Luke R. was able to use my augur and had the toilet unclogged just as I got home. They only charged for the service call since they used my equipment. I was very pleased.

Required toilet replacement and sump pump replacement. On his truck the plumber had the the replacement s needed. All work appears to be satisfactory.

The plumber who came out was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to explain everything that was happening and checked a few other areas that could be of concern in the home. We've identified some preventative measures that can be taken and I couldn't be more pleased with the service from Eco Plumbers. Thank you!

Needed a new gas line run to replace an electric stove with gas. They showed up on time, job was done professionally and quickly. A+!

Eco Plumbers were life savers during a very stressful time. Our main drain had backed and two other plumbing companies were unable to unclog the drain. Eco Plumbers came within hours after we called and did not charge us for the initial attempt at unclogging the drain (which we were charged $200-400 by the other two companies). They explained that we would need an access installed outside and would have to dig up our back yard which was very terrifying. They really worked with us on the price and were able to start the next day. Thankfully they got everything unclogged and installed an access to make it easier to unclog any future blockages. They were extremely professional and actually took care to put everything back as best they could. They even took some old tree branches we had been wanting to get rid of! I will definitely be calling them in the future (hopefully not anytime soon!)

Great. Travis Mershon is exceptionally articulate, knowledgeable, and professional. He patiently answered all my questions and explained the various plumbing issues related to my jobs. He's a pleasure to work with. He came out to my house for two different stages of this job and was outstanding both times.

They were not in my territory, but they professionally dealt with me and refunded my purchase once we determined the mistake.

I was given a call when they were about to come over. They easily fixed it--one reason that I couldn't get the handle loosened was that I was unaware that it was opposite to the "lefty loosy, righty tighty" that I had expected. But the eco-plumbers did offer a service contract which I thought was quite reasonable, so I signed up. The repair was part of the service contract. They explained everything thoroughly, so I was quite satisfied.

Great first impression. Loved the call ahead, picture of the tech in the e-mail. Estimator was professional and very personable. Very fast response on a quote but... quote did not share the model number of the replacement water heater that Ecoplumbers was going to install. I called the office. Person answering phone was very pleasant and gave me the model numbers. I looked up reviews and saw that you were recommending a atmospheric vented product when I had a power vent. Quote showed both recommended units to be Energy Star rated but after researching I found out that the units were not Energy Star rated. Your company seemed put off that I was asking what I felt were basic questions. I never did get the product number of the 75 gallon replacement unit. I did get a new quote with the 50 gallon model number but did not receive any information on the product number of the 75 gallon unit. The only change in the quote was removing Energy Star. Based on lack of transparency, inaccurate quotes misrepresenting product specifications and the difficulty in getting basic information, I would not feel confident using or recommending your company. You did so many things right but failed at providing an accurate quote.

Discovered several issues and working on them now. The Eco plumber technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Terrific. Purchased new pump & having tank serviced soon. The technician, Dan, was extremely knowledgeable & thorough, & answered my many questions in a very pleasant manner. Company is very well organized with appointments & follow up.

Adam installed our new tankless water heater and was very knowledgeable and helpful. The install went well. However after a couple weeks we continued to have issues when it randomly stopped working and kept having to be “reset.” After trying a couple of changes Adam returned again and was able to diagnose with the manufacturer on the phone two parts that were faulty and had to be replaced. He even reassembled the piping as a precaution. Thank you for your continued effort and thoroughness-hopefully this will fix it!

Had the part on the truck to replace the one that was causing the leak. Completed the annual flush of the tankless water heater. All was completed and went very well. Good guys 243.00

I was very impressed with the responsiveness to my call. The ability to track my service tech en route to our home was a bonus. The service tech was friendly, very professional and answered all my questions. Holden took great care us! Would definitely recommend and will call again for any future needs we may have.

Derek L was very professional and explained the details of the installation. He and his teammate were courteous and very careful to not bring outside dirt and the installation was neat with minimal to no mess. They both smiled and were friendly and it was obvious that the both enjoyed doing their job.

All went as expected. They were on time, fast and courteous.

We called Eco because our sump pump had been running continually for past few days. We received text(with picture) to alert that the plumber, Dan, was on his way. When Dan arrived he quickly identified the problem. He drove to Home Depot to get the replacement part, fixed the problem and now all is good. Dan was very professional and polite. Because it was under warranty there was no charge. This was not the first time we used Eco plumbers. When we are ever in the need of plumbing services this is who we call because of their great customer service. A big plus!

Main sewer line was starting to back up. Cleanout was installed by Eco Plumbers in a previous visit. Holden arrived on time and jetted the main sewer line after the cleanout was installed. Travis followed up after the jetting to inspect the rest of the line to determine next steps. He was good at recommending future maintenance work to avoid needing to replace the whole sewer line in the near future.

Problem assessment person came early and gave estimate of work to be done. I thought price too high, but I’d been without hot water for a couple days and wanted work done. My fault for not researching. Had to pay 1/2 at assessment. Two workers came 2-3 hours later and performed job. Didn’t know until it was finished they’d cut off and removed all the copper plumbing and replaced with flexible tubing. Thought that was odd. All said and done, it took several calls to office to get someone to discuss invoice with me. He couldn’t explain a $70 charge so I asked that it be refunded to me, which happened a couple weeks later.

Fine. He was on time and fixed the problem in around 15 minutes.

Luke R came out and assessed the situation and educated me on how the water was draining from the house and that there was no water tile under the stoop that could cause the issue. He took time to point me to other contractors who would be better suited to assess and possibly fix the issue. He didn't waste my time or money performing unnecessary scoping of weeping tiles or downspout drainage.
