Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

Excellent! I called on a Wed and they had a technician (Ryan Beltz) out to my condo Thursday afternoon. They were extremely prompted with above average communication to the customer regarding arrival time. Both jobs were assessed and repaired within an hour. The technician came prepared with all the tools and supplies needed to fix the repairs. Technicians are well groomed and very polite. Ryan took time to educate me on preventative care and explained what he was doing as he repaired both the water heater and sump pump. I learned about Eco Plumbers from a co-worker who highly recommended them. I too will recommend them to my co-workers, family and friends.

Didn't hire because of minimum price they were charging just to check it out.

It was fixed but then it leaked again. When I talked with ECO customer service Carl told me there would not be any charge for them to come back out and fix it. After the technician was done he told me it cost $87.00 more.

Eco Plumbers were fabulous!!! They came the day after we called to inspect the potential job, checked each faucet in the entire house and recognized the problem. Because it was a dry season and few emergencies, they had an installer out the next day. He worked for the amount of time they's anticipated, and carefully walked us through the new unit, things to watch, controls, etc. he also offered extended servicing options, but didn't push. They were prompt, professional, competent, and had great communication skills.

They were superb. Everyone I spoke with, either on the phone or in person, was truly helpful. The two men who came, one sales initially and then finally the installation guy, both handed me their business card! They are dressed professionally in logo apparel. The installation person gave me a time estimate and he was spot on with it. I needed some other parts like a new valve, which was leaking. They hauled away the old system (included in the overall price) and showed me the features of my new tank. The system is working just fine now. They also have various finance options to pay for the system (no interest) which I took advantage of. Everything was done electronically which made that part easy. They will send an email with the information for me to contact the city for inspection on my schedule. So, they made a very bad situation very good for me.

Taylor C and his assistant arrived promptly about 20 min after the phone and email notification. By then, my basement had 2-3 in of water, and rising. The assessed the situation very quickly, as I expected, agreed that the main sewer line needs rodding. They brought in the heavy equipment, and within 20 min of rodding I heard the welcoming whoosh! sound of water draining out. They continued working on the line for another 20 min or so, until it was clear that the water was draining properly. They extracted a trash bag of tree roots in the line. They did not have the camera equipment to scan the line, but another technician is coming next week to do it. their work was very efficient and effective, and done within an hour. Eco Plumbers is my go to company for any plumbing services.

I was very concerned about the bath shower cost and then he said he couldn't guarantee it which made it a no-brainier to say know

EXCELLENT ! Bobby H. and his assistant, Chris, were beyond outstanding. Professional, courteous, efficient and a pleasure to have them fix our plumbing problems. Bobby took time to learn the history of our problem, then checked a few things that were not on the "to do" list. Each step of the way he explained what he was doing it, why, and what options as a homeowner I had (including do nothing and it was something that I could do myself). They fixed the major problem and did so with the least costly of the alternatives. They also provided me with a list of possible options that I could consider in the future. NO SALES PRESSURE AT ALL - just informed helpful advise. Bottom line, I am VERY IMPRESSED with the way Eco Plumbers do business, from the very first call to Bobby and Chris leaving when they were done. No doubt what plumbing service I will call the next time I need help. And you can be sure I will be asking for Bobby to do the work.

We had new granite installed in the kitchen and two bathrooms. As part of this, we had to have everything removed the day prior and new hardware installed the day after. Also, we had a shower and tub hardware replaced. Our plumber was Nathan. He was outstanding in all that he did over both days. He is polite and thorough and went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with the work. The bill from Eco Plumbers was $800 the first day and $1600 the second day ($2400 total) for the labor, we provided virtually all the materials. He worked a total of about 11 hours total for both days, so that works out to a bit over $200 per hour. No problem at all with the service, the customer calls and texts we received and the work quality. Was surprised at the costs. I rate Nathan and the plumbing service as outstanding. Be aware of the costs if you choose to use them. They do not charge per hour, they charge per job projects.

Dan showed up at the scheduled installation time, problem was he isn't an installer. Apparently the initial appointment with this company is a sales call to determine what exactly is going to be done and what they recommend. It is very obvious this company makes a lot of money by installing tankless heater systems. Fortunately i was able to schedule the work for the next day or this would have been an ugly situation.

The technician was nice, but they quoted me $4,500 to clear a main drain line. I had 2 other companies come out to give me quotes for the same work and one quote was for $500 and the other was for $300. I cannot believe how overpriced my estimate from Eco Plumbers was...this borders on fraud. I will NOT be using them for any future work and will not recommend them to anyone I know.

Called a leak that seemed to come from a drain vent under the kitchen sink. First contact was Oct. 23. Problem was localized to that drain vent. Another visit was scheduled for Oct. 24. Drain vent was replaced. Preventative maintenance was explained. Future issues were identified. Staff were on-time, professional, and conscientious. The house's plumbing was checked and possible future issues identified.

The tech can out and didn’t diagnose. Just said water heater is old and needs to be replaced. Spent time writing up quotes for new ones. Charged $140 to relight pilot light without authorization. I complained and they refunded my money hence the A for responsiveness and C for professionalism. Maybe I just got a tech looking for a commission. I had another company come out. They replaced thermocouple and its working fine now!

They provided an estimate for a simple removal and replacement of a bathroom faucet. The estimate was a ridiculous amount of $300. This is a half hour job. I ended up going with another company for $125.

I called Eco Plumbers because I bought a Kohler kitchen faucet from Lowes with pull down sprayer. After reviewing the instructions, I discovered that this may require more time under the sink than I wanted to spend. The instructions suggested an option of shoring up the base with a self-fashioned wood plate cut to fit my sink. Initially the faucet was installed without the additional plate, since it seems stable enough at the time. But, after some usage it was apparent it needed the additional reinforcement because the whole faucet would rock when the sprayer was pulled down. This was a design flaw on Kohler’s part as other brands have large metal reinforcing plates the come with the faucet. The technician from Eco Plumbers made adaptations to secure the faucet. When they returned a week later to install a tankless water heater, they manufactured a reinforcement for the faucet and installed the water heater all in one day. Throughout the process the technician (Nathan) continued to ask if I was satisfied with all aspects of both jobs. They are truly focused on customer satisfaction! Nathan was knowledgeable, professional, informative, and resourceful. This is the third time I used them and will continue to do so in the future. They have my highest recommendation because they are sincerely committed to making the customer happy.

I called Sunday evening, and they were able to send someone to our house Monday morning. Everyone I spoke to was extremely professional and courteous. The call center let me know a half hour before the plumber would arrive, and he arrived at my house on time. I was given an initial quote before the work started, and then he adjusted the quote down after they determined the issue was easier to resolve than expected. I would absolutely call them again!

Pros: - On time with advanced notice - Quick repair - Identified immediately worn out toilet flapper causing water to drain slowly - It took less than 5 minutes to replace it and surprised to hear all done. - Very professional Opportunities: - Not sure what all tuneup services done part of the deal; may be a checklist with specific tuneup list signed off would help. - Looks like not all services need to be charged same price..felt it is a bit expensive even with discounted price for a 5 minute work just to replace a small part - that being said, for someone to drive and get the part replaced quickly and remove annoying noise is worth a peace of mind.

Perfect. This is required maintenance in order to keep your 12 year Navien warranty valid. Robert was very personable and did a perfect job in every respect, as I anticipated. I'm very pleased.

Ammar came, Ammar fixed the leak, Ammar left. Anyway, EcoPlumbers is a superb company and I am pretty sure that you won't regret hiring them. The cost? Well, if you have to ask, you can't afford them anyway. Sometime I wonder that instead of becoming a brain surgeon, I should have chosen the field of plumbing.

adam came out and said we were “locked out” of our water heater and it would be hundreds of dollars to get back in, and then he couldnt guarantee it would work. He quoted us $2499 for a new hot water tank or $3799 for a tankless model. We hired someone else to come out, and the igniter needed cleaned. No charge and we were back up and rnii in 10 minutes. I would be super-careful usng this company
