Eco Plumbers identified the problem, offered a simple solution and did the repair in 30 mins. Twp other quotes were $400-$600 more than Eco and their solutions would have caused major damage to drywall for no reason at all. Job well done!

They were very professional and knowledgeable. They did a good job.

Was told the problem was the age of the toilet and parts for that brand were not available. Also suggested if problem was with the plumbing behind the wall, that everything would need ripped out. When I got a second opinion from another company, they suggested I go buy a $15 part at Ace Hardware and replace it myself to save money. I took the second option and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes.

The service went very well. Adam Holbein came out first and diagnosed the issue. He then scheduled me for same-day install of the water heater and explained exactly what would be done. A couple of hours later, Peter Estrada came out and performed the install. The work was done well and efficiently. Both men were good about answering my questions and explaining things to me clearly. They were both professional and courteous and pleasant to work with. I have had really good experiences with the Eco Plumbers and appreciate the follow-up that they do to ensure that you will be available when they arrive, and when they're on their way, they send a text with the technician's picture so that you know exactly who's arriving at your home. They are definitely my go-to source for plumbing.

Their response time is extremely quick and the status calls were great. I've not hired for this service before so I don't know if the price is too high it was just a little more than I expected but totally with it. Later that night I had to call them to come back because it came loose and they came back the next day to correct it. Chad was great he explained everything and answered all of my questions.

Sean was professional, friendly, and helpful! He checked a number of drains and deemed that indeed the shower needed some extra help to get flowing again. We didn't have time for him to fix it the day of the diagnosis, so he scheduled a time to come back. He was always on time and fixed the problem, and let me know what had happened. EcoPlumbers is my go to plumbing company, and am always happy with their service!

Luke was very thorough and efficient and all around wonderful. There turned out to be other problems that we didn't expect. It was getting late but he didn't stop until he knew everything was fixed. He also cleaned up very well .He was very courteous and explained several options to consider later to avoid further problems. He answered my many questions and explained everything thoroughly. Great, Taylor explained everything and recommended zip it to clean hair out better than a hanger. He looked at another bathroom and got advice on how to go about fixing the hot water that is connected to the cold and checked/confirmed with his boss. They will get back to me to return and give us a quote. I would like a paper that explains what they did to the bathroom so I can put it in my plumbing file. Thanks again. Great job.

We really appreciated the communication with EcoPlumbers from start to finish, including the personal note they sent prior to the appointment. The plumber was here right on time. We had a long list of several items that needed to be looked at. After we went around the house and discussed each one, we ended up doing only two. We simply couldn't afford the repairs suggested. We asked for our water heater to be cleaned (there was a $49 special listed online and I had printed it out for him); he said we should not take a chance and replace it, which would have cost around $1,500. We asked about putting on a battery back-up on the sump pump; he tried to sell us on a brand new sump pump instead. We said our kitchen faucet was leaking by the hot handle; he suggested we replace the entire faucet. We honestly weren't sure what was really broken and what was an up-sell. We ended up replacing the piping below the guest bathroom (because it was running super slow and the piping was old) and putting in a new kitchen faucet. When the plumber called a number to order the kitchen faucet, there was an odd exchange between the plumber and the person on the other end of the line that we could hear. They were trying to sort through which kitchen faucet should be delivered. We wanted chrome or stainless steel, not brushed nickel. The plumber was trying to reiterate this, but the person on the other end of the line seemed to be confused and told the plumber that he was being rude. This was a little off-putting for us to overhear. The plumber went ahead and fixed the bathroom pipe for us, but then he had to wait some time before the kitchen faucet was delivered. I had to help hold the faucet as he installed it. We were ultimately pleased with the work and the faucet is really nice, but the two repairs with labor cost over $1,000+. This was a lot more expensive than we had anticipated. We would use EcoPlumbers again, but we would get quotes from at least one other company first before proceeding with any work.

Amman was punctual and courteous. He provided an estimate and then proceeded to remove old valve that was stuck with new valve. Took about an hour and a half. Eco called yo verify appointment and work completed. I would use them again.

The plumber asked my husband if he had a wire coat hanger and when he said no, he asked him if he had a snake. Then, he said we would have to tear up the garage ceiling to access the tub drain. We didn't want to do that so he left, saying that we might want to call their drain cleaning department. Huh? We called another company and they had our drain clear in 5 minutes and they had their own snake!

They quickly fixed the problem, gave several options with cost. easily explained problem and what needed done. Up front pricing prevents added unforeseen costs. But not sure it was cheapest option. They were good at their job, on time, scheduled me in quickly, were fast, gave multiple pricing options, did quality work, and overall left me a lot better off than when they arrived.

Michael B. was the technician. He came out for free, looked at all my toilets and two of my sinks. He was very knowledgeable, kind, honest, and helpful. I cleared my drains the night before, but he made other recommendations for me if my next two moves don’t work. 1) may be venting problem that a small co. can snake from roof (e.g., possible bird nest), 2) put camera through main line to check for any small obstruction or backup causing slowing and “glug,” after flushing when clogged.

We used acid to clear a clog, like silly people. They sent a person who diagnosed what needed to be done and recorded the instructions on an ipad with video. The crew arrived the same day and completed the work. This entailed rerouting the plumbing because somewhere a pipe had corroded because of what we did. We have bullt in cabinetry in the bathroom and they had minimal intervention with this. If we had hired somebody else, we might have been looking at a complete reno of that bathroom again and it was just done a few years ago. We are very happy with this company and recommend them to everybodyl

Provider called the incorrect number the morning of the appointment so instead of calling my husband who was waiting to hear from them they called me at 5am while I was out of town. We had specifically given them my husbands number and confirmed they would call it. When the plumber did arrive he was rude. He replaced copper pipe with PVC and took the excess copper when he left. When asked to adjust the fixture he was defensive to the point where my husband eventually just asked him to leave and did the adjustment himself. We have used Eco Plumber multiple times over the years but never again.

My upstairs bathtub was leaking into our family room ceiling. Nathan wS punctual, professional, and explained all of our options. He did not try to talk us into anything we did not need. Will definitely use again.

Eco Plumbers was incredible to work with. My husband and I woke up one morning to find water leaking through the ceiling of our kitchen (our bathroom is directly above our kitchen). Shawn came out to the house within an hour of us calling, and was able to quickly point out the issue and help us find a solution. Unfortunately, the 98-year-old cast iron stack in our house had corroded so much that our bathroom drainage connection to it had also corroded. We were able to schedule the work for several days later. Shawn returned to do the work, along with Charlie – both were fantastic; I can’t say enough good things about both of them. They were professional, friendly, and efficient. The water leak was right above one of my built-in cabinets in the kitchen, which are original to my 1920’s home, and Shawn & Charlie did their best to save what they could of the cabinets so that my husband and I can restore them. They replaced our stack and fixed all of the connections to our stack, and had our plumbing back up and running by the end of the day. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience throughout this process. Even though this was stressful (since we had to file a claim with our homeowners insurance to address the damage), Eco Plumbers helped reduce the stress and were more than accommodating. Overall, Shawn and Charlie did an excellent job. They were extremely clean and respected our home/property, and were very professional in all my interactions with them. I would absolutely recommend them!

I needed a next day water heater replacement. I contacted them Monday night, they sent Adam out Tuesday morning who delivered a thorough cost estimate highlighting several options. Then they were able to have Brandyn & team complete the installation by end of day Tuesday. Both were extremely professional and did an excellent job explaining all steps of the replacement process. Brandyn even stayed until 7pm to complete the job. I also appreciated how the company texted the name and picture of both employees before they arrived so I knew who to look for. I will definitely work with this company again.
