Great company to do business with! They stayed in touch to let me know they were coming. The plumber was clean, pleasant, and kept me informed, and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Very good. Jason was very efficient and helpful. Price was a little high. He also offered advice on how to prevent future problems.

Pretty well. Our toilet is getting a little old. they fixed a slow leak and replaced the float mechanism.

Rodney was polite and professional and completed the job quickly. He explained the service details and cost of the service before any work was done. Also offered some tips on unclogging drains.

The service was quick and efficient. But the inspection was lacking in thoroughness. They did quote some other projects but were pretty expensive for those.

I contacted Eco via their website on 1/26 and I received a call within the hour. I described my issue and they put me on the schedule the same day. A few hours later, I received notification that tech was in route; including expected arrival time and tech name information. Tech, Nick C., arrived on time. We discussed options for replacement. I already had a replacement pump, but he sold me on a unit that included backup alarm, check valve, piping. He was extremely courteous and provided feedback as he was installing the unit. Upon completion, he walked through the specifics of the unit, including warranty concerns, cleaned up the area, and let know to contact Eco if there are any issues/concerns with the unit. All in all, I spent a little more than I expected, but I feel really good about the long term expectancy of the nit and the install.. Great work Nick......

They educate you, as well as repair the problem, on how to avoid the problem in the future. Very helpful and even when we called out for something else, they were able to help with other issues.

The plumber came out the next day after the free consultation and installed my tankless water heater. They would text you before coming over. Plumber was nice and professional.

We have used Eco Plumbers twice for our sump pump and for a drain backup at my mothers. They installed my sump pump with battery backup in 2012. During the 550 degree weather and the winter storm on 1/12/18, the sump pump and backup failed flooding our basement. My husband called Eco Plumbers at 10:30 a.m. and they said they would place us on a priority service list since the unit was installed by them. At 4:45 that day, they called to inform us that they would not be able to make the service call until Monday, 1/15. As a result we used Amanda Plumbing who came promptly the next morning. I will not use Eco Plumbers or recommend them again.

I discovered that my water heater was leaking at 3:30 PM. After contacting Eco Plumbers, by 6 PM I had a new water heater and hot water again. I have used them frequently and have always been satisfied but I thought this was exceptionally good service. Derek Littlejohn and his helper Chris did a great job on installation and explaining the features and how to maintain the new water heater. Bob Hickey was the first specialist who quickly responded to my call and got everything set up for the installation crew.

Tech was very professional, explained what caused the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. Previous Plummer from 5-6 years ago did not correctly install pipe the first time, which caused the problem now. We are very pleased we were able to have this repaired before all the snow we have melts over the next few days — could have had some very serious water problems. Will recommend and call again for other repairs.

Went well. Dan showed up on time and ready to go. He had been to her house before so it was good to see a familiar face. Dan located the source of the leak, replaced a valve, and was on his way in no time. We’ve had Eco Plumbers to our house multiple times for various issues in the past and each time, they have performed well. Would not hesitate to use again or to recommend them to anyone.

While they were extremely professional and punctual, they wanted to charge about double what we were able to get the hot water heater replaced for with another company. Even though we decided to replace the hot water heater, we were told by the other company that it could be fixed and didn't need to be replaced.

Took longer than expected because they had to order parts, but got in fixed. Quality of work was very good, but price was higher than expected.

The tech wasn't able to use his video camera on the 1st trip so they rescheduled as quickly as possible to return. Great customer service.

The plumber was professional and efficient and pointed out a flaw in the water connector on my new washing machine. His alerting me to the issue allowed me to call the store I bought the washing machine from and get a replacement avoiding potential leaks in the future.

Great they fixed the faucet and gave me a good price for additional work that needs to be done as well as some helpful hints on other plumbing issues.

Eco plumbers made 2 service calls to my house to find a water leak in an upstairs bathroom.They were professional and made an attempt to locate the leak. However, what they fixed was not the source of the leak and offered NO professional opinion of what the true cause of the leak was coming from. Only, after I torn apart the drywall from the ceiling and side walls were ECO plumbers able to completely diagnosis the problem on a second visit. Eco plumbers did not suggest any other solutions of potential problem areas where I might look. It appeared ECO Plumbers were only interested collecting their service fee and moving on. They did not seem truly interested in find the true problem. I found the problem on my own with no help from the the professionals of ECO Plumbing. I was not charged for the 2 service call.
