Description of Work: Paid for a Angie's List Special to have water heater checked and flushed. Upon examination, I was told that my water heater could NOT be flushed as it had too much sedimentation in it. Gave me estimate of $1800 to replace water heater. I can get a water heater put in for about $500-600 elsewhere, so I thought they were very much overpriced.

Description of Work: I contracted to have basic work done on a toilet but the first words out of the service reps mouth was, "Where is your hot water heater and sump pump?" Coupon promotion was a loss leader with the intent of generating a larger service/repair opportunity. Very high priced service company. Will not use in the future.
