We've owned our home for 9 years. We didn't know how old the sump pump was and we were worried about what would happen if we lost power and our sump wouldn't work. When I was looking for plumbers to repair a leak under our kitchen sink, I saw that Ecoplumbers was having a special on sump pumps with back-up pumps. I saw how well they were rated on Angies list and called them. They were able to accommodate my work schedule and were prompt when they said they'd be here. Braun, the plumber who came was great to work with. He had suggestions about what to do for my sluggish drains. He even recommended an eco-friendly drain cleaner that works and smells great. The new sump pump was installed and the room was left completely cleaned. He was very careful to keep my house clean. He reparied a leak in a pipe coming from my garbage disposal at no cost. The peace of mind knowing that we have a backup sump now is priceless. When I had a different problem with a sewer gas odor coming from one of my bathrooms, of course I called Eco-plumbers again. Braun came late in the day to investigate and fix the problem. He was thorough and clean again and the final price was lower than the estimate. I highly recommend this company and will use them any time we have a problem or plumbing need.

He was very nice. He wore those cloth booties to prevent dirt from being tracked into the house. He was on time and did a good job.

I called the company, looking for someone to clean out our main drain, which was clogged and backing up. My call was answered, and they set up an appropriately timely appointment. The technician was knowledgable and cleaned up after doing the clean out, which has not always happened with other companies. In the past, I have had to mop up after the technician left. This company uses a different kind of method for cleaning out drains than do other companies I have used. Other companies use snakes with metal blade cutters. This company uses high pressure water to cut out the roots. I was surprised how well this worked. They also cleaned out the drain all the way to the street, seeming to go farther out the drain than other companies have. The cost was more than other companies, but the technician indicated that the clean out ought for a longer time than previous clean outs have. If it does, the extra cost will have been well worth it.

Their plumber(Braun) came in and immediately put on booties to protect our wood floor. He also put down a folded tarp to protect the floor where he was working. Working methodically, he removed the old disposer, installed the new one, tested it 3 times for leaks, packed up the old one and took it away. This took 1 1/2 hours approximately. I was impressed and asked him about another plumbing irritant in our home. He explained what would need to be done and gave me an "off the cuff estimate". This guy was clean and neat in appearance and very courteous as well. I consider the cost as money well spent!!
