Description of Work: Note that Ecoplumbers is an organization that has different plumbers working for them. Our issue is with the organization. They came out for a toilet tune-up and tried to upsell us to $800 toilet replacement. The second time we had them out for different issue (bad smell in house coming form pipes due to heavy rains) it started out well but went downhill quickly after plumber called Ecoplumbers for direction. It went from a service call to scare tactics stating problem with water heater and all house water toxic. What?! They wanted to replace water heater. Um, nope... we had the company that installed it come check and nothing was wrong with it. Never again!
