Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

Nathan did a great job. He gave me options on the work I needed and explained each one. I am very pleased with his work and would recommend him and Eco plumbers to anyone.

This is the fourth time the Eco Plumbers have done work for me. Their technicians consistently arrive as scheduled, are thoroughly professional, complete the work quickly, and leave a clean worksite afterwards. In this case, Taylor C discussed my drain problems, explained the process for clearing them, brought his equipment in, and had the work done in well under an hour. Problems solved. Regarding the rating for "Price": Their may be less expensive plumbing services, but the Eco Plumbers' rates don't seem inordinately high and the cost seems reasonable considering the quality and efficiency of their work.

When I called them they were willing to come but wanted to charge me $60.00 to put camera in drains but I did not want that done since house is 40+ years old I knew the drains had to be redone. They I insisted so I said no and cancelled their visit.

The service went smooth. The two tec's Chad Cordle and Taylor worked together and got the job done. They worked very hqrd at times and I thought they would have to return the next day. But they completed every thing on time and i'm proud of there professional results. They cleqned all areas where they worked. I would definitely hqve them bqck for future jobs. Thqnk you

Although EcoPlumbers was not able to resolve the problem of my $99 paid for special (they said it had nothing to do with them, it was Angie's List problem), so I contacted Angie's List. Angie's List did come through for me and after investigating the problem, they did refund my money, backing up their guarantee, in my view. I was pleased with the outcome, so would give Angie's List the grade of A.

While they claim 24/7 service, they guy who answered the phone said “that means we answer the phone 24/7.” Yes, that is a quote. The earliest they could come provide service is 5 days from today. Don’t call with a problem, you will have water damage.

The repair person started out with a price of $922.00, which I knew was to much. After discussing other options we agreeed on a sumppump for $500.00. He continued to tell me everything that he thought was wrong on why I had aster in the basement and want to send a team of people out. I told him no and continued to look for other solutions.

Professional and punctual. Never told until they were onsite that it would 140.00 to look up in the attic. No work performed other than laying a towel down below the pipe/junction. Very disappointed.

This shady company used a bait and switch scam to charge me a lot more than advertised for the service. The bait was the $93 deal to clear my drains. I accepted the deal, but when I called to schedule, the rep dishonored the deal, and tried to switch me to a more expensive service that would have cost 3 or 4 times as much. His excuse was that the deal was for sewer clearing, not drain clearing, but as you can see from the picture, the ad clearly says “drain” clearing, not “sewer” clearing. I decided against using this service provider. Very disappointing experience.

They were able to find the problem... and stop the every two minutes of flushing/running of the commode...

I was pleased with the work done by my plumber, Holden. There was one problem with a small leak under one bathroom sink. When I called Eco Plumbers about this, they sent Holden back on the same day I called and he fixed it.

Man, these guys are awesome. They set the expectations a call will come on and someone will come in 30 minutes. They even sent me a picture of the tech so I know who would be coming and his gps location. Totally cool.

They are a fantastic company to work with. Have used them in the past & while I hope there is no need ~ would only use them for plumbing needs in the future.

I have used Eco Plumbers before and will continue to do so. Excellent service, communications, and professionalism. I do believe their prices are a little higher than others however

The work was very fast. The faucet was a little bit off center and the drain wasn't lined up nicely. They were good but they could've done a little more exact work. I wasn't sure if their price was reasonable as I didn't compare bids with other plumbers. They were on-time, courteous and professional.

Ammar was our plumber and he did a great job. He was very personable. He also checked several other plumbing concerns and we were very pleased with his recommendations.

The scheduling was excellent -- one of the best at setting up the initial service. But the fellow they dispatched arrived without the proper equipment -- even though we described the issue when we made the appointment -- so we ended up having to reschedule. He quoted a price for flushing the drains running out to the curb, plus an inspection with a camera after the cleaning was done. He did the flush but was not able to do the inspection -- could not get the camera into the pipe -- but he charged us for the inspection anyway. Ultimately their work made the problem worse and we ended up having to replace the entire system. They provided a quote for the replacement, it turned out to be $2,200 higher than another quote we received to do the same work. I am glad I made the effort to get other quotes. Also, they started calling me to submit a review before the work was actually completed due to the rescheduling -- that was annoying!

I have used EcoPlumbers many times in the past, and they have always done good work for a fair price. I have frequently used them for main drain line cleaning at a cost of about $100 per visit. This includes a visit about 20 months ago when I saw on the price list a number of prices for line cleaning depending on the severity of the project. I was expecting that price this time, and was quoted $400 by the technician, the only price in the price book. The technician proceeded to give me a surprisingly hard sell on a main line relining at a cost of $10,000 for 20 feet of relining. . I agreed at the time. We then discussed the shower which may or may not be a major job. When I mentioned that I would need to cancel the relining and this disturbed the technician, saying the line of credit was already opened. I have contacted EcoPlumbers and have requested that they cancel the relining project, but should still do the work on the shower. Since this is a weekend, I have not heard back from Ecoplumbers, but I expect a positive solution soon. (Homeadvisor suggests a price of between $80 and $250 per foot for relining...this price was $500 per foot.)

I used Ecoplumbers once ~2 months ago to fix a leak in the inside part of my irrigation system. They were neat and did repairs, but the serviceman gave me wrong information about needing city to come out to inspect water line that cause aggravation and wasted my time. I tried again to have them come out and service a ~10 yr old water heater because they had a special $49 cleaning w/o extra service charge (which is high fee!). I made appt 2 weeks ahead and had to take off entire day (they call 1/2 hr before but won't give you any time range ahead). That am they called and said they had too many emergencies and had to reschedule - wanting me to take another whole day at their beck and call. When I complained they said they would get someone out today since I had complained - should have kept original appt if they could. They may be Eco friendly but are not customer service friendly and have lost a customer!

After showing Derek the problem area he was quick to explain what the repair would be and the extent of work involved. We were told it was going to be a 4-5 hr job as he needed to cut through the drywall and ceiling to access pipes and replace with copper piping. He did his best to minimize the amount of cutting into the drywall of our finished basement, and he worked through these small openings as he understood importance of keeping drywall damage to a minimum. We appreciated his effort in doing this. Derek was very thorough and pointed out the repairs made in each area so we could examine his work.

Perfectly. They made a very simple fix to our toilet, charging no extra cost beyond the "deal" we bought, and were pleasant and professional.

Hot water tank leaking badly; needed to be replaced. Plumbers outlined all our options - we decided to go with a tankless unit. Very happy with company and with results.

This is the first time I have used this company.The job went well. The technician did a great job installing the new gas line. He was courteous, friendly and respectful of home. Cleaned up all debris. The company tries very hard to be customer service oriented with phone calls to remind you of your appointment, to letting you know technician is on the way 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time, and calling to follow up after project was completed to make sure you are satisfied. The one suggestion I would give to them is make sure the technician has all the supplies he needs before he gets to a job because my project was delayed one day because the plumber didn't have the needed supplies to complete job so I basically waited a whole day and got nothing accomplished which was disappointing.

Work done efficiently and professionally. Serviceman was personable and helpful.

Appointment was scheduled several days ahead and confirmed by them 3 times. 30 min before appt they called and said they couldn’t come out for another week due to other customers priorities. Very poor customer service.
