Description of Work: Replaced garbage disposal

Description of Work: Adam Kennedy arrived a few minutes later than he suggested, but other than that he quickly solved our problem. My wife had tried to grind up some old, leftover spinach leaves, pushing them into the disposer. The result was that spinach and water sprayed all over the cabinet below the sink and into the kitchen itself. We didn't know if the disposal had failed or what. Adam quickly diagnosed the problem as clogged pipes, took them all apart and cleared the spinach. After cleaning and reconnecting the pipes, using plumber's dope on the joints, he then volunteered to lower the original estimate price of $282 to $218 because he didn't have to snake the drain pipe. This lower price also reflected the 15% off for the Angie's List coupon. There was a $75 up-charge in our bill for weekend work, but all told we were very impressed and pleased to have our kitchen sink immediately restored to service. Adam wore booties to protect our floors, heard my wife complain about the difficulty of cleaning the rubber disposer entrance -- and then, without our asking, went and got some cleaner and took care of that problem, too.

We may have completed unnecessary service on old toilet? I'd try company again as I really have no complaints.

Description of Work: The gentlemen, called me and said I'm on my way. I like that! He looked at the my bathroom toilet and said it fine. There's nothing wrong with it. Oh okay! So he looked at the basement bathroom and he found a problem :) and fix it. Thank you cause I have no idea!

The service man was very professional, knowledgeable and very personal. I greatly appreciated Eco Plumbers and definitely would use them again!

Description of Work: I bought a new toilet and water heater from their Angie's List Big Deals. I have had great experiences with this company and would use them again. Their service is prompt and professional. One note though is that I am not crazy about the Maxwell Gerber toilet. You have to hold the handle down to flush, and the lid doesn't fit the top very well. I think my old toilet performed better.
