Description of Work: Serviced both toilets. Replaced all insides of one toilet and replaced flapper of second toilet with some additional adjusting. |Those two toilets have never worked better!

Description of Work: Before installing the frost free outdoor faucet, a leaking main water shut off valve had to be replaced. This required scheduling another date for the work to be done in conjunction with the city to turn off the water to the house. I'm glad the problem was found and resolved.

Description of Work: We had 2 exterior faucets replaced, a new battery back up sump pump installed and completed inspection of our exterior sump pump drainage system with their snake camera. |Eco was very professional and did not try to sell me items I did not need or that were not part of the Angie's List Special. They replaced the 2nd faucet at the AL Special price. Our sump pump was old and I made the decision to replace and to upgrade to the battery back up model. | |I was very happy with Eco and particularly Gavin the technician that performed the work. I would have them/him in my home again for any plumbing needs.

Description of Work: They did an outside faucet replacement for me and added a shut off valve inside. | |I was very impressed with the service quality as well as price. He showed me how the faucet had initially been installed incorrectly. So glad I had this done! Will definitely use again in the future.

Description of Work: Pearl came out and replaced faucet & pipes extending from outside of house to inside crawl space- this fixture was where we attached one of the outside water hoses. It had leaked for a long time. Pearl was punctual, professional, polite, and thorough. He replaced the parts outlined in the Groupon offer and told me about other services. Ironically, the fixture was defective, so I had to call and have Pearl come out again. He was punctual, professional, polite, and thorough, and this time the part was good. It was a fluke, I'm certain, because I always assume it's user error when it comes to anything involving plumbing, and Pearl definitely knows what he's doing. Anyhow, everything went beautifully, and I would recommend Pearl. He's quiet but personable, and I decided I'd show him a few plumbing issues on the inside of the house that had nothing to do with the original Groupon offer, and he enlightened me about a number of things, and said he'd send an estimate for one of the projects we're going to be dealing with. I received the estimate later that afternoon- it included two different scenarios to show two levels of "fixing" the situation, but nothing extreme. Out of the 3 different plumber/contractors we've consulted, he was the only one who didn't try to make a leaky bathtub faucet into a $20,000 bathroom rehab, and I appreciated that. It's very difficult to deal with people who tell you what you ought to do, when in your heart you know they're right, but you can afford to do what they're suggesting. The fact that Pearl respected my feelings about the state of our very outdated bathrooms made me decide that WHEN I can afford to fix the bathroom, I want HIM and his coworkers to handle the plumbing aspects, and I'll hire someone separate to deal with updates, because they really are two different things sometimes, depending on the situation. On the whole, an entirely satisfactory service experience. I would recommend this company. They follow up consistently and so far were extraordinarily professional.

Description of Work: Great work from the employee...completed the assessment of downspouts and sump pumps. Provided details and a video of the downspouts. The only reason that I rated a B was that they conducted a water test as well which wasn't asked for but felt a little bit like a scare tactic (chlorine in water and the potential dangerous health consequences), which apparently was exactly what you would expect for all of Columbus) to lead down the path of pitching a home filtration system.
