Description of Work: I thought the pipes had burst from the cold but the kitchen faucet was froze and the supply line popped out of the hot water pipe. Charles did the work and he did an excellent job. He was punctual and polite and he also went into the crawl space to make sure the pipes had not burst. He replaced the supply line for the hot and cold faucets and also installed a shut off on the hot. My only issue was the price. I thought it was too high for the service that was performed, I may or may not use them again for that reason.

During normal business hours M-F 8am to 5pm we provide free in home estimates with same day service, however on the weekends the rates are slightly higher, and to give you a little peace of mind your work is covered under a 1 year warranty. Description of Work: They were to install a brand new water heater that I purchased from a different local reputable retailer. They were on time and very polite. But, after spending 5 mins looking at my old water heater, and imputing data into their hand held estimating device they said it will cost me $940.00 to install the new water heater. Which works out to appropriately $450 per hour to install a water heater. I declined and called a local plumber who did the job for less than $250, total.

We have reach out to this customer, to make sure that the pricing is accurate with the job description and required permits. As the customer stated in his review, he was able to get this done for under $250 for a brand-new water heater install. We want to make sure that the customer at least had the water heater installed correctly by a licensed, bonded and insured company. Also that the company pulled the proper permits with the city of Columbus. A permit at minimal without registration and bonds cost $75. I would be very surprised that you were able to get this work accomplished for $175 with a permit and inspection. Please check with your installer and make sure that they have pulled the proper permits and have installed it correctly to code for your safety. We are very sorry that you've given us an F review overprice, but we only do work that is done to code and inspected and permitted by the cities for your safety. It is our obligation to the community to make sure that you're aware that there's permits are required with water heater installations. Please make sure you check with whoever does your installation that this process is taking care of correctly. Thanks EcoPlumbers

Description of Work: New sump pump. |Hose connection leaked |Had to call them back three times before fixed. |Wasted a lot of my water testing for leaks. | |All of employees I met were very nice and professional especially Gary. He fixed the leak and advised me of a different problem he saw on furnace and had me call office for an appt.

Description of Work: This was a diagnostic service call for a water heater. The technician came, looked at my water heater, said nothing was wrong, charged me $75, and left. This was true even though the heater did not properly heat water. I learned by contacting the manufacturer that the issue was with the temperature mechanism and that the code flashing on the device indicated this. This organization wasted my time and money. Since it was the holidays I had a lot trouble getting quick service and the delay Eco Plumbers caused made it worse.
