Went well but very expensive for the time it took. Will look elsewhere for a plumber in the future.

Although the work was done in multiple visits, but was done ✅. The workers who reached to complete the project were polite,punctual, and very professional. I am satisfied with the quality of the work done and will definitely hire them again if needed.

We love Ecoplumbers! We have used them for several years for work that has included replacing our hot water tank, both toilets, sink and shower fixtures in both bathrooms, replacing a section of the main sewer line, and installing a water purification system. They are very customer focused, reasonably priced, and have great follow through with all their work. Our main men are Bob and Nick (we recommend you ask for either by name) and are incredibly satisfied with the service each of them has provided. We wouldn't consider using anyone else. We strongly urge anyone needing plumbing services of any sort to give them a call.

Eco Plumbers did not reach me when they realized they could not meet the first appointment on Nov 10, 2017. They said they left a message for me but by the time I noticed the message it was the following day. We rescheduled it to Nov 17, 2017 and the person came around 4:15 PM or later. The person came was friendly, professional. He took a look at our toilet, inspected the flapper and notified that he didn't have a spare, that means he had to order. We were surprised because it's a relatively new American Standard toilet. He checked for leaks but couldn't sure if there was any leak. However he did suspect a leak in the assembly and suggested the only way to fix was to replace it with a brand new toilet. The estimate was about $1500. We started getting calls from them frequently afterwords. The enthusiasm and the urgency I saw in their call was not present when they were unable to meet the appointment.

Overall, my opinion of the experience with Eco Plumbers is that I would not call them again. The only good thing about the experience was how quickly they could come to my house. They were available the day after water backed up from the main drain into the basement. Eco Plumbers ran a camera from our basement out through the main house drain and to the city sewer. The problem was quickly identified as tree roots in the drain. I was present the entire time and I know this was a proper diagnosis. The problem came next. Eco Plumbers told us that there was no possible way to snake the drain to cut out the roots, because the pipe inside the house is 4" and it connects to a 6" piping outside the house. I was told that snaking would not work at all. The only solution provided from Eco Plumbers cost $4000. It involved digging up our yard to cut out the roots and to replace a section of the drain pipe. They wanted us to schedule work on the spot. Eco Plumbers called us to follow-up a few days after the original appointment. They wanted to know if we would schedule the work. I told them no, because their solution was a.) too expensive for us and b.) we were still exploring other options. They wanted to discuss other options; I wasn’t interested. In the end, we hired another highly rated drain cleaning service and for $350 they ran a camera and snake through our 4" drain line to the 6" drain line and completely cleared the problem. No more tree roots, and we have full water flow.

VERY poor. Call out problem to The Eco Plumbers & Drains -- they said I needed to reach out to Angies for refund.

Eco Plumbers were great with communication and timeliness. PRICE was the problem. They came out quickly and were courteous. The estimator said the job would require two plumbers for two full days to completely replace the pipe. They gave an estimate of $6,700. I was totally shocked. When I took out the materials and such, the charge was about $3,000 per day for labor! That's $1,500 per plumber per day. Works out to about $200 an hour. My first reaction: I called a plumber, not an attorney! Also, they do flat rate pricing so it would be the same cost even if it took a shorter time. Long story short, I called another company that said worst case scenario would be replacing the whole pipe- two plumbers for two full days. Their estimate: $2,300. Also, it was hourly so they said that it would be less on an hourly basis if less work was needed. The final outcome: they were able to completely repair the problem in three hours! I owe them around $700. Now I just need to figure out how to spend the $6,000 I saved! ;- )

Awesome. Tim is the best plumber I have ever dealt with. He laid out options, and even though the ultimate repair was dictated by circumstance, he made certain that I understood all of them. He did the repair professionally and thoroughly. I am extremely satisfied.

Overall, the process went well. I appreciated being able to speak to a live person when I called, not leave a message of voice mail. I called Eco Plumbers on Tuesday (12/5). Given my schedule, I was not able to schedule a technician to come out until Thursday (12/7). I received reminders and the name of the technician (Ammar) was provided to me in advance. Ammar arrived as scheduled. After diagnosing the problem, it was determined that my new faucet was defective and I needed another faucet. Well, I did not have another faucet to replace the defective faucet and I thought it was a bit pricey to purchase a faucet (with installation) from the company. So, I was able to reschedule the appointment for later the same day and to purchase a faucet. Ammar returned and installed the new faucet. He was professional. Overall, a great experience. The cost for installation, over $200 with the Angie's List coupon, was a bit expensive. However, given the company's and technician's responsiveness, punctuality, quality, and professionalism it was well worth it.

The work was high quality, but on the pricey side. We tried calling them another time but did not get a return call, after 3 hours we called someone else. It could be the time of year (right after Thanksgiving) but if they weren't working that day the voice message should have said so.

My experience with Eco Plumbers was great! Everyone was so helpful and professional - a pleasure to work with. The technicians, Travis and Luke were fantastic. They were very helpful in assessing the situation and offered several options to fix the problem. They took the time to explain how the product works, and how to maintenance it in the future. I was truly impressed and would 100% recommend Eco Plumbers!

I bought the special for $39.00 toilet tune up and flap replacement if needed. The technician advised that my toilet was clogged and did not need the flap so he proposed an amount of $100.00 and said is that a fair price? Of course I said yes and he unclogged and explained what I needed to do to follow up. Since there was no flap replacement he did not honor the Angie's list coupon I had purchased. I did not follow up and ask for a refund

Fabulous! Everyone with whom I had contact from the office staff to the salesperson to our installer was wonderful, professional and pleasant. Derek, our installer, was polite, timely, professional, informative, tidy. He arrived on time, worked through and completed the job ( about ten hours) without any complaints, sighs, excuses, etc. Our removal site was a challenge but he did what needed to be done most professionally. Derek also replaced wine boxes where they were prior tomhis arrival. He was the best!

Success. Neat carving out of part of driveway surface and clear instructions for next step . No more overflow in basement.

So far the sump pump system works very well, back up is definitely needed and was a great recommendation. The halo water filtration system is incredible, it literally is like bathing with bottled water and great taste to drink. I have read that it helps longevity of hot water tanks and needed for sure in certain water districts, we have del-co, pretty bad water.

They were very friendly and professional and seemed to be very knowledgeable about plumbing. A few issues were discovered during the evaluation and each was thoroughly explained. Suggestions and/or estimates were provided for correction, but it was all informational. No high pressure sales tactics were used.

Quicker and better than expected. I called on Friday leaving little time to get the most crushal aspects done on Friday.

I was over-charged for time and services. Time estimate was no where near actual time take to perform the job. Instahot work made no improvement to the problem. But regardless of discussion with company they would not charge me a reasonable rate. Their explanation was that despite the fact that their time on my job was not in line with their estimate that across all of their jobs for all of their customers they were making a fair profit margin.

Not well. It clogged again a month later. It turns out they deceive everyone by calling it a clearing and not a cleaning; they will remove a clog but not clear the drain of what's causing the clog (roots, etc). What a waste of money! DON'T BITHER WITH THIS COMPANY - HIRE REAL PLUMBERS THAT WON'T LIE.
