Our HVAC technician Jeremy is a true professional who went above and beyond to fix our furnace! His expertise was evident, and he patiently explained everything and answered all of our questions. Despite the challenge of obtaining parts on a Sunday, he worked to ensure that our furnace was up and running first thing on Monday. His kindness and genuine concern for our well-being were truly heartwarming! In a world where good service is often hard to come by, he was a breath of fresh air! We highly recommend him for his exceptional service and dedication!!

Very good company. They continuously sent us messages about the appointment status and called us if there was a delay. All the people I dealt with were nice. Talking with their technicians, they were all satisfied working for the company and indicated that the company had a good training program. I signed up for the Annual Service Care Plan which was a good deal for $288. It covers the spring A/C tuneup, the fall heating furnace tune up, and the annual tankless water heater flush. It saves me around $100 compared to paying individually for each service.

They were outstanding. Way beyond my expectations. Being to schedule over the internet on a weekend left me a little apprehensive about showing up on Monday morning as promised. They stayed in contact with a lot of assurances. Just a pleasurable experience. Then there was Victor who showed Monday morning at 9am as promised. He was polite, professional and extremely efficient. He went way beyond my expectations to demonstrate and explain what he was doing. This company and Victor gives new definition to customer service. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with ECO and Victor.

Parker did a very good job with my yearly plumbing inspection. He did find a leaky pipe that was severely corroded behind my tub/shower and showed it to me. We then discussed my difficulty in getting the shower to turn on and decided to replace piping and shower head/control. The area behind the shower and the wall is very small, but he did a great job assessing how to access and complete the job very well. I have used the shower now 2 days in a row and am happy for the changes.

I used with Eco Plumbers for years now. Bret continued the excellent service I have come to expect and had my new sump pump installed quickly.

We hired Eco Plumbers to install 3 faucets in new countertops. The installers were extremely professional and courteous throughout the process. They discovered a problem with the valves (worn out, installed when the home was built 30 years previously) and replaced them on the spot. We were very satisfied with the entire process.

Skilier did an amazing job walking me through the process of getting my downspout replaced after getting my sump pump replace. Quick turnaround to get it replaced and offered outstanding recommendations and education about drainage systems.

What can I say. I was in desperate need of help with my backyard completely flooded. I had 5 different companies come out and none of them were as thorough as Jake and his team. Jake even went out of his way to reconfigure my sump pump drainage to stop some of the flooding in my yard. In my house Jake is known as the Marysville Miracle Worker - thank you Jake and thank you Eco Plumbers!!!!
