These guys are great. Braun was scheduled to stop by between 12-3 PM but had an unexpected opening in his schedule, so he called me around 11:00 asking if he could come early! He was there within a half hour, completed the work quickly and showed me exactly what he did. So far, I've used EcoPlumbers three times and I won't hesitate to give them all of my business in the future.

We have used EcoPlumbers and both times it has been a great experience. They are EXTREMELY responsive and have fixed all of our plumbing issues in the past 6 months. This last time they came to replace the themostat on our water heater, replace our sump pump and fixed a leaky sink. They came out the next day when called and were very fair on their price. I think the best compliment I can pay them is that both times my wife was the one who stayed home to meet them and both times called me to share how much she enjoyed their service. That is a pretty high compliment when someone is excited about their plumber. As I mentioned we have used them on multiple occasions and will always use them for our plumbing issues (hopefully we don't have any in our near future).

I had no problems. They called ahead of the service visit and were on time. I though the price was a little high but they did quality work.

They promptly purchased, brought to our house, and installed the water heater in the evening. The workers were courteous, and the price was reasonable. I first called them at 4:30 PM and the water heater was installed and working by 7:30PM. A few reservations that are not enough to change my A rating nor stop me from using them again: 1. They set the thermostat between "A" and "B". The hot water was scalding within a few seconds. I consulted the manual which they provided; the setting should have been at the"HOT" setting which is below "A". I set it at "HOT" and the water was at a more reasonable 120F. instead of over 140F. They had even gone out of their way to explain to me that the setting should be between "A" and "B"; hopefully they'll get it right for the next customer. 2. When you contact them, the call goes to a call center which tells you they will call you back in 15 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes I rephoned their number. EcoPlumbers called me then within another 15 minutes. 3. I had an Angie's List discount coupon. I was quoted a price of $825 over the phone before they even knew I was in Angie's List. When the workers came out to the house they said 90% of their customers are members of Angie's List, and the $825 estimate was provided assuming the coupon discount was included. I didn't think this was appropriate. I didn't argue though because the cheapest 40 gal. Bradford White online was $440, so $825 was probably needed to cover expenses, etc.

I have been having an issue with the city for almost a month now and there is a dispute in what the problem actually is. The city turned off water in the neighborhood for a project and when the water was restored the pressure has been lacking since? I had the city out once to check the system and the guy did nothing but install a new meter and accuse tampering? I called the city back again because I was upset and this also did not restore the pressure issue. They sent a second inspector and this one claims to have pressure tested the system and claimed my issue is inside the house. It was then that I decided to join Angie's List as I had to find a reputable plumber. I found EcoPlumbers Inc at the top of the list and with great reviews and a coupon offer as well, I chose them. The office personnel that took my call were very professional and helpful and set up an appointment at my convenience and time request. They also said that I would get a call when the service person was 30 minutes away. I received a call early from the service personnel and they told me they were running ahead of schedule and offered to come early if I wanted them too and I agreed, they were there within 30 minutes of this call. The service call was very prompt and professional. I will definitely use this company again in the future and highly recommend them.

Very efficient process. Easy to schedule the appointment. They called the day before to confirm and 30 min ahead of time and arrived promptly. Installation was quick. He explained how everything works. Very clean and polite. I did not price shop. The price given is a flat price they give to Angie's list customers. I would definitely use them again.

The guy knew what he was doing. He was very courteous and professional. He was very good about answering our questions. We liked most of all that he fixed our problems.

We have a tenant occupied home in Dublin and we are in Colorado. It is always hard to address home repair needs without seeing the problem. We have to rely on tenant and contractors to explain and assess the the problem and fix it. We had water dripping from our kitchen ceiling. Had a plumber out a few weeks ago from a different company that wanted to cut open the kitchen ceiling to investigate. Knowing what a mess and inconvenience that would be for the tenants, I decided to wait to see if the drip stopped which it did. The drip returned a few weeks later and we had to address it again. I called this company to go out and take a look and gave them the option of cutting into the ceiling if they had to. Fortunately, Braun not only thought of how he could learn more about the problem but he considered how he could do the least damage to avoid the need for a more labor intensive repair. He said that he could go through the bedroom wall adjacent to the bathroom that was above the kitchen ceiling where the leak was appearing. Not only did he fix the problem at the bathtub drain pipe but he only had to cut a small square in the wall which he was able to set back into place where we don't need to address it until the tenants leave. He saved us a lot of money that we would have spent on a costly ceiling repair and minimized the inconvenience to the tenants. We are very happy and will use this company again for any future plumbing needs in Columbus.

The representative removed the old leaky hise bib, and replaced it with a new nad upgraded style, and did it very quickly. It has worked perfectly since, and I recommend this company to all who need this type of service.

I called them in the morning explaining the details of my clogged drain. I spoke directly to a knowledgeable person - not an answering service like some companies use. They came out that evening - exactly on time. Used an auger to removed the clog. They were efficient, clean, and professional. They then used an iPAD to scan my credit card and emailed me a receipt. Very convenient.

Overall, everything went well. They gave a window of time they would come, and showed up within the window. They completeted the job in a relatively efficient manner. I would use them again in the future.

Eco Plumbers removed a soft water system.

When Braun came in he checked our other 2 toliets. He did a regular maintance on the 1/2 bath and in the master bath we found out that the toliet was leaking and we needed to replace the floor under the toliet. He told us what we needed to do and when it was finished he came back and finished the job. This is the first time I have had a totally positive experience with a plumber. Usually they will charge a small forturne and not do a good job. Not EcoPlumbers. They have a good call routing center and an excellent plumber. I would rate EcoPlumbers as AAAA!

Overall Braun from EcoPlumbers did a great job and I'll be sure to call him for the rest of our plumbing issues in the future. We have a 1920s home so I'm sure there will be plenty for him to help us with in the future! It is good to have professional people that you can depend on to show up on time, quickly identify the problem and solution and then fix it. Our new disposal works great.

Joe arrived the next morning right on time, explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. He was extremely efficient and his workmanship was wonderful. Braun stopped in a couple times to check on the progress of the install. When Joe finished, Aaron stopped in to check on things, explained how the unit worked and wrapped up the transaction. We absolutely love the unit, and I swear it makes our soft water feel even softer. I would use the EcoPlumbers again in a heartbeat. Every person we had contact with was knowledgable, personable and great to do business with.

Braun came to our house in the evening to look at a leaky toilet. Another plumber had been to our house the day before and quoted us $1500 to replace a cracked pipe in the floor and to reset the toilet. Braun determined that the pipe was not cracked at all and that we simply needed a new flange and seal. He replaced both, set the toilet, and everything has worked perfectly. His honesty and integrity saved us at least $1340 and also kept us from having to replace the ceiling below our bathroom. He really saved the day and we are very appreciative of his professionalism. We will definitely call on EcoPlumbers for any future work for our home and we will recommend them to our friends and relatives.

Technician Braun Bocook did an excellent job on all matters. He was punctual, clean and professional. He told me ahead of time what his estimate of cost and time were. He was pleasant and likeable. I highly recommend him

The service Tech., (Braun), arrived in a timely manner and went directly to work. He verified the work order for accuracy and walked me through the job, issue by issue. His estimate was the final bill and I received the most valuable Angie's list discount, (two applied), in a friendly, helpful manner. This is the first time I have used this company, but I anticipate using them in the future. I was quite satisfied with the quality of the repair(s) and the level of service which I received. I've used a different plumbing company for many years, but decided it was time for a change.

I contacted this company based on their Angie's List feedback. Aaron Gaynor came out to provide an estimate, laying out several different options to replace our leaking hot water heater. We decided to replace the old water heater with a similar model. The company arranged shipment of the new water heater, and then promptly sent out Braun Bocook to do the water heater installation and also install a kitchen faucet. All of the work was completed quickly and professionally. The ability to pay by credit card on the spot was extremely nice. A day or two later we realized that the pilot light on the new heater was out. Braun came out the same day to relight it and also show me how to do it myself. Unfortunately, the pilot light still kept going out every day or so. I worked with both Aaron and Braun over the next week trying to determine the nature of the problem. They stopped by several times to check on things. We ultimately had to replace the pilot light mechanism, which was done promptly and free of charge. That resolved the issue completely, and we have not had any problems since Braun's last visit. It was an absolute pleasure to work with the guys at The Eco Plumbers. They are professional and helpful and very friendly, and they do an excellent all-around job. They are very serious about providing the highest quality service, and they are clearly eager to resolve any problems that might come up in a prompt and professional manner. When they say they will be there, they are there and on time. I will definitely be using them in the future for any additional plumbing jobs at my house.
