Description of Work: No show. We were confidently assured the day before that although they had no openings for service the day we called, that someone could come next afternoon. We chose 1:00 pm and were given a 2 hour window. Waited around. Got a promised automated call that afternoon that they still were not available. Finally by 4:30 and no more reach out from them, we cancelled and searched for someone else

You can continue on your normal day and one of our dispatchers will call you when we could have a technician available to you in 30 minutes. If it is not a good time for you, you can then let us know and we will move you to the next available technician. We do this type of scheduling because we can then work around your schedule to provide the best stop time for you. As we don't schedule within windows, there still could have been an opportunity to visit you before 6 pm had the service not been voluntarily canceled at 4:30.
