Description of Work: I have used this company in the past and they have always been fabulous. My kitchen sink would not drain the water because I needed a new garbage disposal.The Eco Plumber arrived on time and installed the new disposal and I now have a free flowing kitchen sink.

Description of Work: Plumber called to let me know he was on his way. I could barely understand him. This is the 2nd time they have been here in the last year, for different issues. Both times they did nothing. They simply told us how to do it ourselves.

Description of Work: I purchased a tune up for 2 toilets at $59.00 per toilet on Angie's List. I will never purchase a tune up again unless I know what that means. It basically means that they look at the toilet and will replace the flap for free but anything else is a charge. Besides the flap, the plumber replaced the fill valve on both toilets which looking on line costs about $12.00 each and he replaced a handle on one of the toilets. | |The gentlemen from Eco Plumbers was very nice. He did go the extra mile to find me a handle that matched the rest of the fixtures in one of the bathrooms. He went to several stores to find the right handle. | |My only complaint is with the actual purchase of the coupon from Angie's List. It is basically a service call. I should have only purchased one instead of two because I feel that he would have looked at the second toilet anyway. He did ask me if I had any other toilets that needed looked at. At 2 tune ups for the price of $59 each, I think $118 is a high price to pay for what turned out to really be a service call so it wasn't a real bargain.

Description of Work: Repaired a leaking valve leading to the toilet. This was the second time I had used their services. The first time was an emergency, this time was not. Both times, they were responsive and came when promised. They did the repairs well and quickly. Their prices are a little higher, but the service reliability more than makes up for this. I would use them again

Description of Work: Just moved into my house and found a few issues that needed to be addressed. Replaced two burst pipes, replaced kitchen sink, installed garbage disposal where one was not there before, installed new sump pump with battery back up. Every time they came out they exceeded expectations.

Description of Work: They fixed a leaking sink and installed a new faucet that was leaking that I provided. They were on time and very professional. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: I used Eco Plumbers to fix a bathroom tub faucet which was running and could not be shut off. It was for a rental property I own, but I had used them before to replace a hot water heater in my own home. A valve needed replaced, but the building is older (1940's) and it's not a part that you can just find at Lowes or Home Depot. The plumber was very knowledgeable, and was able to find the part quickly. |I had a problem a few weeks later with a leak inside the wall in the same area, and it turned out that they didn't tighten a piece enough, but they came out right away, and there was no charges. |They are definitely not the cheapest, but I would still use them in the future.

Description of Work: He installed a garage disposer. I went on Angies list and found they were offering a special for the exact service they preformed for us ay $169. I emailed the company and they are going to refund the difference. How refreshing to find a contractor who will do the right thing? They are our new plumbing contractor

Description of Work: I called to have the bathtub temperature regulator repaired, as the shower was no longer giving a consistent water temperature. Gary was punctual, and immediately identified the problem and how to fix it; the price was less than $150 for the repair and parts, and I opted to proceed. | |While turning off the water at the meter to do the repair, Gary noticed a leak at the valve going into our hot water heater, and discovered that the Lowe's installer had not done a quality job installing the hot water heater two years ago, and that the installation was not up to code. He explained how we needed to proceed, offered a quote (another $400, more or less), and I opted to proceed. | |My only two knocks on the service are 1.) that Gary offered numerous other services throughout the visit, such as that the visit felt like a trip to a budget oil-change shop when they tell you 25 other services your car can't possibly function without, and 2.) that after Gary finished the repair on the hot water tank, I discovered that we did not have hot water. After calling Gary to discuss the issue, I had to do a good deal of research and eventually discovered that I needed to reset the ignitor switch, something that probably should have been done during the service call. In all, it took me two hours Monday evening to solve a problem that was created by the technician during the repair. That was frustrating, and during my follow-up call, Gary - to my first point - mentioned that our brand of heater was "bad" about some part or the other going out, and that we might need to replace that particular part. When in fact, all we needed to do was press the reset button. | |All in all, however, I was pleased with the quality of the work, Gary was extremely professional, and the work was done in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again, despite my two frustrations.

Description of Work: Gas Line Install. I worked with Gary. Very knowledgeable and offered extra information and suggestions for increased efficiency throughout the home for the future. He was very honest and forthcoming and his work was quick and high-quality. He could recognize other company's handiwork which showed knowledge of the competition and a respect for his craft. I would highly recommend this company and Gary to anyone.
