Description of Work: They did a great job explaining everything and gave us an estimate before they began working. They wore shoe covers and made sure that they did not leave a mess. We had a clogged toilet and they fixed the problem and explained how to prevent it from happening again

Response from Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians
We had been called out to this particular customers house to remove expandable spray foam from her drains. After cutting out piping and removing this product there seemed to be another issue w/water in the hallway. It then seemed as if a waterline may have had a pinhole leak . After going over options w/ the customer we agreed on opening the wall to try and find the source of the water. Well come to find out some of the spray foam or what ever else this customer put in the drain caused a blockage unbeknownst to The Eco Plumbers. We were then scheduled to come out and clear the drain. We never were given that chance due to the fact that the customer called and cancelled and rescheduled 3 times before we could get there. Which would of resulted in a warranty call @ zero cost for the customer. Instead of calling another company. We pride ourselves and work hard to provide all our customers with the best customer service and experience.
