As smooth as it possibly could. Ammar was very professional, provided great information and was patient with the many questions we had. Not only did he clean up the area he worked in, he also hauled off the old sump pump for us. Very, very pleased!

Eco Plumbers didn't try to determine where the tank was leaking. Just said I needed a new one and would also benefit from a water filter system instead of my current water softener. The quote for both was seriously high (over $8,000). I had a second opinion plumber come out to verify and it was found to be a bad relief valve that was the issue. Cost about $100 total.

Our back up sump pump failed at 11pm. Primary pump has been running all day, so I feared a flood issue if we lost power or lost primary. Called this provider who lists 24/7 service. Answer service said they could take a message an someone would call me in the morning. That is not 24/7 availability.

Went very well. This is the 3rd or fourth time I have used Eco Plumbers and will use them again for the quality of work they perform. Their tech, Ammar, was very professional and caring about the work he completed. I would hire this company and request his work again.

They were punctual and profession. Talked to me letting me know what they were doing and why.

Arrived on time. Explained to us as he went along what he was doing and why. Problem was fixed, and we are not having any more problems.

It went very well. The faucet had been installed incorrectly, by a different plumbing service, and had never looked right. When I asked the tech to look at it he showed me how it had been installed incorrectly and fixed it for us. The results are so beautiful! I appreciated his expertise and recommendations.

Derek did a great job. Explained everything to everyone in the house. One issue was bathroom wall where shower was broke as it slid, but will get resolved. He replaced cooper pipe in basement, but still had a small leak, so he replaced and a longer part of the pipe, and no issues. In shower, the handle on shower is backwards, but Derek (I believe) is coming to correct today. Installed new shut off in bathroom sink, working beautifully. Derek even sent a card thanking us for the business. Will definitely consider for future jobs, as Derek and Chris were very professional.

Discovered that both drain pipes were either collapsed, from the weight of the city sidewalk or filled with roots. I got to see what was happening with the aid of their camera. We will need to replace the lines.

Our family experienced excellent service through the efforts of Eco Plumber's Bobby Hickey. Mr. Hickey was the front end of an effort to deal with a broken return drain pipe from our kitchen, which unfortunately resulted in a build up of moisture (and mold) behind a basement wall. He quickly found the source of the problem, as well as noting the improper drainage incline (something we later saw had resulted in an almost complete blockage of the line due to build up from the food disposal unit). Mr. Hickey laid out a remedy that called for replacing the entire line starting at the sink and continuing to the main sewer return. He worked diligently over the course of 10 hours to install new pipes, as well as to unclog the sewer line downstream. As an additional precaution, Mr. Hickey also ran a camera through our home's drainage system, and found some cracking that may need further remedy down the road. His plan is to return to our home in the near future to close the loop on that potential concerns. Here, he will re-scope the property after the remediation efforts (undertaken by a separate restoration company) are completed. Given the challenging situation of dealing with such a major damage situation (including having two different crews onsite), Mr. Hickey was a steady force throughout, and his professionalism is to be especially commended. I would recommend his work and the services of Eco Plumbers to all of my family members and friends.

Travis is very professional and courteous. He explained everything so that anyone could understand what he was doing and what had to be done to correct the problem. They will be replaced the drain pipes next week. A short turn around from determining the problem.

Very pleased with the service overall. Were able to come out the day after I called. Called ahead and arrived promptly. The technician was friendly and professional, created a detailed estimate. He was finished in a short time and the work looks great. I thought the price was fair. Will definitely call again. Total work completed: New drain for washing machine, in-line shutoff, and removal of old plumbing and capping.

The technician was prompt, professional, and courteous. He did a thorough assessment, and corrected the problem, which thankfully could have been much worse. He gave me other options, to consider, such as replacing the toilet in the future. Price was very fair.
