made to 2 toilets. We had paid $79 each for an evaluation through an Angie's deal; there was an additional $119 charge for parts. More expensive than I had expected.

I paid $30 for Eco plumbers to tune up my toilet. I received nothing in return for my payment -- except a sales pitch for a new toilet.

Excellent customer-centered service, and the best alerting system of when the technician will arrive (included a picture so you know exactly who to expect.) Rodney arrived on time and analyzed the problem with my backed shower stall drain and cleared it in minutes. Since he completed that task quickly I inquired about concerns I had about our 11 year old sump pump's fast cycling. I decided on a more reliable pump system with a 12V battery backup pump (included: primary AC pump, secondary DC pump, Marine 12V battery, and digital programming/ alarm device) On short notice they were able to install it right away. I was amazed to find that owner personally delivered the parts and helped install the system. All jobs were completed in 2.5 hours in one service call. I can't say enough about their timeliness, quality of parts, and cleanliness. I will defiantly call on them again when needed. Their paperless automated system for scheduling, providing technician status updates, and billing is superb. I asked the owner about the "Eco" part of the company's name and was amazed to learn just how ecologically minded this company products and processes are. This is a first rate operation and I give my highest endorsement.

Eco Plumbers were amazing! From the initial scheduling, notice of arrival, and complete walk through of our home, I am so happy I went with Eco Plumbers. Not only was the problem resolved (something I was instructed how to do on my own and not billed for), I was provided plenty of information on how to prevent future issues and given all the time to go through the information. No high-pressure sales whatsoever. These people truly care about the environment and the customer!
