Description of Work: I purchased the toilet tune-up but it only included the replacement of the "flap". When I purchased this from Angie's List I was charged for 2 Tune-ups, and I am trying to get refunded from Angie's List for the un-used 2nd purchase. I had the option to replace the "guts" of my toilet which was estimated at over $200, so I decided to go with a full toilet replacement. The service was very professional and the new toilet is great. I just didn't expect to have to replace the entire toilet, as it sounded like the toilet tune up would work.

Description of Work: Thought is was a sewer problem and turned out to be plumbing. Installed 2 new toilets and everything is working fine. Also checked outside drains and found a couple of breaks in storm line drains. Will definitely call when ready to fix the drains.

Description of Work: I had a toilet that sometimes kept running, so I bought a deal from Angie's List for a toilet tuneup from Eco Plumbers. When the plumber arrived, I showed him the problem toilet. He lifted the tank and adjusted the chain. That fixed the problem. However, he didn't do anything else to the toilet. Did what he do constitute a tuneup?
